App is. Very slow to open, if it does open at all, 7/17/21 Contacted Developers and they tried to pass their problems off on it being my phone, i have two phones, one new, one old, Same problem, can't log in , and/or very slow, going to a different bank,
Used to work great, now it just spins and spins or gives me a failure notice. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with zero luck. I do 99% of my banking on the app and am ready to change banks over this. Ridiculous!
Constant crashes and log outs. Will forget your password or tell you that it is incorrect forcing you to constantly change it. Device not authorized errors that force close the app. Better off using the website or a different bank.
somone gave me a bad check. putting my account in negative. which locked up the mobile app. so there for i could not use the app to fix the problem. so when i really needed to use the app to move funds i was not able to due to them locking it. they cant unlock the app so you can use it. so kind defeats the purpose imo. now i can't tell you last time i had my checking account hit a negative point. but the one time i do, i had money to fix it but couldn't because of their app.
I love this credit union but y'all really need to fix the app issues that constantly keep arising. Everytime a stimulus package is approved the app completely crashes. No sense in having it and can't access your information.
I always have problems with this app! Does not open past the opening screen! Very frustrating. Mobil really needs to work on this!
I have been using this app since I opened an account with MFCU a few years ago with no problems....until today. For some reason, the app will not let me into my account. It keeps saying " Device Not Authorized".
Every few days this app "forgets" who you are and you have to jump through hoops it get it going again ....this credit union needs to put the proper amount of attention on the digital experience- other banks seem to do it easily
Have had app for several years now. All of the sudden it's saying device not authorized and I had to go thru website to access my account. Can someone tell me why all the sudden I can't access the app?
I bank with Mobil Oil FCU. I Love the branch I hate the app. I wish that they would fix the glitches. Unfortunately, you have to use the app if you bank with them. I've deleted and reinstalled 3 times now!
I cannot log in to the app. It keeps giving me an error that my device is not authorized. Edit: This app is so buggy as hell. One of the reasons this week not be my main financial institution.
Before phone update this app was working perfectly now the app does not work at all. Very frustrating I will uninstall app. Mobil app keep saying my device is unauthorized.
Great App!!! Makes it very convenient for me to check my Accounts, Balance, Deposits, Withdraws.Never had any problems with app allways works for me even after updates to app!!!
after the last update it will only go to opening screen and then close. My Samsung note tells me the app stopped working. before that I loved it.
App NEVER wants to load and open. This is my business bank account and on multiple occasions I haven't been able to send payroll on the day I normally do, due to this terrible app.
Ur app is marvelous.. But it has many bugs sometimes.. Like no network connection.. Or doesnt open and stays on main title..
this app will not allow me to open up on my phone I never had a problem with it until just recently I used it to do all my banking online paying bills but now I can't do that.
Always having issues with this app. It always locks me out and won't let me view my account. This app needs to be fixed.
Slow app, can't even load sometimes, and has an outdated design. Needs a refresh.
After the recent update..it wont open..says it cant connect..others are having the same problem...How about fixingg this..it worked fine before the last update.

Usually works ok newest update broke it, none if my device are authorized anymore and give no way to fix it. Just closes after saying that

This app locks up on a regular basis. They need to do some repairs. Useless when need it most.
Was working fine then all of a sudden wont open up after the first screen. Keeps giving me a message..." No network connection " I un/reinstalled 3 or 4x now still the same thing. Really inconvenient.. can't even log in on the web with my phone. The account login tab has a site error. They told me its my phone GalaxyS9+, but I have no problems with any other app or sites. The only way I can get in now is from my laptop. Would be nice if they could fix it. Thinking about changing Credit Unions.
