The app isnt 100% translated to English. Support is unresponsive. When I reached out to support for two issues, I received an automated response wanting more info and never heard anything else. Another key feature that is missing is split transactions. It's unfortunate that feature is missing, and I had that support experience. It really is a fine app.
It is a really great budgeting app! There are certain texts in the app which are not translated to English, and sometimes there are bugs on the UI, but all in all, I like the experience. Looking forward to the new features.
The layout is clear and clean, which I love it. I love how they really calculate my monthly goals to reach my ultimate goal! As some apps aren't able to have all these functions in 1 app. However, the language used in the app is a bit messy. I chose my default as English, but sometimes the headers or in-app messages are in other languages such as Spanish and Portuguese...May you please fix it?🙏
On every update it gets slower and slower. Response edit: The problem is the unnecessarily long splash screen and following ad. That made registering expenses a chore, when it was fast and snappy before. It's still a fantastic app, very well designed, but after almost 4 years I don't feel like using the app anymore with the long waits and extra button presses.
Used to be my favorite financial app and I recommended to all my friends. Now ads have taken over. It's ridiculous. I don't watch an ad every time I open the app! And the pricing is outrageous. Currently looking for a replacement app with a more reasonable cost or fewer ads. I hate leaving it but I also currently hate using it.
March 2022 Update: 5 -> 3 -> 1 stars After the latest update, they took away the ability to view monthly totals per category in the free version. They also recently added ads when you open the app. I will have to look for another budgeting app after using Mobills for 4 years.
I've been using the app for several years. And while I'm a nitpicking user who contacts support quite often, I have not come across a better/more intuitive budgeting app or a better support team! Happy to use the paid version to see continuous improvements, such as the recent UI update. Just all around great app that I can't do without. Thanks Mobills Team.
This was supposed to be the BEST expenses manager app I've ever come across. But I am pained that such a well engineered application lacks the ability to have users use a particular currency for a particular wallet. For example, I might need 5 of my accounts to use USD whilst the last uses Euro or any other currency. Please add that feature, nudge me and get my 5star rating and premium membership Thanks
There's a wierd bug with the language settings. It was set to English but the app still shows Spanish stuff!
Paid for this app but still its buggish 1. Some of the words like investment is not converted to English. Its still 'Investimentos' 2. The app Annoyingly asking me to enable cloud receipt but when clicked, it said error. Pfft. Really3x annoying 3. Too many steps to click just to key in a transactions. Developer trying hard to be fancy but most of the time not functioning some of the features. What a waste of my money
Too expensive for what it offers. Might consider it if it offered a one-time payment. It's even worse factoring the app is buggy
Can't register automatically with Google account. I did it with the e-mail and now I can't login because says that my password is incorrect. The password that I never created.
This looks good, I tried the budget option but can't even choose a category? There is nothing for me to choose and I cant continue if I didn't choose any. So, uninstalled.
I'm premium and I don't have support to start my account from scratch. Stories neither working. Already contacted support and I don't have any answer. Please help
Shame I really wanted it to work, It looked like a solid 7 UX/UI Few starts for the idea and nice layout. Issues: Some apps components are displaying a spinner alone. Some loaded. Some have foreign language. I don't know what's going on, but I can't use it.
App is brilliant and was everything I needed until it started with it's new splash screen which is slow and then it'll open a Fullscreen add so I spend 5 seconds to get in the app then I can use it. So I will be switching to another app. Please dev you're ruining it for free users with all this.
The new app intro and the ad crawler has drastically slowed the app opening times, even if you're offline. I just want to log expenses quickly, and the new intro has made it more frustrating. Can you bring back the old fast intro? I'm OK with ads during application use, but I'm not OK with forced ads during app bootup, especially if it slows down the basic act of opening it.
App is not opening in offline mode. It crashes as soon as I open without WiFi or mobile data.
I using xiaomi pocophone f1. Ive been using the apps for 8 years now on premium. And I Dont like the recent update. Its slow me Down, to much loading, there is few that screen that blank and spinning on desktop, there is spanish word eventho I setting english. Please bring back old one. Duh. Fix it.

Since last update, the app keeps stopping when opening it offline. I'm using a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro.
Changed default language to English but I'm still getting foreign language in the app and in notifications.
I pay premium to use it on several devices and they are all out of sync! Also a category simply disappeared. When I try to recreate it, it says it already exists but it's nowhere to be found. Also the app signals "wallet" to every expanse from a certain bank account and there is no way to change it. Last, it's so annoyed having to type "confirm" for every transfer between accounts. Very frustrating overall.
