I would have liked to give it more stars, because as a student, having this handy would have helped a lot. The first problem was with creating an account. There were no professions listed, and so I could not proceed to the next step. In turn, I could not access any information on the app. I'm uninstalling it, but I honestly hope the creators fix the issues.
Nothing worx... This used to be a pretty good/useful app, at this point its garbage. It won't recognize my email address, won't let me reset the password. It wont send a "key". It won't even allow me to create a new account. As said in other reviews it only let's one get so far in the creating process and then shows an empty screen for profession and won't even open the specialty screen. Sad really, just some "improvements" to shut down a decent app and make it worthless. Great job developers!
Requires key, tried to get key, it says I need to register, tried to register, it requires my profession and specialty, tried to enter my degree and specialty it says the list is empty for both and there is no option to type them in free hand...wish it was an object it would make a good bookend! It is absolutely useless and a complete waste of my time.
Hard to tell what happened. Can't sign in, can't retrieve or reset password. Doesn't recognize email but won't let me register saying it's in the system. The app and system are gone hay wire!
at several occasions I've tried to download this app the app does not appear on my screen so I do not have direct access to mobile PDR I tried this and several occasions during the past week and after downloading no app appears on the screen and I do not have ready convenient access to PDR I've had the app for quite some time and it disappeared I could not get it back please correct this software problem regards tgmd unable to give this information because the app will not open please repair this
Had this app on my phone, after last update it wanted me to create an account. It would not let me do so. I already had an account and it wiped it out. Also would nit let me select a profession, I am a retired oaramedic. App is totally worthless as it is now. Will go back to my hard copy when I need to look up meds. Thankfully I purchase CD updates every year.
Used this app for years without a problem. Now ot does not recognize my email and would not let me create a new account as it did not have options for profession or specialty without which ot would not create a new account. Very disappointing!
This app used to be great. It's terrible now and apparently not updated since 2018. I wonder if it is as bad on Apple devices as some of my colleagues continue to use the app. Please update and return to your better functioning days.
I've been using this app since it was fairly new. I've loved it ever since. Easy to use, accurate and extensive information, updated regularly, FREE, and no annoying ads. I'm not sure why it's only a 3.7 but currently I give it a solid 5.
It used to work great (aside from having to update every single time I opened it). Now that I got a new phone, Doesn't work. I uninstalled, then reinstalled it. It still doesn't work.
Just like everyone else, it won't let me choose a specialty when requesting a key. Everyone is complaining about the same thing. No wonder that they have a ridiculously low rating score. Isn't there someone, somewhere in their company who would actually know what they were doing and fix this issue? No one is embarrassed at all??
App does not work. Unable to select profession so an account can't be created. My account works fine on my ipad but won't recognize my log in on Android. So much for being mobile...
Unable to log in. Said that email not found. Tried to recover password and said that email already exists. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change in issue. Please resolve.
It won't show up on phone after install or only acknowledged in play store to open. Not automatically added to home scene nor apps list
You really don't get ANY stars. Can't use the app, because when filling our the personal info it says there are no profesions available so I cant get the unique key either. Will be uninstalling
It's a good app, everything works. It interesting how they make you sign up for an account on mobile but not pc but making the account didn't cause too much grief so its OK.
No longer works! Used this for years and now does not recognize my info and then trying to sign up again it doesnt even work to sign up!!
Login triple checked online and it works fine but your app says it is incorrect. This makes this app worthless. As your website isn't mobile friendly, the pdr is worthless
Unable to use app without a key, unable to request key without choosing your profession, profession list is blank. The app is impossible to register for and use.
Worked great however now I can't get into it don't have an account there's no way to create account because they don't list any profession so it won't let you go beyond that and you can't enter any profession
Can't create an Account Due do to the App not having any professions listed. Makes no sense to me but hopefully the creater can get this fixed.
If it is for everyone it should be designed avilability without creating an anoying account and more paaswords to remember adding more to the pile.

BROKEN! Unable to sign up. The signup process requires choosing a profession and any attempt to choose a profession fails with "there are no professions available".
