Some of the features the app has will stop working for no explanation such as being unable to access the home menu and it instead displaying the card description menu with no way of contact the people involved with the app just the banks who use it as a third party service. I have yet to find any way of fixing these issues even when searching online or when I did contact my bank as they were the only ones in the contact us section. Also has you type your password twice everytime for some reason

I guess it does what it's supposed but it needs a lot of work. This app needs to have the ability to log in with your fingerprint or a remember me option that actually works. They also need to ditch the character requirements this app currently has. While I'm am it make it so you can copy/paste in the text boxes. I'm tired of pressing the forgot password button because I can't remember what the hell I made my password and not being able to change it easily.

The app will every once in a while, not properly report transactions, the date is always some thing like December 31, 1969 and no identification of what source the transaction was issued from. Usually several days after the bank shows the details. However, the majority of the time seems to work instantly and have the correct details. This aberrational behavior is annoying since I have to look at my account verify the details. The interface is not the friendliest I have used. Really needs to be polished up.

Unable to login in the app. I forgot my password, so I request for a new one. It stated it will send the request to my email, haven't happen. Tried several time no notification sent to my email. Notifications stop as well for transactions on my debit card. Anybody having trouble like me? If so, how can it be fix? No one at the bank has a clue or can't troubleshoot over the phone.

Poor security design. Maximum password length is limited to a paltry 12 characters, plus the app disallows pasting from password managers. That's a double whammy of bad security decision making, especially for an app that displays personal financial and personally identifiable information. The only positive is that it requires special characters in the password, but that doesn't outweigh the character limitation, nor offset the prevention of pasting in. Furthermore, there is no feature available for multifactor auth. Yes, I know most people use their phones for this, and multifactor on a phone ends up being single factor, but some of us will select other means of receiving that second factor. But it doesn't matter if the feature is not available to begin with. The only reason to have this installed is to have the ability to disable the card in an emergency. Outside of that, it should not be used.

I like the overall concept of this application, but the authentication leaves much to be desired. I use KeePass2 to store my passwords and I like being able to have extremely cryptic passwords. However MobiMoney does not allow you to paste a password from the clipboard. They do let you set a pin, but then there is a timeout of an undisclosed amount of time where you have to use your password again. It also wouldn't hurt if they allowed fingerprint authentication too. So in the meantime I have to pull up my password database on my computer so I can login to MobiMoney on my phone. This is not very convenient. If they improve the authentication, I will update my review.

This app has caused more problems with keeping my accounts balanced than anything I've ever used before. Transactions appear that never show up on the banks transactions and vice versa. I've had to make so many corrections to my check register that the is more red ink than anything else. And now I'm never sure what my balance actually is. The credit union really needs to dump this app asap!

Terrible app. I had to close the app and re-open it numerous times because it would not accept the password that was set. I finally got it figured out, and then later that day I start seeing charges to my account from mobimoney. The bottom line is, the app wouldn't work right, which caused me to log in, or attempt to, multiple times, and I was charged $.50 per log in. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

The app doesn't refresh and show your balance regularly. It only updates after large sums are used. The app doesn't show when money has been deposited. When I told the bank about this. They told me the app wasnt meant to show me this stuff. If it's a bank app, I assume it would show your balance after purchases or withdraws and deposits. Maybe that's just me.

The maximum password length is 12 characters! It also allows passwords as short as 8 characters, which can be cracked in about 1 minute. Finally, it blocks password managers, which are the best way to ensure unique, randomized passwords.

Worked fine before the Android update. I emailed support and they were unhelpful. I uninstalled the app reinstalled it TWICE created a new password with a token. Still nothing, but it still gives me a notice if a purchase is made. smh... think before installing this one because if it goes down you won't get much help.

I'm about over it. Still not getting notifications when they happen and the ones I do get are not matching the amount to THAT merchant...the amounts belong to other ones. Just a thought. If you're going to approach institutions to utilize your product, it should at least work 50% of the time. If it weren't for actual hard copy receipts, my checkbook would be SCREWED.

The idea is great, but this app is horrible. I have come to learn you are not in control with this app. There's no way to remove bank accounts once they're added. You cannot delete you account. Luckily, I was already going to close the account this was linked to, otherwise I would have gotten a new account just because of this app. Do not waste your time with something so problematic.

2020 March update. Have reached out the company 3x via email and no response what so ever. None. Assuming you have gone out of business. Please let me give a 0 star rating. 2019 December update. Same problems and no responses from support........ Has not worked for months. Like others said, great app in the beginning. Something updated and there has been no fix to be able to log in, reset password or get access to info.

Too glitchy. When it works, it's great but all of a sudden it stops working properly and doesn't clear pending transactions or doesn't show new ones at all. This time around, it's been almost 3 weeks. Starting to get really irritated.

It stopped working. I have called technical support three times and they even sent me a test notification but it still does not work. All of the boxes to control notifications remain grayed out. It is useless at this time.

I used to love this app, it helped me a lot but since the update it no longer supports my card at least what i think it says but the message appears and disappears in a blink of a eye. It still shows my transactions but not how much i have. If you Fix this problem and ill redownload this app and not a minute sooner

Really hate that the server is constantly down and I'm stuck with my card locked and cant use it until the server picks back up! Happens alllll the time! Not good at all in the case of an emergency and I cant use my card at all because of this error...

App does good for awhile then the balance will stop changing but the transactions will show. I've emailed 2x on this issue and it's still not fixed. Been down almost a week this time.

I had difficulty setting it up because evidently my password was too long, the bank couldn't help me, after finally getting it set up, thank goodness that I didn't lock my card because it locked me out and I can't get the reset tokens. I'm done with this app.

Do not use if you value account security! If you use a password manager (which you should), the login page for this app does not allow for pasting. This means either you have to create a less-secure password that is easier to type or memorize your password, which misses the entire point.

It locks you out randomly. You have to create new passwords and now I have the problem with reset tokens not being sent to email so I'm now locked out with no option of resetting password. Worst app I ever dealt with.

I like this app because it notifies me immediately when either of our cards are used and I can turn that card off or on with the flick of a switch. It has saved me once from an unauthorized use.
