MOBROG Survey App

The criteria system needs to me improved. At times I wait up to 2 weeks before getting a survey that claims to be for me only to click on it and be redirected to a screenout tab that says "You don't match the criteria for this survey". Other than that, its a decent survey app. One of the better options out there but the UI could use with a revamp and it would also be nice if we could do the survey on the app and not in our browsers.

I find this an excellent way in which to voice my opinion and earn heard cash at the same time!! There are some downsides to the surveys when completing them on a smart phone though but it is nevertheless a great app! I find it frustrating at times because my profile often disqualifies me from taking part in surveys and I lose many money-making opportunities!

I think I've only started around October 2021 🤔😁 I've been paid a lot of times thru MOBROG and very much legit. Of course it's hard to get surveys sometimes if you're not qualified for it or in the time limit or quota but when you do, you only have to do like a few times (5+/-) before you can redeem the PayPal payment. Overall it's ok but every time I've cashed out, payment usually takes within a few hours or a day or two 👍🏼 good for some extra bucks or a simple meal.

Mobrog is okay for earning money for doing very little. They only problem I find is that they will email you about a survey and have it available on your dashboard to participate in, but as soon as you click the link to start, 9/10 times, they say I do not qualify, which is ultimately extremely frustrating and a waste of data. The money that I have earned, is literally just paying for the data I have used to complete the few surveys I qualified for and opening the dead-end links.

Really poor experience through the app. It's not user friendly, what's the point of having an app if to find surveys it need to open the phone browser instead of staying in app? Most of the times the very formatting of the app and pages it opens is bad and you need to spend much more time to fill everything accordingly. To look for surveys you have to repeat most informations on your profile all over again (with no guarantee you'll get a survey that you'll be able to qualify). Don't recommend it

I dont use their app, but i use the web version. From my point of view, Mobrog is the worst survey panel/platform. If i try attempt 25-3o surveys, i could complete only one. In most cases, they display - screen-out, and there is no valid reason for screening out. There is no partial reward, unlike others, for partially completed surveys. They provide lotteries for partially completed or cancelled surveys, but those are just 'false'

The concept is good and overall it is okay. But technical side lacks a lot: surveys get screened-out at any point (for example at 98% complete in a 30-minutes survey, and this is a typical case), the search redirects user to a longer surveys then suggested initially and support never replies.

After months of using, my screen doesn't show the menu options anymore, it is just blank with a mobrog logo. I tried submitting a ticket but it always show verification failed. The app has a lot of problems and you can't even email them for help. Useless.

I've made ~16€ in 20 days. I wish I could get more surveys. I usually get one in the morning and since I sleep late, I might miss it. 4 stars because of that and also, because you can't join lottery on mobile and honestly, I don't believe it's real. I had 30 tickets last month and I thought I have a decent chance to win. apparently you'll need more than 30 tickets.

This app is good and very much legit. It can take time for your dollars to accumulate until you reach your minimum payment. Even though sometimes you do not always qualify for surveys. It definetly pays.

I really enjoy this app. At first, qualifying for surveys was a mission, but i stuck with it and now after 3 weeks im starting to see some progress. Some very interesting and worth-discovering topics. Will post again once pay out is complete.

Well, I can say you're doing a good job here. Though I know nothing about the withdrawal problem because I haven't participated in surveys up to the stage of withdrawing but the problem I have with this app is, if one cannot participate in a particular survey and some others that have saved up all because one didn't check them immediately when they were available, it will be a complete waste of time opening and trying to do them because one will not be redirected no matter how one tries.

I would give this site a 0 star if it was possible. After completing my profile, I decided to log out and come back in awhile. That, was a bad call! As when I tried to log back in, I was unable to do so. Therefore, I attempted to reset my password as I assumed that might've been the issue but, was unable to do so too - as the site stated that my email "isn't listed". Made a new account, but I can't access even that now. As now, for some reason, I've not been able to access the site AND app.

It was working very well initially for like a month, then all of a sudden, it says I should log in even when I never logged out of the app. Filled in all my details but it keeps saying incorrect username/password. Tried everything but still keeps saying the same thing. I even tried to register another email but it doesn't work anymore and even when I get emails that I have surveys, I can't log in. Please fix this

Hey it's not bad free money basically, but sometimes they send invitations to a bad wave of surveys which you aren't qualified to fill out, so I lost out on a lot of earning chance, because of that! Because of this In my first one month's time I only earned the basic 4 pounds and i filled out about 20 surveys and about 30 screened out so quite annoying! I hope it will change with time otherwise I will delete my account!

