well I use to love this app but now I am a no one. none of emails work all of a sudden and even if I were to try to login with my Facebook i am screwed stuck with the loading for hours. maybe it's for the best due to all the oldies not liking it anymore due to the changes I'm sure I would fell in that category also... hap fun mobisave with these horrible reviews you dont seem to comment back on.

All of a sudden app stopped working. Lost all information. Tried forgot password and with each email I try it says not connected to a network.

I wish I could give zero! Sadly, I have not yet been reimbursed for some Lysol spray from early last year. If you see mobisave on an item you decide to try out because they promise a rebate, DON'T!!! It's an absolute way to cheat you out of your money!

Gone Bad...use to love it...now I cant connect to anything. Cant get into the app anymire...very disappointing as ill never get the money that was built up

This app used to be great, but they have chosen to make most rebates only available if you find specially marked packages. The problem is that no one has ever seen one of these packages. I hope once they see the slew of negative reviews since this change, they will rethink their rebate criteria.

I used to love this app. Every week there would be at least 1 deal I could claim. They have changed the set up to only certain brands with specific codes on the product. I have searched in every store I shop at and not one store carries these products with the codes on them. This app has become useless where as before it was one of my favorite. About ready to delete it unless it changes back to the way it used to be

I was skeptical, because of the low rating. But I got the app. Glad I did! I JUST went shopping earlier today, and got 1$ back deposited into my paypal on an item from the app the SAME day. I dont know if it was because it was only 1$, but it was fast. It was a snack, and it said I could get 1$ back by taking a picture of the receipt, and submitting it through the app. Now sits 1$ in my account. The only negative is the limited amount of offers from the list. But you never know what you may find that you use. I found the snack.

Jad this app for awhile and loved it, would use it every week, if not daily. Then they went to having to find items with a sticker code, which are nowhere to be found. Sorry Mobisave but as the saying goes, if it ai t broke, don't fix it. With that being said it has become a waste of space in my phone. Time to say goodbye mobisave

Update: not only did they lower the any brand rebates, now they're gone completely. If they don't being those back soon with most of what they offer there's no reason to keep this installed. They've been gone for probably at least a month now and were really the only rebates on the app of products we purchase. It wasn't worth much before, now it's completely worthless

I would love this app if it was actually easy to get rewarded. You have to find products in store that have a coupon code in store without the code you have no way of benefiting from the discounts. And there are hardly any discounts available. I contacted the company to see how I could still use the app even if the products in my local stores don't have the codes on them. No one ever responded to me. Poorly ran company.

Use to be a great app that gave small rebates on basic, everdqy items like fruit, veggies, milk, etc. Now you MUST have a code which I have ONLY found in one store and they allow only 4 rebates per account. I think I will stick to the better ones out there as they aren't good anymore.

First time using the app and was pretty excited about it. Submitted my receipt to get reimbursed for a product, but only received partial payment. I reported it to customer service and they said they'd push thru another amount, but it STILL wasn't the total I was supposed to get. Not impressed with having to hound them for the full payment that should be due.

I never made much with this app, but I used to have lots of offers. Now, there is only one offer that doesn't need to be unlocked with a code from a package, and it has been this way for quite a while. I have NEVER found a single code anywhere, and I shop in numerous stores. Nobody else I know can find any codes, either. The app has become completely useless, and unless it improves soon, I will be deleting it, as it is now wasted space on my phone. What a disappointment it has become....

Waste of time. Glad I didn't buy this app I'd be pissed. Never got the rebate, kept saying PayPal issue. Don't understand why my PayPal address has to be the same as the email I set up the MobiSave account with but even after changing them so they match I still never got anything. Don't waste your time

I used to enjoy this. Was a easy way to get cash (via PayPal) for stuff I like. But now it is virtually all package codes ( which I have yet to see on a product). They have also greatly reduced the selection of things I'm interested in. If they don't shape up, it will get the boot soon. I could always use extra space on my phone.

