I always have issues to top up numbers in Yemen. Sometimes it doesn't show the carrier I need and other times it doesn't except the top up.
What a frustrating app I have sent data to Nigeria and the number is airtel I mistakenly added glo but the number is not glo but rather airtel this company has deducted the money the data didn't go I sent them messages on Gmail they told me they are sorry and they will retrieve up to date they refuse to send I never seen an app that disappointed people like that please stop using this app cos they are 419 people evil man everywhere. I will make sure all my friends and families stop using this ap
Never got to use it. Signed in by phone and tried this and my phone got named to another name. Some one else is using it along with me!!!

This service allows my wife and I to have phone calls unlike many years ago, it made loading credit a breeze and instantaneous no matter how far in the world we were, even when I was in the Philippines I used this to top up my own phone rather than needing to go out and about to get it. Used it for years and I deem it essential if living in more than 2 countries, honest reliable service you can't go wrong with this provider.
Its cheaper than other competitors, you just have to wait a little bit time of waiting when the process completed in payment before they send the top up confirmation to you but it works. I hope it would be more quicker in processing & has more choices/options in selecting the internet data compared to other competitors..

usually sending credits to another phone internationally sometime will not be successful and Stiil take my money I was not aware of that terrible experience in the past but for now it's better because I can see that's stop now if I request credit to send to another phone did not go successfully do not take my money in my bank that's the only terrible experience I have with you guys
I changed my review. My previous was 1 since nobody is replying to my questions. The payment was deducted on my account but did not received any load. I chose them to call me instead of email and they called immediately but through email still no reply. They fix the problem already but the load still takes longer time. I hope they can process it faster and reply asap to their customers if there's a problem.

I did a recharge on Sun 19JUL ... it has been already 3 days but there was no recharge sent to the receiver... MobileRecharge shows transaction was processed successfully but the line operator claims no transaction done by this Mobile Recharge....Have been sending queries to MobileRecharge to check but they just keep sending back auto reply emails...I seriously demand a refund !!!!
It's very difficult to recharged a number. Although payment has been processed. Virtual credit card by paymaya is supporting 3d secure. However, they won't allow you to used it.

This is very very danger apps once you recharge your balance cut after coming order cancelled but money not comeback . Not any mistake my side .first told order successful after few minutes told order cancel. Now like 5 days finish not coming my money .(please nobody install this apps careful please😥😥
I sent top up to my friend in African 4 days ago, the person did not receive anything and It was showing pending and they later wiped it off but I already took the screenshot and my friend did not receive anything and the money was not refunded back. I wrote them several times but no response, I'm so disappointed and I think this App is a Big scam, you guys have to be careful

Stay away from these guys. They took our payment and when we still couldn't call or use internet we went to a store where once we paid our phone worked instantly. We complained to the company even showing them that the phone credit didn't work and so far they just keep saying it has.
Ok It's A Great App and Service, I made a comment on Monday but After further investigations, found out that it was I who didn't read the invoice properly, also found out why the amount sentwas so different from the amount I thought was going to be received! After a few successful transactions,and now i recharge,debited on my gcash account link on paypal but my transaction failed..not recommended for now until they resolved this..i contact support but say to change payment method..
Worst app.Sent recharge 24 hours ago, still not recharged.no response from customer service. I would have given zero rating or minus if there is an option.
This app gives you a lot more minutes than others because their exchange rate is better the app called Ding is the worst I've ever used I got an email from this company and they though my review was a complaint. It is NOT a complaint it is praise. I like this app. They give you more bang for your buck than the app I used before.
Rude support. Transaction is successful in my billing, thy are rejecting payment. Okay. And now I am forced to spend extra money for recharge while waiting for my money. Don't use this app, if time is valuable for you.

The worst app I ever used for mobile recharge the credit to the cell phone requested was never added nothing but excuses from customer service. Once they charge your credit card no refund total nightmare stay away useless company take your service elsewhere.
