MobilePDQ Salesperson App (Unreleased)
MobilePDQ is a business app for salespeople to create and print correctly priced orders or invoices in the field. Sync data and sales transactions with Quick Books located on your own server or utilize the cloud solution. Customers, Products, and pricing information are created in Quick Books. Add a credit card scanner and process payments using Intuit’s Quick Books Go Payment. Cash collection and invoice charges are also supported in the app. Data entry is optimized because prior item sales are available from previous orders to populate the order. Contract pricing and promotions are calculated automatically using the Handheld Management System (HMS).. Preferences or “flags” fine-tune the user experience reducing complexity and simplifying training. Devices may use their camera or imager to read the item bar-code for enhanced productivity.
A monthly, quarterly or annual license fee is charged for access to the SQL Server database, Quick Books, Go Payment and the Handheld Management System (HMS). HMS provides additional reporting and additional features with MobilePDQ.
A sample database is available when you download the demo. This is based on the Microsoft Adventure Works SQL database. No license is required to sync data from the server. A license is required to sync transactions back to the server.
Honeywell (formerly Intermec) and Zebra Technology (formerly Motorola) industrial handheld devices and portable printers are available for sale and configuration. Larger companies will derive a more cost-effective and efficient results with rugged smart phones or tablets specifically designed for route sales.We also support Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) as long as the devices are operating with Android 4.2 or later. Data Sync is available through Wi-Fi, WWAN (cellular) and direct connect (USB or Ethernet). The MobilePDQ app is intuitive and easy to learn.Specific features include:• Google Maps
