Application is available from Android 4.0. NFC payments are available from 4.4.
Service is not supported on modified devices („rooted“ Android devices).
Upon activation you need to enter PID and password for Internet banking and then enter your code from Card & Reader tool or ReaderTB application (functionality Signature).
Then application will prompt you to set your PIN. This will be required when using some of the application functionalities and for contactless payments above 20 EUR, or for each contactless payment in case you set manual payment mode.

Terribly bad. TB should finally adopt Google mobile pay rather than keep investing efforts into building up something they will never get. This app works randomly and there terminals not detecting nfc beam. Not being able to use finger print or biometric authentication gives no advantage over using the ATM card. Too complicated, too many clicks for single payment, double authentication and other shortages are making this app diffi ukt to use.
Double authentication mostly wastes your time, too many clicks to get where you need to go, sometimes it stops working and needs to be reset. Prohibiting customers from using google pay isn't particularly popular.
It was working with Android 9 and after an update to Android 10 it stopped working. It has been three months since Android 10 was released, not mentioning that development version was released long before. Why can't you just allow Google pay like you did with apple pay?
Doesn't show you how to get a PID which you need to activate the app. I had one before and I was was wondering why it stopped working. Looks like it disappeared from my phone. Now there's no was to reinstall, and I just had to pay twice to transfer!
After last update (2.4.0) app stops supporting mobile payments over NFC. App says that it does not support them on my device but they work fine before update. Please fix ASAP!
Android 10 still no support and they say Q1, this is anything BUT innovative. I will use other bank services for NFC payments. It's your fault. Please don't bother replying generic copy paste about Q1... And don't thank me for understanding! I do understand that this service is unacceptable...
After two months of reports that the app doesn't work on Android 10 the bank is still unable to fix it. Really disappointed as Tatra Banka forces users to use this app since Google Pay is unsupported (only slovak bank which doesn't support GPay). Problem is that this app doesn't work on 10. PLEASE FIX
I have been trying to activate the app. but it keeps asking me for PID. it really doesn't indicate what it wants. I am just going to use my Metro card. this app is useless.
More than 3 months waiting for update for Android 10 version..... And still nothing.... Contacted customer services center, they can't update me with relevant information.... What a bad development .... 😢
Every time i try to use it, says "device does not meet security requirements" and Im on my ASUS Zenfone Go phone... So now I can't use it. But Tatra Banka application work like a charm.
Doesn't come with info from bank or app really accept whats on GPlay and its not correct. Haven't seen it do anything but take up space. Waiting til post holiday to contact back re, why this app instead of gray or PayPal or anything.....maybe there's more but..
Cant run app bcs: minimum security requirements. No specific message where is problem. And also I didnt find list of minimum security requirements

Missing support for Android 10 for nfc payments. Only slovak bank without Google Pay, so we must use this not working app. Thanks Tatra.
Android 10/Pixel 2 is not supported. Worked well on Android 9 though. Please fix it.
It's about time to release a functional Android 10 version. Quite a shame for a bank that call itself innovative. EDIT: replaced by Google Pay 👍

Both cards reported as USD when using internet payment. Does not make sense when want pay in EUR (in Eurozone)
Waiting, waiting... Application doesn't runs on Android 10. Waiting for upgrade for two month... How long more it could take?

Doesn't work with Android 10 :( Since Google Pay is available in SR, having a proprietary solution is unnecessary anyway.

Absolutely useless... Doesn't work with Android 10, which has been out for almost a year, and still they didn't manage to make it work. Every major bank provides its customers with WORKING mobile payments. If you cannot make mobile payments work through your own app, allow your customers to use Google Pay. Otherwise you're just completely ignorant of your customers. Would give zero stars if I could.