This used to be one of my favorite apps when grocery shopping. Now it's useless because they only offer savings on items with special codes on them and none of my grocery stores have these items with these so called "mobisave codes" on them. Deleting this app! I'll download it back if y'all decide to switch back to actually being a worthwhile app.

Well, they sure got me. I bought something as an experiment i never would have otherwise purchased bcs it said free with rebate. Then I find out i have to download this app, then I try for an hour to make it work to get my 6 bucks back. Then I find a youtube video that explains i had to select the offer from the app before i purchase or it won't work. Bully for you, RXbars people, but I sure won't be buying anything from you again. THe product was terrible but you got your money. Deleted this horrible app right off my phone.

Have never once gotten to use this app. All "deals" are for specially marked MobiSave packaging. I've not once, ever in my life, seen these mysterious items in store, so it's probably region specific and they're likely hotly sought out. The actual app is fine and the brands are all things I'd buy... But if it doesn't give you the unique mobisave code, it doesn't count. It's been over a month that this has taken up space on my phone. I'm done.

I've had this app since it became available to android. It used to offer any item rebates. Now I never see them. Also a lot of the products have to have a code. I haven't seen any of these products w a peelie on them w the code. I shop a few different stores. So I'm wondering if there is a third party rep that is supposed to put them on the product and doesn't. It always seems to be the same 10 products also. I'm good w salad dressing for a while now. Other then that the app is easy to use and quick w deposits. I'd give it a 5 if it offered more selections ☺

Useless - found a product in store that was "free" with MobiSave - I read the instructions in the store and bought the product. When I got home, I find I'm supposed to scan the item before checking out (Instructions you could read in the store didn't mention that). I see no way to take a picture of my receipt (camera grayed out), probably because the item I bought is not listed in their offers in the app. The item I wanted to try is going back to the store for a refund and I'm going to dump this useless app.

App poorly designed, not inuitive, extra clicks required. After taking one or more photos and clicking next, the photos are not attached until you click a tiny paperclip icon so that it changes color (with no on-screen instructions) and then you can proceed. It seems like it was designed by people who do not use the app. You need real users to help you make it easier to use and more intuitive.

I used to love this app. About a month ago when something changed and I could no longer see any rebates. I contacted CS who did finally get it fixed but now it is doing it again. Doesn't really matter since you can't find any products with their "unique code" on them. Uninstalling today. Nonpoint in having an app that you can't use.

This app use to be useful. They recently switched over to only products "unique codes" on their packaging that no one could find. CS also "doesnt know where they could be found because they are shipped at random." They used to offer very small rebates for fruits, vegetables, bread, etc. but i was also told they will only be having products financed by manufacturers, and 99% of the products on their app now, is to me, not considered "food" and i would never purchase. so i will be uninstalling this app. Its a shame. so many grocery apps went to $**t 🙁

Moby has gone through some changes that I was sad about but then I found one. It said try this free and they mean it. The product type and how much they will redeem the item for is clearly stated. For example Lysol spray for up to $6. Their words are much better then mine of course. You just type in your coupon code on app and summit your receipt and with in 24 hours you have your money in your paypal account which can be easily transferred to my bank. They are still one of the easyiest way to get a rebate. This app and the fetch app they are promoting are the easyiest to use and get paid . So I give them 6 stars out of 5. 😊

This app used to be great, easy to use with rotating deals and money deposited in hours to my paypal account. About a month ago something changed and it doesnt recognize my email, cant reset password, cant sign in with facebook. I contacted support many times, they had me sign put uninstall, and then reinstall. still problems and again this week all the same problems. not worth 20 minutes of tech work a day to redeem .10 cents Update, i used to use this app every week but now its useless. I can never find the unique codes.

Like so many others before me, I used to love this app. It was so easy to earn money and it was deposited right into your PayPal account without needing a minimum balance. But they changed the program and now you need to find specially marked packages with a code. I have never found these codes at any of the stores I shop (Target, Meijer, Kroger, Busch's, Vgs, Costco, IGA). It has been months, app deleted. :(
