Update: 2nd look issue was readdressed and resolved. I appreciate the effort and time taken. I've had this app on devices for years, never before have I had my account locked though. Apparently after a few months of slowly earning credits to redeem for more than usual, they decide I haven't met all the requirements and therefore lock the account. Decision has been made. Did my phone have connection issues- yes, I wasn't credited. Did I unfairly earn credit- I don't think so.
I have had a problem with this app for over a month now. I have contacted customer service several times at both emails and no response whatever. I loved this app in the past, whenever I had a problem customer service was right on it. Now I don't know is going on. Initial Review I have had this app for a while now and have gotten a few gift cards. When I did not get my points for a few weeks I contacted support and they were great, responded quickly and gave me my points right away.
Affter reading reviews, I was a skeptic. I had one problem with a payout, emailed customer service and it was fixed that day! I really have no complaints at all. I forget about it until I get the notification to check in. It's worth it to me! I've already gotten an Amazon gift card and a PayPal payout for doing absolutely nothing.... Yea it takes a few weeks to accumulate, but you can let it add up if you want, and you're doing NOTHING.
I have been a MobileXpression user for years. However, earlier this week I was trying to redeem a reward when I was redirected to a page that told me that my account was locked. I have tried to ask support how come, but the only response was that I had not met all of their requirements. I have asked TWICE about what requirements I needed, but no answers came. I have redeemed points so many times. I uninstalled the app because the VPN still runs despite their locking the account.
Have been doing this for well over a year until last week tried to redeem my 20 credits and my account was locked. No reason given other than I had breached something or other. Tried contacting them to explain exactly what I'd done to cause my account to be locked and the 20 credits to be cancelled. No answer other than a rude, curt email saying the decision had been made, then silence. Disgusted with their lack of communication and rudeness. Don't bother installing this app.
Great app. Definitely pays you out for nothing but just keeping their app installed.

Been using the app with no problems for a long time but now it suddenly won't connect. It just keeps telling me to enable the accessibility setting but it is already enabled? Have tried turning off and on again to no avail. I cannot accrue more credits or use the ones I have already gained.
It has gone from 2 points per week to 1 with no reason. It will no longer start. Keeps coming up with "enable accessability" when everything is enabled. When waiting for it to start, you can't use another app as this will override it and block the screen. What was once an ok app is no longer worth the intrusion or inconvenience. When it did work it took far too long to connect. I am going to uninstall what is now a worthless occupier of digital space.
I installed this app, and received a note after a couple of months but somehow it had uninstalled itself. I have been trying to reach anyone at all at Mobile expressions without success, and all of my accrued points have vanished. It's very frustrating. Having finally been able to send an email that didn't bounce back and to use the app without it telling me it wasn't working, I will wait and see if action is taken. If they restore my points as well as whatever was missed while the system decided to uninstall me, I'll stick it out and change my rating, but if I receive no response at all, then there you have it.
This app really requires one to not mind their location and web activity being monitored. once you get past that it's great! you do nothing but check in once a week for the 5 credits and let those accumulate. it takes a few months to acquire enough credits to get a $10 gift card but for having to do basically nothing but open the app once a week I find this worth it. I have been accumulating $10 Amazon gift cards and after a few months I go and spend them. Easy and awesome!
Super easy way to earn gift cards! Sure it only took me I think about a year (that's how UNOBTRUSIVE this app is!!!) to realize I hadn't actually activated it correctly, but the minute I contacted support, BAM! ALL the credits were there! TYSM for doing that for me! Not many developers of apps would do that. In my experience it's been "sorry, that is your fault and we can't change it". I look forward to using it for as long as it stays available! I'm extremely pleased with this in every way!💕
It always has a notification in the device status on the notification bar and I'm not sure if it used a ton of data but it really did pay out! I used my first 50 credits to get an electronic Amazon gift card and it worked perfectly. Now I'm building credits again, we'll see if they build as high as fast; so far it's not seeming like it. But it's definitely worth at least the first 50 credits.
Easy to use and love getting credits to buy gift cards, but notifcations from other apps constantly on. I have tried everything to just get my main notifications to stay on and the others to stst off( do not disturb, app settings, etc), nothing works. ( 1/3/21 - new phone) Now, I am having difficulty with keeping it turned on. It turns off by itself and I have to go in almost daily to turn it back on. Not sure how to fix that. I've tried going into settings.
Easy to use and earn rewards on till it stopped opening on phone. Past couple years, I've kept account active by logging in online, so haven't lost points, but can't get app to open, so haven't earned points, either. Have reinstalled at least 20 times, and every single time I try to open it, it instantly says it stopped working. I don't even get into the app before the message comes up. Emailed the developers several times, but they haven't answered or fixed the issue. I'm disappointed.
