New update on April fix my bugs which shows in January 2022 update. my voice balance of any network free package is now being shown. "The connection" have done it best. දැන් නම් හොදටම කල්ලා තියෙනවා.

poor update..!! , I don't need to add a complex password for the login. This is just a simple app, not a banking app. You have to learn lot of things from Dialog...!! We don't need multiple apps, we need multiple functions. Please reverse to previous release...!!

New update looks and feels great. But please add a dark mode. I'm not even able to force dark mode on this app. Also the My account features does not work. It responds as invalid credentials even though the ones I inserted are correct.

Exactly, this app latest version doesn't show the available voice minutes, instead it says it looks like you don't have any free voice minutes, accordingly this is very annoying, please correct it or reverse to previous version 🤭

Please don't ask us to explain deeply what the issue is.. Simply this latest App is not user friendly at all. Any infant can understand that rather than to the developer. There are no rounded corners, You have not applied blue theme correctly at all, you could have apply a smoothly divided circle for usage of data,sms,.. rather than copying from others, icons are less matchable with information, aligning information should be more clean & clear...

The latest version really annoying . Its doesn't show add ones or bill and payment history . Please switch to the older version which was user friendly . Useless app with useless information .

Newly updated app looks much better and more informative! .......................... (Old app) This is a very primitive childish app with some funky appearance. Even the basic information such as, details if all activated packages, real time usage details are not available. Mobitel should be ashamed of calling this app a self care tool. Very disappointing!

The app isn't functional at all.you need an account now to pay and check balances for pre paid phones and post paid and it doesn't show the data balances of pre paid number.Please change it back to the old version!!!!

Edit: They updated their UI, it's kinda usable now. These guys are just wasting our time. It doesnt even work 90% of the time and almost all the elements of the ui are overflown. I don't know which grade schooler programmed this app, please do your clients a favour just leave from your job and start begging. Thanks for wasting my time.

Used to be a good app. Now can't login in. Error message shown. It's very disappointing to see a huge company can't develop a single stable app for their customers. Give this app development to software engineers who developed the CEB app for the electricity board & I'm sure they will do a better job

billing summary shown to me is different to the actual as of the customer service inform most of the data plans are for ever when added-customer has no power to deactivate them Data plan "infinity" shown in the symbol may be known only by the developer of the app not for the customer- it says "all" no one knows what is ment by all- an utter confusion to the user Please improve this crazy app in such a way the user has authority to select and deselect options as he/she needs!

Useless app. No way to add or change voice plans. Nothing can be done for calling. Cannot activate prepaid or postpaid connection. Can add data plans. But it's hard to understand what the plan include. Not much details provided before activation. වැඩකට නැති ඇප් එකක්. මේකෙන් voice පැකේජ් ගන්ඩ බෑ. කෝල් ගන්න ඒවා ගැන මුකුත්ම කරන්න බෑ. ඩේටා ගැන වුණත් පැකේජ් එකක තියෙන්නේ මොනවාද කියලා හරියට බලා ගන්ඩ බෑ. වෙන කොහෙන්හරි විස්තර බලාගෙන activate කරගන්න තමා වෙන්නේ

If anyone have problems with watch bill history, use 3 line menu on upright corner and select reset app and then remove all numbers from this device. Enter your mobile number again after selecting language and enter otp. It should be resolve the problem.

What is the point of this app. Please someone explain 😂 can't pay, can't activate packages just a useless app. FYI Dialog/ Hutch they have better application if you don't know just check those applications.
