It was fine and useful, but got unnecessary complicated after the last update. If you want to make people scan QR codes, give them more than 10 seconds to get close enough to the code and place more stickers with those codes around the vehicle. If one fails to scan within the required time, the app stops for 5 minutes! Also you can't make people choose between having a seat or validating a ticket again. Disappointing. It's a bad idea all together, I'm considering going back to paper tickets.
I've been a user of Mobilet for a number if years now. In the past it just worked. Basic, yes, simplistic yes, but it did what it was supposed to do. Now, its buggy, laggy, constantly crashes, I'm not able to get back to a ticket once generated and cancel it early or extend it, has very strange restricted payment systems, and is a royal PITA to top up. How can you make such a mess of what was a perfectly well functioning application without even providing any new features of benefit?
Currently it's the worst app I have ever seen. I topped up my account, and after single use, I cannot use it anymore - system is not available. Tried on other device, was able to "purchase" parking ticket, but only GUI presented this confirmation. It hasn't been activated, I've paid penalty fee. I demand full refund
Your app is crashing every time I scan a qr code. The issue is there for over a month.
Thieves!! Pay attention.... I charged my account but later I couldn't use money to issue park tickets. They sent an email confirmation with customer support number. But the customer service was horribly useless and rude .... he asked me to write an email only to find out how to solve the issue! So lost around 15min ... at the end my car was parked without a ticket!!!!
!!!!! WARNING !!!!! Don't even think about installing this app! So I've bought ticket for 5 months and then after one month a new phone. Transfered data from old phone to new one and magically MY TICKET IS GONE. No way to restore it! Only God knows how long I've been traveling without ticket! Now I have to wait 2 weeks for response from support? What a joke! I'm sure I'll call support tomorrow and update this comment after that. No matter what's don't install this app! BR, Patrick
Tested buying bus tickets in Radom and it works fine. You have to top up credits in advance, "Przelewy24" allows using cards.
Used twice and both times got a fine, resulting spending a week in emails in order to resolve this. In the end I also had to pay extra. Just avoid this app and also those parking areas. Better use another parking space.
security risk. this app insist on allowing it to make phone calls without user's consent. and it won't even start without it. many people keep reporting that. developers keep answering that they will fix it. months passed. versions keep coming, yet no fix.
Terrible application. Can't use Blick, can't use credit card, can't use my email(because validation rules are dumb). Considering the fail of its basic functions i don't trust them with my personal and payment data.
Upd: no reaction on my request more than 3mo, so -1 Good app: simple interface written with userconvinience inmind. Builtin account top up with popular Poland payment system BLIK. Many cities and towns supported. I will give one more star whn you will add support for Walbrzych (for that now I have to use another app) and one more when you will add BLIK top up possibility from web page (similar to zasil.mpay.pl).
Insisting on access to phone call + crashing during selecting provider. Basically after reinstalling the app I can't use it to buy tickets.
User Interface: Bad, Payment Procedure: doesnt work with paypal properly, UX flow: very bad & buggy. Also, you have to transfer money to their account. Why not directly pay via PayPal?
Buying tickets using a card is impossible. After accepting payment in the bank app, mobilet just returns to previous window of choosing the bus line and does nothing. No tickets in history, active tickets tab is blank
This is the most terrible app I ever seen. Half of information is in Polish which makes it impossible to use it by the not native polish speakers. And what the hell is BLIK? Why I can't pay for tickets with my credit card? There is not enough payment methods... Please work on it.
I charged 5 euros but it still says not enough money to pay a 5 euro bill, even if the wallet shows that 5 euro credit. Waste of time, waste of money. Pay it back asap.
It would help if there were clearer instructions given during purchase - namely that buying a ticket = validating a ticket. Wasted money thinking I could purchase in advance and validate when on bus/tram.
Fix your app asap. A transaction was made by block, it is visible In mine ING, what was my surprise when there are as no ticket in Activities. This happens for a second time
The application closes after I scan the QR code. Need to reopen, go to history and open up thr active ticket again. That is waist of time of the ticket validity. I use shortterm tickets, so every minut is of value. Warsaw
After the purchase of a ticket it's impossible to activate it by scanning a QR code. It either crashes and logs out, or says QR code is invalid.
Until they remove the requirement that allows them access to use your phone to manage and make calls I cannot in good faith recommend this app.
Requires "phone" access for no good reason. Sings out the user from the app when waiting for more then 10seconds before buying the ticket - why?
You STILL can't add the widget in the update from 26.04.22. Using Android 12 and OneUI 4.1.
Really bad ux. Requires to give your phone number and a password. Don't waste your time installing it.

Great app. I bought public transportation tickets in Poland very easily and without any problems.
The app is malfunctioning all the time. It is impossible to validate the ticket due to the glitch when it tries to scan the qr code. It still charges you for the ticket that doesn't work. It has happened to me a few times recently
