In app money transfer RARELY functions and the hangs up too much. When I try to use it really need it so when it fails it's truly inconvenient.
Almost always asking me to confirm I am account owner. They have to send a text or email with a passcode for me to log in. I use the same phone and computers and still have to wait for confirmation code. So annoying and time consuming.
Bill pay stopped working about a year ago.. called several times and was told they were going to fix... not
App has been down for a week now and won't save my information.
When it works, it's great. But it's a bank, not a dumb game. It needs to work 100% of the time. Banks can't be glitchy. This is my finance. Get it to work 100% of the time.
Would give it 5 stars if it didn't routinely ask to send me a code via text to verify it's me when I'm using my fingerprint to login. Also, the view check feature never works.

The most recent update takes lower resolution pictures. I can't make mobile deposits now.

Is not a friendly app, too many hoops to log in. Besides this place isn't reliable or their employees aren't trained. I had accounts with them for 8 years until they made feel discriminated. I don't recommend this small CU like this one.