This is a good app for finding different surveys, however sometimes you will be half way through a survey and then be kicked off which can be disappointing. However the site finds surveys from loads of different companies so it's not surprising that you don't always fit there criteria. All in all a really decent app

I downloaded the app but it won't even let me create an account. When I right an email it says its wrong, when I delete and type in the exact email it says a different problem like wrong address, when I time same adress again it now says wrong date of birth. Its really annoying. I haven't even tried but it's clearly a waste of time.

Completing survey at mobrog is very rewarding. It pays instantly as soon as you reach the thresh hold. And it gives overview on what happened to surveys you failed to complete and give you advise how to be more successful next time. Plus a chance to win the lottery as you get tickets on failed to complete surveys. Its cool. I love it....

minimum payout is really high. I am not sure if I will be able to reached that minimum payout coz the amount of time + data you consume in answering the survey does not match to the amount of the survey. Also, the minimum payout is almost as twice my salary for whole year

Tried to log into my account, but failed. Tried resetting password, but got "email address not listed". I have done a lot of surveys and just accumulated enough money to redeem rewards. Now, all my time and efforts are down the drain. I don't know why my email address is not listed when i am still getting emails from mobrog.

Rewriting my review!! Deducted 2 stars!! Aside from prev review re: not matched and survey always says already answered. The lottery ticket are not given! Answered 5-7 surveys got 1 ticket! Tried submit ticket on helpdesk: always captcha not valid! So hard to email their support! Now just finished a survey it said thank you then it became screen time out! If you still wanted to dl this make sure to always screen record so you have proof (this was my regret while answering should have sr)!!!!!

Pays out extremely slowly. I've completed many surveys in which MOBROG stated that my earnings will be in my profile or what not. Filed a complaint email and they asked for screenshots and survey codes on which NO LONGER EXIST after they're completed. I'm talking over 10 times. All in all 3/4 of the surveys are scammy.* Contacted them many times but to no avail. I recommend sticking with the legitimate sites.

I'm a member for a few years now. I've been using the same account ever since and earned a tiny bit too. Now my account suddenly gets deactivated because "I have several accounts". Where did that even came from.. For the app, it is like a webpage cramped into a mobile app. Some links are small, some buttons would take a few moments to figure out what they are for. Some links do not even work at all. It would be nice if it could give a feel of a native app instead of a webpage.

Not long on this site and I am impressed so far have done many surveys and been screened out, but that comes with the territory as most site do this, but this one I find far better, the payouts are fast and you don't have a set amount you have to reach like 10 or 20 quid it's as little as 4 pound providing you have PayPal.

Good app, easy to earn fairly small amounts of money through it, but i have two surveys worth 43c that wont go away. I dont qualify for one of them, and ghe other one just doesn't work, but i cant get rid of them. Also, I've gotten around 95% through a survey before getting some network error or something of that sort and there's nothing i can do to report the issue, which is annoying

Guys,this is pure scam! You end up wasting your time and data only to get screened out after successfully completing the survey! They would even tell you that you would be credited automatically but there would be nothing in your balance. What's with sending an invitation and midway you tell me I am not qualified! Mobrog,defend this and prove me wrong! I guess I just have to uninstall the app. So sad!

Not a scam. There are many surveys I'm not qualified for but probably because I wasn't in the target group. But then survey invitation is frequent enough for me to find one that I'd qualify for so I'd just have to try and click the links. Rewards redemption is hassle free too, it was transfered to my paypal almost instantly each time I redeem my rewards.

I really like this site. I get surveys sent to me via email, and I can easily start the survey by clicking a link in the email. If I could make one suggestion it would be to send an alarm or notification to my my phone when a survey is mached to me because it has happened that I miss surveys because I forget to check emails every day. Otherwise I think it's great.

App seems to be working flawlessly and easy to use! Some surveys might take longer than stated and some won't let you answer any questions and you'll be redirected back to the app, but overall pretty solid app I've been using it for the last 3 years now! Give it a try! Free Money technically.
