Hate it doesn't have auto fill and the app is less correctly functional. Such as asking if I alerted customer any movement made. Also won't let me pass through unnecessary questions without a response.. Causes lying.. To get to the next steps..!!!😠
i can't get it to scan. it keeps on crashing and it froze. reinstalled the app multiple times, it's still crashing. i disabled power saving, still i can't scan. freezing and crashing didn't stop. very disappointed, and this is costing me both time and money. After this later update it has been nothing but trouble. Can not do arrival scan half of the time, the orders will just vanish. Wish you guys could have left alone, it was working just fine.
Worst app, can't work right. Why would you need signature to deliver a page that doesn't need signature
It was fine until the last update. Now there is big lag when I tap job to accept and when a job is completed and I close it there is also a huge lag before I can tap next job. Any fixes for this would be much appreciated. In the past this wasn't a problem. Thanks.
Tried everything but it still wont redownload. Had it before with no problem. Wanted the update with the map so I deleted the old one. Updated one wont download and Ive been needing it for work. Ive done everything it says to get it to download but nothing works. Ive even deleted many important things off my phone hoping to make even more room - nothing works. Dont know whats wrong. I appreciated the app though. Wish it would download again.
With the latest update the app is slower and more laggy. As well when you hit the pins to use the auto GPS feature, it adds the customers name in it too which makes you have to erase it and type it in which leaves the GPS pin option pointless. Was never a fan of this app and they are showing me more and more why my company and drivers meed to switch!
AMAZING Tech Support! I had a problem with the app that was so frustrating. Gave them a bad rating and explained why. To my surprise they not only responded, but spent a lot of time figuring the problem out, keeping me informed and fixing the problem. They definitely deserve an update in the rating and worked hard for this 5 star rating! Great Job!
For the most part this app has saved us time by letting us update our deliveries in pretty much real time. Has a few things that could stream line it, but am pleased overall ! Just opened my app this morning and each time I press to bring the keyboard to login, it appears but just for a split second thrn disappears. Rebooted and reinstalled multiple times yo no avail
The map was an excellent addition No longer paying for a routing app. Although at times a stop will not show up on the map, probably bc of incomplete address. Also the VPOD crashes five out of 10 times. A "choose from gallery" option would be sweet. Thanks
Frustration overload. There is really not much good things to say about this app. If not for work, I would never even bother. Lag, unable to load pictures, and now my app is empty. All my orders are gone. And yes I have uninstalled and installed. No need to comment back App admin. Just use the time to fix it.
Find it to be idiot proof very easy to use depending on how you have it set up from start to finish everything thing is there you can make it easy or complicated it dose have its cons like anything out there you have to keep eye for updates if using iPhone apple will cause conflicts so you have to really watch but for the most part our fleet is very happy with the app
The new version is terrible. Far too many buttons to push for a single delivery, and I do NOT need the app trying to second guess my next stop. Please roll it back to the previous version.
It's a slow and buggy app. Also I can not receive any jobs on my phone which makes work much more difficult. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Pen and paper never fail.
This app is absolute garbage. It CONSTANTLY crashes when I try to scan a barcode thus slowing me down for work EXPONENTIALLY. If I could use any other app for work I would.
So easy to use and you can still recover your job order number. Just login on the same day that you worked on and you can still see and retrieve the job order number on the MobilTek Core app. It is not like the other app that when you log out without copying your job order number, you have to call the dispatch to recover it.
Tried downloading this app twice. It says that its installed but it doesn't actually download. A message comes up stating that it will download soon. App doesn't work.
The least stable scanning app on the market. Today alone it has shut my entire phone down 8 TIMES while I am trying to load scan. I do NOT recommend if you like having a fully functioning phone
Everything was fine before the most recent update, phone now freezes, lags, does not refresh, deletes signitures and i have to constanly open and close it to make it respond. terrible update
I'm unable to clear past data which is causing my phone to work at nominal speed. I've tried disabling and reinstalling and still nothing...
the new update is horrible. The app keeps crashing and when I can get logged in it is far less user-friendly than it used to be

the new update has problems with taking pictures. have to do it several times to actually get to take a picture each time.
This is an amazing company. They provide you with the training and equipment needed to the job. If you like driving and having Full Support every step,This is company to work for. I and they provide a company phone and vehicle 🤗😊🥰
I have to use this app for my job... I have a Galaxy note 9( $1k phone) it would freeze and even shut my phone off 6 or 7 times just trying to scan 10 barcodes 🤦♂️
App worked great until update, have to uninstall and reinstall for the app to almost work. Freezes on the main screen.
The worst part of my job is dealing with this app. Sluggish, bloated, glitchy. Sometimes if I log out and log back in, the sign-in prompt for Driver Lens opens up, which is a completely separate app that I did NOT download and should NOT be included in this app whatsoever. And I constantly see the symbol (truck inside magnifying glass) for Driver Lens popping up in my notification bar even when I've force closed the MobileTek app at night so it's obviously running in the background unauthorized