Bad app. I had this app for a full year and for the most part it's simple. Download, let it run in the background to get points. Here's the catch though. You have to login every week to collect your points or else you don't get to keep them. On top of that this app messes with your WiFi making it run slower. Because of these reasons when I got a new phone I decided not to redownload. I had points left that I tried to redeem but was denied because I didn't. My account was locked. Terrible company
I've been using MobileXpressions for years without too much issue but, in the last several months it has been blocking my ability to update the apps on my phone. It wasn't until recently when I uninstalled and reinstalled it that I discovered it was the culprit. The moment I uninstalled it my apps began updating. If you are having the same issue you will have to disconnect from the app in order to release your apps from doing the download pending spin. Also if you are having issues with connecting to MobileXpressions, uninstall and reinstall it; doing so worked for me. I'm only giving 3 stars as the whole blocking my apps from updating has been a source of great annoyance and frustration.
I've had this app for a LONG time now and I STILL LOVE it!!! No problems, don't even notice it's running in the background and I get paid for free $10/mo.!!! Love it...it's so simple to use, no annoying ads, doesn't make phone slow down and you constantly earn money or rewards for just having it on your phone. You forget it's even installed its so quiet, non-invasive and compatible!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS APP!!! It's worth it for me so far, and its been on my phone for about 2-3 weeks.
The first couple months was fine, I was able to access the app regularly. I collected enough credits for a $10 Amazon gift card in about 3 months and only had to access the app regularly. After I collected that gift card I've had trouble accessing the app daily, getting a message that it's not working at the moment. The credits appear to be accumulating much slower and the amount needed to collect a reward is higher. In two months I've only collected 5 credits and now a $10 gift card requires 50 credits. At that rate I don't see a benefit of allowing access to basically spy on my web activity to strangers is really worth it.
So for the past couple years or more I have used this app and have enjoyed it thoroughly. It runs in the background and doesn't seem to use too much battery. However if the "security" stuff throws up a red flag for any reason (even if you faithfully having it running all the time), then be prepared for all your points to be sacrificed. Personally i believe its because i just placed an order for a $10 card, but User be Warned.
Incredibly easy to accumulate and redeem the points from having the app run in the background. I hardly ever notice the app it does not have any effect on the phone running smoothly And it does not whatsoever impact the performance of the phone. I love this app. It's just about the easiest most legit way to earn gift cards through an app for free. I just wish that they gave out more points through some other type of way like surveys or lottery so one can earn more points to get a gift card.
I've used this app for a while now and had never previously had issues with order fulfillments or skipping weekly credits. It's a slow builder, but a great one to have. I always include it on my earning app reviews and updates on my social media. That said, this recent issue with orders not being filled has been very frustrating and inconvenient. I've heard everything from them being audited to shutting down. It has certainly damaged my confidence in using the app and in suggesting it to others.
It was surprising how quickly I started to rack up credits to earn rewards. I can't say the rewards available were bountiful with what points I had, but the options were generous what that's worth. Although, the biggest issue I had with the app was all the times I was rerouted to their website on google chrome and the excessive tabs of the exact same thing. But with that bug fixed, it can be a fairly generous app, albeit if its consumers aren't having their data sold off to larger companies.
It is simple and you do get the rewards with no issue, except where they say you get 5 credits every week. It is every two weeks, maybe longer sometimes. But, to compare this to other programs that collect data, I have no complaints. The other one I used to do would keep your money if your app disconnected from the network. Then you didn't qualify. I never saw a quarterly bonus.
I've been claiming my 5 alloted weekly credits since early 2021 and at the end of each month when I have accumulated 30 credits, MobileXpression rewards me with a $5 gift card. You can also save up your points for a higher value gift card. I wish it was at least $10 per month since data is at the very least, much more valuable than $5 per month. But overall, I like the app. I claim, close it, and forget it til the next week when it's time to claim more credits. Legit and actually pays out.
Great app, money for nothing. What could be better than that? Been using it for approx 2 years, never had any problems with it or getting paid. Saved me on many occasions when I have been broke. Unfortunately I have had to uninstall this because the vpn was blocking my Internet connection! Also it kept telling me it needed accessability turned on when it already was. Contacted support and they suggested disabling battery optimisation. I tried that but it made no difference.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I downloaded the app and followed all the instructions, I've been awarded my credits for participation like I should... However, when I went to order the Amazon gift card, my account was locked and the order was canceled. After contacting support, they said the order was flagged by their security system and canceled because I did not meet the participation requirements. They said they know it's frustrating but the decision to lock my account is final. 🙄
Easy Money, No problems This app is non-intrusive, requires no babysitting or frequent monitoring, stays connected quietly in the background and does not require rebooting or re-installation so far. Every week, click for your credits to be added to your accrued credits, and upon reaching the specified amount, simply cash out for your giftcard. It's easy money. Sure, it's not a big payout but it's still a nice little passive income just for having it installed. 5 stars if they up the ante $.
Similarly to the recent reviews, I've been using this VPN for a couple years with no issues but recently was locked out of my account for not meeting the requirements to which they never gave any details. The only change I had noticed was they added a PayPal credit option and I decided to use my points for a $10 credit there instead of Amazon which is what I usually did. Extremely disappointing.
Have family thst has used this app, and great easy passive payouts. You can earn $10 in 10 weeks of just having the vpn active. GREAT customer support, helped me figure out problems with installing.
