What an stupid app!! Top-up option is the worst. You use the top up option once and it f*** disappears. Also even you buy the credit to top up, you won't be able to send the amount you wish. It keeps saying the amount isn't available. So basically wait days to top up a number... And yeah the customer service, what the hell is wrong with them!! I contacted 2 days ago and haven't heard back yet. Seems like they want us to use their app but don't care enough to give a damn about our inconveniences😡

Was excellent and worked very well till a coupla days back. But something's suddenly gone wrong. I'm not able to login because a pop up says my password is wrong and to change it, I have to visit the website. But the website doesn't load at all. I have quite a bit of money in credit and looks like I've already lost it. Pls do something and fix whatevers wrong

Default level of mic and speaker is really low and you have to adjust in the app in settings independently from the phone's settings. Now that took me ages to realise....developers please raise the default levels as when calling landlines this level is really low! Thanks

I used to love this app about 2 years ago. I could send text and it would be received by the recipient. But for some few months now text messages shows they are sent but neither delivered. I complained to the customer service and they refunded my credit to me but the problem wasn't resolved. I downloaded the app basically to send text to people without internet access. But it's all in vain.

It works well. The only shortcoming is that it allows you to log in to just one finarea account at a time. For instance, you could not store both a voipwise and a hotvoip login. This somewhat defeats the purpose of having a generic app.

I used to love this app and was usung it the past 3 years, but in a recent update it was forcing me to get access to read my messages, I believe access to sms messages and contacts must be an option for the phone owner to decide and not by the app to take it forcefully, it's making the phone users feel like the app has some other bad motive. I had to uninstall it completely, I just didn't feel secure about it.

Very bad experience. Recently I have noticed that its connecting to any person but the person I'm calling even after many tries and debiting my credit until its finished. So please fix it I don't think I will use again its waist of money honestly!!!

I use this app to call international numbers using my local number. You can also make calls anonymously. The prices are cheap compare to others. I really can't think of any flaws other than the receiver sees some weird phone number while receiving calls instead of the registered phone number.

I am using this app since long time. It has improved a lot over time. The voice quality has improved a lot. Now a days the call disconnects frequently. once started, does not lasts more than a minute. Otherwise no issue

I used them for many years. Lost my password, tried to contact them. But they didn't answer, customer service awfuly useless. In order to get my password reset, I had to provide the merchant that I used to buy credit from. It's an idiotic system. Never again!

This app connects and disconnects calls whenever it feels like it even if the reception and internet connection are perfect on both sides of the line. I now can't call some family because it gives me a busy tone when I know for a fact that the number im calling is not busy.

The credit on it works fine, its really cheap, but after the first days, it has been playing up.Since than its the the same problem every day, sign in issues. I never log out but it tells me that im logged out and need to sign in. Than it says that i have a connection problem, which i dont. Than it lets me in after 3 attempts, but its getting worst.

Overall nice app, I've been using the service since 2011. App needs saved login details, like profiles. So it would make it easier to switch between accounts. (No more need to retype password when switching between accounts) Thanks.

I opted this app 2 years back as it was very responsive even at low signal strength. But now with even full signal strength I couldn't able to talk as the voice is getting lot of disturbance as if I was in the middle of the ocean where no signals available.

Weekly two or three days its not working fine. I can hear the opposite caller voice clearly. But they could not hear me. This is happening in recent days. I am using this app for more than one year. Its started problems now. Kindly resolve the issue please.

Worst experience. I was using this app for 8 years. Before its clarity is perfect. Nowadays getting more trouble and not able to speak more time. For every 10 to 15 minutes I experienced a break in call even me and my connected person are in 4G network.

this is it. it is not just an app, this stable serious phone service. it better than my 15yr voip landline. much cheaper calls text than skype. calls to any landline or mobile from anywhere to anywhere. can use data or wifi phone or text. can change easy return number you want to use include landline .. i cannot rate it highly enough. you can even pay credit with virtually any card, i have never seen any company have so many. i say payment option because these guys are obviously here to stay.

Good app for International calls to India 🇮🇳. Only at times breaking voices or disturbance. Suggesting a little improvement in the user interface, as when accessing contacts the screen freezes or app gets stuck and have restart. Thanks. Otherwise a happy user from over many years

I have been using this application since 2015, and it's a good one offering very clear transmission without a glitch most of the time. The app is pocket friendly too. It offers many platforms to choose from, I use the "dial cheap" one; it's the best.

Something gone wrong! I am using this app for many years to call Bosnia. Recently the calls not going through. I have lost 10 euros by dialing which is charged for connection fee everytime when I dial. I am now looking for another app for calling:(

Hi. I used to be able to press keypad during a call to select menu items, send codes, etc during the call. Seems like I can't do that anymore. Automated system I'm calling to states I didn't press any keys eventhough I'm pressing them. Please fix.

The app itself is good but Very poor customer service and no phone contact to call or communicate with. Did credit transfer which was not successful and I've not been credited back despite sending several emails with evidence of transfer without any response. Very painful and sad !!!

The App wouldn't connect to my car Bluetooth in recent time😪😔, I've just uninstalled and reinstall again but still no chance even if I click on the bluetooth icon and tried. Unlike other app (like WhatsApp) that direct their call via the bluetooth once its connected automatically Kindly advise on this please

I'm the last few days, am unable to top up my credit on MobileVoip. I click on "buy credit", am redirected to a nonoh page, I click on the amount I want to top up and method of payment and then I get "session expired". Unable top up or use the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
