Usually reliable, but has some strange quirks, such as not recognising that Gare Rocade is attached to the railway station. The app suggests that you need to change buses and that it will take another 20 minutes to get to Gare de Luxembourg, instead of just walking up the steps and into the station from Gare Rocade. This is a big error and will waste time for people who don't know the city.

Usually very precise about delays ,but needs to have some code reviews. Too many bugs, slow in giving results at times, and it should add references to look for (e.g Auchan) instead of making us hunt for an address to look for directions. I like the app, but it need more constant updates.

The timetables are not always kept up to date. The information provided is limited in terms of bus numbers. There is no clear indication as to the correct bus stop in case there are multiple with the same name or in case direction of travrl is important (like always!). But its the only one we have

User interface and app functionality is from 90's. If you want to learn how a public transport app should work, try Trafi. In a perfect scenario I'd like you to contact them and ask for their help, because developers of your app clearly does not know what good UIX is. Good luck!

Horrible app. Doesn't tell all the alternatives even if there is a better one. Real time updates are a joke. Don't rely on it or else you will miss your connections. I've used many transportation apps all around the world. This is among the worst.

My experience is great using the App, Refering to the UI, I think that you can place "Before & Later" buttons also on the top of the results page, it will let us search faster without scrolling all the way down every time.

Horrible, there is no point to schedule transport with interval 2min, its a joke or what, Everytime I have to literally run to catch the next transport planned on my schedule, you have to recheck the route planned by app, some stops are not correct at all. Doesn't show delayed or cancelled trains, especially in Petange.

Usually an excellent app. Gives great itinerary and schedule for public transportation. Though, sometimes it misses the "best" itinerary, esp. when combining bus and tram

I regularly come up with routes (from memory) that are faster and/or require fewer transfers than the suggestions your app gives. Literally this morning your app told me to take the 30-->22-->203-->15 to get to my destination. I got there using 18-->209 DO A BETTER JOB

There is no later or earlier button of the search now menu. The buttons earlier and later should show up at the bottom after searching, but you can't check for other time periodsbesides going out and searching the time table manually. This seams to work on IOS devices. Please fix this.

Very bad app. Delay is mentioned on the last minute. When you mention it 1 minute before departure time than I already left home! Many times I waited so long for bus for nothing. Can you please mention the exact delay earlier? Cause it change all time , first it says 1 minute delay, and then 5 minutes later it says 15 minutes delay. Please, I am tired all time waiting for nothing

Doesn't allow to leave feedback (server error). Doesn't show platform numbers in Luxexpo at least. Accurate as regards schedule, does the job but could be improved

Worst "optimization" of route, frequently proposes to go back on own path and doesn't show all options.

The new update is great. Doesn't glitch anymore, is faster, and the map is useful.

The profile is not working properly. max connections : None. Max walk 1.5km Result: 2 connections to walk 62m. When I'm ok walking 700m A: Bonnevoie, Willibrord B: Luxembourg, Circolo Culturale e Recreativo Eugenio The bus 27 isn't demonstrate, so far this is the best choice

I am forced to rate your app to one star due to the driving characteristics of the bus drivers in Luxemburg. I have never seen anywhere else in the world old people struggling to stay on their seats in busses. I think installing g force sensors would make for some pretty interesting numbers and statistics.

Not easy to use. Some schedule or bus are not correct and not present. Make me lost lot of time. Reason why public transport is free is because the service is so bad that they cannot ask people to pay for it

Used to be better. I don't like to be shown everywhere that there's a bus, a train or a tramway going anywhere when I'm not interested. This continually tracing you even if youdin't want to is killing me.

Excellent and very useful app. Gives accurate iteniery and schedule of public transportation.

Majority of late busses are now removed from departure/arrival list. App becomes useless, because busses are always late.

Give me back the later / earlier function and I will give 4 stars

This app is a joke and whoever is taking care of it should do his work. It tells me that my stop is not operating (on a Sunday) and that I have to wait somewhere else, in the end the bus never comes and I am late for work. It's a real joke don't trust it if you have something important to do, you'd rather call them to be sure the bus is gonna pass where you see it. If you don't have the capacity of providing this service to the luxembourgish community then don't do it at all.

Because of showing only one sided bustop for every halt the user ends up on the wrong side bus stop and will surely miss the bus.

Impossible to use! Crashes every time I try to open the app. 🙄
