Absolutely love the convenience! Busy lifestyle... receive payment reminders and if I can't make it into the shop, I just renew through the app and have peace of mind my items will still be there and safe when I go in to pick them up. And the online shopping... FABulous! I get to see the new arrivals as soon as they hit the shelves.

I generally like this app but lately it times out or errors every time I try to open it. I can't access my loan information or access any other features. Update: March 2022 and still having the same issues every couple months.

Terrible app. No option to create an account to sign in. Have to request a new passcode from the pawn shop Everytime just to sign in with that. A strange glitch occurs when you even try to use the passcode while your phone is on wifi, a "No internet connection" will prompt up which is funny because im on a fully working wifi , you have to use your own phone network to get pass this sign in with the passcode option, very strange.

I love going to this pawn store, they have the best items, I've done some trading with some of my jewelry to fine a better wedding ring and I've always left the store happy and I just recently went back for a new wedding set and found exactly what I wanted with affordable price, I've never left the store disappointed and the store manager is so nice, the people there are always happy and always willing to help with anything and I enjoy the environment.. I would recommend this pawn shop to anybody if they're looking for good items.. Thank you for all the help 😁👍

To make a payment, you have to Add To Cart, before you can type in the amount of payment. Not very intuitive but after a bit I figured it out.

Worked great for a couple of months but for the last few weeks it tells me I have no internet connection. I can get no further on it from there. Haven't changed anything from the time I put it on and even uninstalling and reinstalling it doesn't help.

really seems to work well. its convenient when buying on layaway but you can't always get to the shop to pay on it. it does use PayPal for payment, but if you don't or won't use PayPal you can use your debit/credit card. so far so good.

I installed the app to make payments for a layaway item and every time I try to make my payment. I click on my layaway and it pulls up a blank screen that says no layaway. I've had this problem every time I've tried to use this app it's worthless

Atlas is a great place to get a loan if hard times catch up to you during the pandemic and the down turn in the economy. The staff is friendly and treats you like family. If you're looking for jewelry to purchase or have an idea of a ring, bracelet or necklace, they can assist you with having it made. They are an all around one stop shop and the cost won't have you giving up an arm or a leg. I have done business with many Pawn Shops, but these guys are my favorite.

Have tried several times to get into my account, at first it said "No internet connection". I believed I had lost my ring. Then received a message telling me i had to pay I was in default! I tried again to no avail. Then called Superior pawn for a new code. Here I am probably 6 codes in and it still says customer no found. I ask if i could pay by phone and was told that isnt an option. No problem to take my jewelry and blame me though. So,now its on me to get "There" to pay!!! Minus 0 on rating!

There has been a time or two that i just couldn't get to the store to pay on my pawn ticket. This app worked great for me. Easy online transaction process once set up. I could view my info easily.

My experience at The Pawn Shop was AWESOME!!!! Forgive me for not remembering the name of the gentleman that is always there...but he is one of the nicest, most sincere people I have had the pleasure of meeting in retail. I was in a pinch financially and was given top dollar for my pawn. Thank you!!!

Love the pawnshop but I'm so upset I cannot look on their website now. This app won't allow me to do anything without an activation code or receipt. Never sold anything so guess they lost me

This is a very awesome pawnshop. They are very helpful when trying to get you the best deals n pawns. Kudos to Shandie n both Mike's in customer service. They do a very superb job at helping the customers.

Absolutely love the convenience of this app. Cash and Gold is my favorite pawn shop. The owner has always been kind and reasonable. I enjoy my experience every time I go in there. You won't be disappointed.

Very frustrated that I have to keep resigning in. Not only that, I have to keep calling for an activation code because conveniently none of my emails are part of an account.

I've been doing business for over 20yr. with them. And never had a proublem, they also have very interesting items for sale, you need to come down & see for yourself, you will want to bring your money.

Update app if not working. It quit working and i couldn't figure out why. Working great after update.

One of the greatest if you are in need of help or looking for a bargain .... Staff very accomadating..... Just don't get in over your Budget.....

App keep saying customer not found and I've tried twice with two different codes, the lady over the phone said to uninstall the reinstall but this my first time ever even putting this app on my phone

They greet you as you enter. They're very nice very knowledgeable and will help you and anyways I can. I thought the process was reasonable. I can say I thoroughly enjoyed it because it was my first time to buy anything at a pawn shop. And I purchased a bracelet. Was very happy with the find. And I can say I will be back. Thank you

We went in for two gold simple wedding bands. The jeweler Frankie gave us an great deal for your our bands and sized my size 13 ring right away. Awesome service and price.

It kept telling me my adress was wrong. It wouldn't let me pay my transactions. Im erasing this app ASAP!!!
