This is the worst banking app I have ever used, out of 4 in total. - It should be absolutely possible to copy and paste an entire account number into the "transfer" window, instead of each of the 3 fields individually. - The distinction between templates, "foreign templates", and beneficiaries (which can not be SEPA for some reason?) makes no sense for the user. - The artificial limit of 3 "action buttons" per account in the app is a misguided obstruction.
6 year customer... Now the app is so full of bugs that I'm wondering if is the case to change bank. For the bank: Sorry guys but from a bank, which manage my finances, is no acceptable.
(+) Not too complicated app to work with. Well organized menus. (-) Minimum Search criteria/options. (When running the search in Transaction History, I would welcome more filters such as: Payment From/To, Range amount, Transaction Description...etc.
Really happy with the app especially since they included the rb key into the app. It works great and I am really happy
I just find it a little confusing to navigate. Seems muddled, I would like it to be a little more streamlined and straightforward...simpler
9 out of 10 attempts to use this app ends by going to web internet banking. The app rarely loads a login screen and if it does, it doesn't actually log me in, just buffers with no success. When it's a lucky day and I can see at least my balance, I can not get anywhere else, like to see my transactions. Also I couldn't find a conversion option on this app and there is no international transactions either. Therefore the app is completely useless or at least frustrating.
Great NEW features of categorizing the payments. Its awesome. But, not quite perfect. It would awesome if you provide more categories or possibility to create your own spending category. Like you can do on Revolut, they are still ahead of you with their app. Also, better exporting options. Still a bit clunky if you export your entire year of payments into an excel file...
Nice app. Has many little conveniences like the ability to configure buttons for each account on the main page, the drag and drop function to transfer money between your accounts, multicurrency balance in the account details, transfer rates in the app's settings, etc. Doesn't play nice with CIS banks though where to transfer money between accounts you use card numbers instead of account numbers, but there are ways around this.
I switched my iphone to android and this app always fails to load and says to check my internet connection. I never had any problem with the iphone app where as this app never loads in the first try. It loads after I keep pressing various buttons and is never consistent. I see many other android users have the same complaint. Edit: I am using One plus 6t and the setting is opposite. Automatic is unchecked and checking it improved the loading,but it is not perfect yet.
For me the only missing feature is the possibility to add recurring payments (only possible from the website). The chart in the main menu showing transactions is not so useful (and out of scale). But in general I would say it works nice, specially after last updates.
So, the app seems pretty good. One thing I must criticize is the fact that when you are logged in the app and you switch to a different app via the recent apps list, when you go back to the Raiffeisen app it is not requesting authentication. This is a privacy and security breach. If I leave the phone on the table unlocked and soneone accesses the recent apps they can get into my ekonto without any pin or fingerprint because the app is basically unlocked. Fix that please.
Not able to copy standing orders or to create standing order from one-off payment
Very easy to use, no clutter, no excess of colors, sleek, intuitive, good overview. One more huge plus - it always works! By far one of the best banking apps on the market. The app alone along with RB's online banking is incentive enough to stay with the back.
The app improved a lot in the past year. The SEPA transaction features were introduced as described the support below and do work ok. Hence i am missing the currency choice option in the "pay me" function. Currently the only one option is to generate the QR code using CZK currency only.
Too complicated, difficult to find some basic stuff. The overall design is a bit frustrating too .
Great app but does not run with new android update. Update: Information sent 3 days ago, no response. Have just updated the app and it has not fixed the issue.
The app wouldn't load to log on. Some message flashes for less than second but can't read what it says. Hope it fixes soon
Still no face ID support for pixel, some parts of an app are not translated to English, no fast chat option, confusing UI
Transfers are not processed in real time! So you never know how much is really left on the account. This can result on a negative balance on the debit card account. One gets fined for a negative balance! Raiffeisenbank calls directly and offers a credit with repayment tarrif 10%!!! So you see who benefits from the slow processing of transactions which can result in panalized overdrafts. Seems like it is designed that way to generate more income. Credit Sharks!!! I move to another bank!
Works well with no issues. Also quite easy to use expect some function like creating qr code for payments. Would aprchiate no mortgage commercial.
Easy to use and very functionallty
After changing my phone (switched to OnePlus 6) the app stopped working over wifi (always getting the message connection couldn't be established check my internet connection) and worked only over mobile data. Since last update, on 4th of June, it doesn't work at all, I cannot even see the login button in the app. And ofc nobody at the callcenter talks English and for whatever I need over email i get the answer that an English operator will contact me which never happens. It used to be good...
The app doesnt work on the Pixel 6. It installs properly, but when launching it, it opens and closes instantly. Update: Issue reported on 3/11 and 20 days later, it's still not fixed. The app was last updated October 8th. Unbelievable.
Very intuitive and simple to use and professional. The best bank mobile app I have ever used.
The application itself is really efficient, however the Raiffeisen Bank must work out on a security pin application/strategy instead of sending us that security pin number via mobile texting message when dealing with online transactions. Or, at least give the customers some options, E.g texting/appl. You know, nowadays when people are traveling, the easiest way to rely on banking transactions is thru online so guys hurry up because KB CZ already got their stuff pretty stable on this regard.
RB app works much better now on android, easy to manage more than one account
Very quick and easy to use. User friendly and in English. I hope the provide offline options especially when I need to verify r key but out of data.
