Wow amazing... it's good apps accessible and easy to use.. but I'm not totally sure if my account are secure.. hoping that it will not be cause of fraudulent later... But over all I love it.... hoping soon I can send also money in other countries using this apps much easier and better ... thank you very much
It is the worst app ever!!! Super slow that a turtle would move faster!! I just wanted to recharge my card but the payment process took too long that decided to cancel. Very bad!! 👎
Serves the purpose. Very easy. I use it to recharge the amount for my prepaid lines. It works smooth and fine.
I have had a nasty experience with mobily. The salesman told me they were running an offer. The first month for free then 150 Riyals from the second month. The gadgets failed 2wks after installation. Before even a month was over the bill was already at 278 SAR. Before I knew it, I was slapped with another bill of 578. Should I pay for a service I haven't used? Why do your customer have to be subjected to this kind of treatment?
I request fiber connection after a week i got router nbut no Internet connection in router and i spoke to customer service they keep saying that they i sent technician it been another week no one came to fix it. i thing mobily should work on customer service. It's waste experience.
My load was automatically vanished within hours after I loaded without even using it. Also I still have 15GB internet load and 14++ mins of free call but I cannot use. The app is also inaccessible. Even the costumer service is not helpful😭😭😭😭

Bad company, this company did not respect its customers. Its just looking for money without looking at their clear history paying the bills. Only day before the salary they just disconnected the service. By mistake i paid one month twice and did not refunded me my money and hold it for the next month. Now kids are studying and they just disconnected it as easy as that. Don't and never ever go to this company. Very expensive and rubbish services.
For last 2 years mobily didnot resolved a billing error at their and forcing me to pay. Sorry to say but no senior level attention to resolve matter. If I am really at fault no problem, and I am OK, but some thing at provider end forcing me to pay not right.
أخيرا وبعد أكثر من ٦ تحديثات تم حل إشكالات أساسية في التطبيق وبعد قرابة عامين من المعاناة بعد تحديث التطبيق لشكله الجديد. Finally, After about two year, Mobily's support team noted that there are some significant bugs and solve them. Now I can give them only 4 stars. The final one is for th suffering we've had to reach this point.
The lowest i can give for this app is 1 star, i couldn't open the app for the past 4 days or something, but the most surprising thing is how could such a "big telecom" company have such a bad customer service like this....
This app is realy usefull but at the sametime Mobily stores in jeddah region has the worst service ever, even the security treats us very badly.... As if we have come to stole somthing. Riyad region mobily stores are the best.

i have issue with mobily since 2years ago when i was in riyadh i had contract with there wifi since that i use there as promo then after expired the contract and i asked the guy who put the wifi he said its automatically disconnected with my name and the wifi cut after a month the bill is coming and after 2months another bill how come i didnt use the wifi its alrrady disconnected but its still sending the bills until now sending
I can't seem to buy my data via the app. No OTP comes through via mobily app. No problems for any other Apps.
Why there's no Samsung phones on the store, this is not acceptable, it's been a month till now i can't found Samsung s21+ this is bad app and not helpful.
Good to have if you're a Mobily "mobile" customer. You can pay bills, recharge & subscribe to packages. Also, with this app, you can view call records, cost, e-bills. It gives you the facility to transfer credit, request 'call me back' & activate international roaming. What I really like about the app is that it uses NFC technology to allow you to add your debit/credit card. Some minor issues, "sometimes" loading-icon stays on screen & can't switch in b/w numbers on screens with notches/pinholes
The application has an issue with international bundle section that keeps force closing it each time I try to activate the bundle I need. It has been there for around 2 weeks and hasn't been solved yet. I can use the dialing codes instead of the application now. Edit: I sent the required information a week ago, however the same issue still exists. The application has a bug with the international bundle feature that lead to force close it.
Best customer care. either branch or call center service. And good offers as well. It's a top-notch provider. Trust me

Could use for payment... However the apps is unstable and crashes many times (automatically closed)
i hate it coz j cannot tranfer in this app the recharge or the load why am so angry its says u can help ir friend u want cridet transfer when i transfer its failed.😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😠😠🤬🤬🤬 and i open a plan they said after 3 month we can cancell the plan and its says again need 1 year contract then the contract they give us in not valid what is this a scam !!!!🥺😢
The app is very good because they give us unlimited data plan or enjoying the social media or other things Thats why the is very good for me
The app opens but get stuck on the main screen, i cannot charge my balance or check anything.
The App Didn't Work since Aug 2021, I'm still facing a technical issue with the app moreover no one from mobily can support me to finalize it
2 star is better than one. Mobily internet provider is very wise, if you choose 100gb (184sr) internet you will not experience a poor connection in any apps. ( it consumes 9-11 days only for 4-7 users) But, if you choose the unlimited internet for 30 days (374 sar) everyday you will experience a very slow connection, always connecting when it comes to messenger for calls and any other apps. I hope you get my point.
