This app is considerably worse then any of the other rail apps. First and foremost, you can't change or decide what you are doing once you've arrived, so if your dispatch changes what you are doing or there is an issue with the box you came in for, you can't use the app to outgate anymore. This is the only app that requires you to do everything for your outgate before you arrive and doesn't give any warning such as holds until after you have attempted to check in and are now unable to use it.
Perhaps it's just for my type of missions but it doesn't provide any service. It doesn't provide any type of code or QR code to speed up the process. I have to enter all the information in the app then enter it again in the kiosk. All it seems to do is send the J1 ticket to my phone instead of printing it. For me it increases my time to save a little paper. Im usually bobtail looking for an empty from the office, maybe it is a little more useful if you're picking up a load.
I didn't even wanna give 1 star. This app doesnt work at all. Nothing happenes when you Click" Welcome click here to get started" Tried to contact support. They know nothing. This is worst of the worst app i have ever used. No help from support either.
This app is the absolute pits. There is technical support to help with getting started on the app. I have downloaded it...deleted it and downloaded it again....now it's telling me...your attempt to register with this app has failed because the email has already been used.
Absolutely terrible! Nowhere to enter company name or truck number so it tells me I have no drayage. I've sent comments to "feedback" through app with no response. This is app is definitely not worth the space on phone! And to make things worse because of this app the Memphis CN has dedicated 3 lanes for app users of course these lanes are always empty. One lane is dedicated for all other drivers that cant get the app to work. That lane is always backed up. And they will ban you for pulling into either of the three EMPTY Modalpass lanes without the app. Wish I could put a negative in front of the one star I'm giving!
This app sucks. All the railyards un the Chicagoland area have less problems and better customer service. There is no way to contact to resolve an issue. They really suck.
Worst app ever! I signed up for a faster ingate/outgate. It says my drivers license is expired (which is not) and it does not provide any number to customer support. Therefore I can't use the app. What a waste of time!
Half of time this app not work. When work if you have dangerous goods then you will not be able to use it, need to go machine and enter all information there. CP's web portal is much better than yours.
Can't adequately use it to ingate it prompts me to log out and then back in to fix the issue yet nothing changes resulting in me losing time in the railyards HORRIBLE
Doesn't work for any of the US terminals and can't even use it for lot location since my DL isn't registered in Canada so can't obtain a login. Get with the times CN and get this thing working at the US terminals.
This app is terrible! I was able to sign on so easy with the other apps, but this app gave me the most trouble and tech support was Non-Existent I just deleted and waited in line...Should be No Stars Given!!!!!
It does not show ingates and outgates all of the time .Do yourself a favor and take a pic of the kiosk while your doing a transaction or you might not have proff of the transaction. It's kind of sucky
This app is sucks why we should have an app and sign in at the rail ..so we do 2 times work not like csx .... csx rail is the best scan and go fast and saves time ..modal pass is the worst app ever
It's worst evet app .my app not allowing to anything on my app.i send my problem via feedback. But no one reply anything about to help me.
It's good but there's some issues with this app, we can't see seal and sometimes when you info in app you have enter again at computer
App is completely useless for checking in and there is no support or feedback on comments
Great app. Few issues but most of time it works flawless.

Please make this work in USA the wait time at kiosks is insane 2 hours to ingate and outgate not to mention the inconvenience of not knowing if my reservation is good I lost countless days of work because of this
No instructions, nothing to scan at gates.
Unorganized. Lengthy waiting hours for lift off or lift on. Really bad place to come to do your business

Does not work, Registered but account doesn't activate...
After logging on anywhere from 15 minutes to 12 hours ahead of time, and being told worthy container is, so obviously I have communicated with the system, I'm told at the modal pass terminal that these terminals are for mortal pass users only, so obviously me using my phone does not update that those particular terminals. So what is the point of having these terminals if there isn't always communication. USELESS USELESS USELESS USELESS.
