I've been using Modalku since October 2019 and I'm REALLY disappointed with this funding app. 46% of my money is default. The service fee is so high, it's 3% p.a., assuming your porto is about 15%, it's 20% your porto but Modalku doesn't even have insurance. Invoice financing should be less risky but still most of the loan is defaulted. High risk, high return doesn't apply here. It's high risk, low return. Btw I've also tried to buy SBR once in 2020 but somehow always failed. What an app.
After using this p2p application for more than 4 years (I started to fund here since Feb 2017), I want to declare my disappointment. The default percentage is huge, it reaches more than 15% of the total previous asset. I also need to say that the loss that I got is bigger than my profit for 4 years. Moreover, the section of Kinerja Anda told me that my profit is X but didn't tell me the loss that I got. On the other hand, the service fee also reached more than 21% of total profit. How come???
Suddenly it says that my device is unsupported. I ran it with my S8+ before and changed to S10+. Worked before, but I can't open the app now. Please use the app in accordance with your term of use? Please let me know this is a mistake. Oh yeah and lots of defaulted loans. Hard times huh.
i can still using the apps well, i think its because the app version, i think if you guys still on the old version better do not update to the latest ones. so we can still open the apps and doing transaction.
Only take protected investments, the management didn't do proper job on reviewing and collecting the defaulted loan. High default rate + high service fee, most likely won't be able to get profit (always busted) on non-protected loans. Fundingsocieties for Malaysia works way better than this one.
I cant withdraw my money. When amount has been typed and press withdraw, the apps quit automatically. You dont have good app. I doubt that you can manage money.
After few years "investing", I can't even recover my principal amount. Use this app if you don't need money and willing to give them away to useless underwriters. App said I got profit, but they don't count the defaulted loans. What a joke.
Absolute trash. I have 7.924.000 monthly sallary and only managed to get 3.000.000 loan for 6 months tenor which i can even pay once im on payday. I wanted a loan! Not a paylater!
Got a message that my device is unsupported and therefore I can't access the app. I'm using Galaxy S10+. Care to explain what device your app supports then?
Unsupported device? You must be joking. Not recommended p2p lending app. The default rate is too high. And also, your live chat service is terrible, no reply there.

Was fine few days ago. And today I can't login to the app, it said unsupported device.
This is the best P2P lending investment platform I've ever had. Really like it.., and I still become it loyal investor on this marketplace..
It's great, but could you please make the deposit faster? 30minutes are quite long hehe

The user experience is REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD. It's really confusing to see what is my balance now. This very primary need of an investment platform, yet modalku fails to show it to users. I want to withdraw all. Also, my investment is at lost after 1 year. I understand that P2P has risks, but assuming that I gain 15% with a TKB90 of 94% I shud still be in profit. But No, I'm at loss.
