Account got disabled and when I contacted them, I was ignored. I tried signing up again with a different email but same phone number and device, they said I qualified and emailed me the registration link. When I clicked on the link on my phone, it tells me my phone doesn't support the application. How can I select the phone on the website, be told I'm qualified, then try to install it and then be told my device does is not supported?

They are Hitlers. Don't join them and waste your time. I installed their app and have honestly kept it in my phone and always connected to internet. I accumulated 12 credits but when I went to redeem them, they are saying that I dont meet their criteria. Now I think they are big frauds and they will sell your phone's precious data to someone. Beware people. Dont fall in their trap. This is my experience, decide by yourself. I am going to complain about them to DoT Security Cell.

I downloaded this, had no issues till the second time I went to cash in my 20 credits. Suddenly they blocked me, said I didn't meet the criteria. They had no issue using the information from my phone for the time it took to build up the twenty credits but sure didn't want to pay me. Not impressed with them in the least. If I could give less than one star I would.

I order a 200 rs voucher for my 30 points, nothing has been deliverd, in fact they have blocked my account without and reason. I have mailed them with no response yet. Very poor service. They are complete cheater, my account was fine with them till the time I ordered something with my credits after that it becomes a wrong account and blocked me up. Please don't download. Cheat , fraud application

So I got the $5 as promised, but ever since downloading the app, my phone is lagging like crazy. It makes Pandora skip, makes my phone freeze for about 4-10 seconds at a time, and is just slowing everything down. Since there will be no more tokens earned unless I convince a friend to. and I can't do that unless I'm actually happy with the service, I'm seriously considering uninstalling this app.

Perfectly working app shared all my stuff and got nothing great app. Must try app it you like to get nothing for sharing your private data. Don't bother replying I already contacted your support and they said within 2 weeks will get buy been 1 month since I got their mail.i will change this review even if I get GC for 1 of the order in a total of 3

I have installed this app many days back , every week I collected the points and I even redeemed my 40 points but now when I check to see my order status, it says " We apologize, but we do not recognize that email address and password combination. Please try again, or click create new profile to join mobileXpression." Please guys resolve this issue .

They are bogus and as soon as I received 40 credits and ordered jabong coupons,my acnt ws locked.. when i complained they said they found dispensaries in my registration..which is not possible as they gave 5 credits everytime i opened the bloody app.. the total was 40 and i ordered coupons aftt which they blocked my order.. uninstalling your useless app.. there is no 0 star I would have given u that

I signed up n installed the app a week l an a half ago and continue to receive"new message" notification when I click the notify it continues to send me to the sweepstakes page. So I entered the sweepstakes to see if that would solve the problem and still nothing. I receive a notify every 15 min and when I goto open the app it just takes me to the sweepstakes Web page. I have yet to be able to do anything on this app and am just wasting space and battery on it. I messaged the"help"service and they did nada

Account locked after two weeks, just after my welcome voucher was to be honoured. No explanation just said that I don't meet their criteria when in fact I've had it installed on my phone and check it each day to make sure it's connected. Not impressed in the slightest as they've had two weeks of my data.

Complete scam. Once you get enough points and attempt to redeem a prize, they disable your account. If you email them, they tell you their automated security blocked it, and on further inspection they found you had not met the requirements, subsequently your account is locked. A waste of time, making legitimate market research companies look bad.

Very happy with the rewards I get for having this app. Really don't understand how this isn't working for some people. I never believe these things but I have redeemed three £20 Amazon vouchers so far. Had to reinstall today though due to not having enough space for another app (had to juggle things about) so hope I can log back in and hope it works as before.

It's the contest that you are entered for. I see people complaining about the tokens. And yea, it is a bit misleading to keep a token counter on your account page. But am sure there is more they intend to do in the future. But till then, keep entering and hope you win! The prizes look more than worth the minute it takes to enter.

. My account locked after redeeming first 20 points One of the worst survey app I have ever used. After installation for a month, they just want the app to run in the background which i did. And later they drop me an email that my account has been canceled, such an unprofessional behavior.

This was done because it was identified that our app was only active for a total of 8 days during your required two week period. Also, after 9/14, our app was not active again until 9/23 Additionally, the average amount of data we received from your device on a daily basis was too low to be considered active. Based on these findings your order will remain canceled and you will not qualify for any incentives.

ive used this app for a while and been paid out successfully until now. ive been in contact with support and unfortunately I didnt meet the requirements to claim my reward therefore they have now locked my account and cancelled my request. meaning no future rewards so im uninstalling. although my internet has been off and on, I have managed to allow the app access to the internet within the 90 days they say you have to be active for unless you lose your credits. basically my internet usage isnt juicy enough for them I dont think

I received a token and "played a game" where I got an Amazon gift card. After they locked my account and said my order was flagged and canceled because I "didn't fulfill the participation requirements". The token was given after nearly 2 weeks of having the app sitting on my phone. Seems like an easy way to have people give up their activity details on their phone with no return.

I downloaded the app and did receive a token I won the $5 Amazon card and I have received that. So not a scam. I also do the weekly drawings. But I have not found a way to earn any more tokens so not sure what to do for now. I also realize I do not use my Gmail for my account but just wanted to say I don't seem to have much to complain about getting $5 for almost nothing other than space on my phone.

In first month I got Amazon gift card but next month when I tried to redeem my points they blocked my account. When I contacted them they are telling that I am violating their rules and conditions. Every time I contacted them and their reply is same. They just don't give any satisfactory reason that why they really did this.

I have used this app for about 5 months now and in that time I have had no glitches or any issues with it and my phone. The best thing is it runs nicely in the background and each week claim a credit towards an Amazon gift voucher. So far I have received 2 so it's an easy way to save up for special occasions. I give this app 5 stars.

Wouldn't give me any incentive after the first token. Had this app for about a month and nothing. Installed the connect app hoping it would fix the problem but either app wont let me log in and locked me out stating my email or password were incorrect. I followed all the rules and still nothing. I am uninstalling due to constant problems with both these apps. Hopefully you can get the bugs fixed so it is an easier app to deal with.

My account was locked this morning after using my credits to request a $10 and a $5 Amazon gift card. Been using the app for many months without any problems up until now. This is unfair and I would like a response from their support people

This has to be a joke. I uninstall after not one single reward for three straight months. I get some coin when I reinstall, I use it and I win gift card, never receive, been another two months and another uninstall. Reinstall and a month more still no gift card or even that magical coin. Yeah. Exactly what you would expect from this, nothing. I will say that customer support answered respectfully. Thanks for that.
