Easy to use, and more importantly all the MIS reports are available in the app itself.
Very good software and app.But really terrible sales dept..They dont know how to speak to customers/doctors. They treat customers like beggars. Each member acts like they are head of google and we are begging for free stuff..They give one qoutation first and then ask the doctors to pay more...promise something once and then refuse to even accept that the promise was made... Be very careful when dealing with sales team... Do not believe them.. Take everything in writing..
In app ,new order time there is no title column only name column is here.Please add title column its very important.

BILLING GETTING EASILY. PATIENT INFORMATION GETTING EASILY. OPD AND IPD PATIENT INFORMATION NO NEED TO FILL OUT THE INFORMATION AGAIN AND AGAIN. TRAINING IS BEST. MOCDOC IS VERY USEFUL TO US..PRODUCT IS VERY USER FRIENDLY AND EASY TO USE.
Doesn't open in mobile please rectify this issue

Software is easy to use and understand. Very user friendly. As of now we are not facing any issue. Patient registration and billing has become very easy.
