Mobility On-Request provides service to York Region residents in low-demand areas, or during low-demand time periods throughout the day. On-Request combines with the existing door-to-door accessible service of Mobility Plus for people with physical or functional disabilities.

This app is horrible and a complete waste of time. I called to ask why it sucks so much and the customer service rep actually told me just to call every time I need to book, but who wants to wait 10 mins on hold to book a ride? That's the whole point of having the convenience of the app!? Fix the map issues and give us the different route options to pick ourselves like the customer service people can do over the phone.

COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE Everytime I use this app to book my ride, my time constantly gets pushed back which in turn makes me late for work or has me waiting in the cold waiting for the ride to take me home. Even thought I schedule my ride to get me into town 30 minutes before shift. It also will never give me notifications for any time updates, the onky notifications I get is "your ride is here, it will wait 0 seconds". This app is not going to last long in Gerogina.

This app has gotten worse over time, you used to be able to request ASAP and now it forces you to wait 15 minutes and at the same time you'll have to manually change it or it will error and now it's completely broken as it will not let me book in Aurora!!!

Having suggestions for pickup times when your time isn't available would make it much easier to use.

Worst app ever!!!! They will make you walk it-20 degree weather. And make it your fault that you can provide proof, when the yrt ticket app isn't working
