Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Now my new phone feels complete! I have really missed the Mocse app, I didn't realize how much I loved it until I didn't have it! Thank you for the update and the phone call!!!
This new app has been a really difficult transition. Many times I'll open that app and none of the text boxes or buttons respond, in order for me the log in. Which has made the whole thing pretty useless at times. It might be a problem with its compatability with my phone itself. But overall, think this wasn't ready to be launched. If it isn't fixed soon, I might switch banks.
The old app was instantly updated and always correct. This one takes to long to update to the correct amount in your account. It doesn't update immediately when you transfer funds to the visa. And fore this app crashes EVERY time i try to use it. I have to force stop it, wait a few seconds, then reopen it. Then if I am lucky enough to NOT get the error message and I get to look at my account, its a 50/50 chance its frozen and won't let me click on anything. I hate this new app. Switch back
It works great again, Mocse called me to let me know that my new phone just needed the new update! Thanks (S22 Ultra)
There's a major issue with this new app. None of the text boxes respond to my touch. I don't understand why Mocse rolled out this update full of glitches and bugs. I never run into these kinds problem with my Chase bank app. Chase eliminates the bugs and irons out the glitches before deploying an app update to the public. I would like rollback to the prevoius version. Other than that this app is useless.
I actually liked the old app better. This one has merits though. All of your accounts are already linked, and all show up on your main accounts screen. However, I am not tickled with the new check deposit part. And don't waste your time trying to sign in on your own the first time. It is complicated. Just call the # - starts with 855 I think - and have them walk you through it. Other than that? I LOVE Mocse, and am VERY thankful we have a mobile app since I no longer live in StanCo!!
This app is absolutely horrible.. Every time the are system updates you get kicked off and you have to call in to create a new Log in or create a new password. It's very inconvenient I've been locked out of the app on weekends and I couldn't check my balance or make any transfers because I was locked out and there was no customer service on the weekends I've been a member for 15 plus years and this is the worst it's ever been
I was finally able to get my app straightened out with the help of my bank. Was really traumatic for awhile. I use this for everything. The fact that I can turn my phone on and off has been a godsend for stopping fraudulent charges I turn it on when I use it and off right after. If I can't get into my account from my phone I have a problem. Thats why it's so important that the app is solid and reliable.
(edited to 5⭐) Love the new app (and Mocse) especially after they tweaked the features/functions, everything works great now! Bill pay, mobile deposit, fingerprint login, local fee-free ATMs, and now it shows running balance!
I can't even enter my password. I can't even select the text box to even start typing. This apps only gets there 1.3 of the time. Constantly locking up on the loading screen. Whoever are the developers of this app, you are hurting a really good local bank by not delevering a working product.
Can't even deposit a check. It keeps telling me I have taken two picture of the front of the check. This app is horrible. Update: After 3 weeks of having the app the bank turned off my access to the app and my online account. This app is bad. The bank seems to have issues as well.
Too many issues being repeated. This new app was supposed to be an improvement. It is not! The old app was much better and reliable. It always seems to go out on the weekends when you can't get help. May be time to switch credit unions.
I like the old app better. It gave you balances for every charge that went through and was easier to tell what was pending and what wasn't. Also, I keep getting a error message stating it can't verify my information. Frustrating!!!
I got a new phone and for some reason the app is not working. As soon as I try opening the app, it immediately exits. I love this app and the bank, but right now it is very frustrating not being able to see my accounts.
App login error issues. Refuses to recognize user name and password (again) but it works when I log into the web. It now is crashed completely. I am uninstalling and reinstalling for the 3rd time.
Everytime I try to log into this app it says there is a problem either with my user name or the password. The problem is with the app! I have my user and password written down. It's not wrong! You should seriously look into getting this issue fixed!!
Please support rooted phones again. I dont need your protection. Thanks. EDIT: It was supported in a previous version. I want to deposit checks not check my balance. Stop being so stingy. Rooted phone users are smarter than you think.
With the new update it says "This apps security policy prevents The use of Android debug bridge and / usb debugging. Please turn this setting off via device settings and relaunch the app" like I need to use my apps how do I fix this.
Doesn't work on the new S22 or S22 ultra. My wife and I both can not use this app with the new galaxy phones. Frustrating since this is the only electronic way to deposit a check.
App semi-regularly disables fingerprint login. Very inconvenient and not a security feature in any regard.
doesn't open! Not sure why it won't open now, because 2 weeks ago it was just fine. Anytime there is a update things like this always happens. Not happy
It is understandable that a new app can be a little confusing, but a simple call can solve your miniscule problem you've come here to complain about. It's easy for people to hide behind their keyboards instead of actually trying to do something about it.
The app is much better now than it used to be. Customer service is always helpful when you call, which is unfortunately only during business hours for the bank. There's always some sort of technical issue though
App keeps telling me it is experiencing issues, to check my connection and/or update the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app and tried updating several times. May need to move my cash to another bank because I'm effectively locked out and can't get a balance when needed.
Liked old app better, only thing better is it allows a fingerprint to open and quick balance view. Cant go to statements.
The app works if you already have an account but there is a glitch with the text boxes while making your online banking profile. Just use the website to sign up until these glitches are fixed.
Ever since you changed the app, it is garbage! I can't get a running total, as of 1/10/2020, I can't even see my other accounts. I can't even add the account online.
After the latest Samsung phone update the app is completely broken. Can't even open it. Every other app works fine.
Slow and doesnt clear checks when received. I always have to wait a day or two. Very annoying!!!!
Easy to navigate. I especially love the mobile check cashing feature, saves time and fuel! Thank you MOCSE!!
