Modern Campaigns - Mideast '67
Modern Campaigns is a detailed turn-based simulation of operational warfare after World War II through until present day. It includes detailed rules and combat resolution but has a simple interface that allows the player to focus on strategy and tactics. A wide variety of unit types are represented including infantry, tanks, artillery, and engineers. In addition, modern warfare is addressed in this game engine including chemical and nuclear warfare, electronic warfare (signal intelligence and jamming), and thermal sights.
While this version of Modern Campaigns will run on large-format Android phones, it is best on an Android tablet with screen size of 7 inches or more.

Great game but few scenarios and they are not that connected. It is fairly simple and provides a series of fun but challenging battles.
'67 Night Drop is a joke. Not enough time, reinforcements arrive too late, too far, to be of any significant use. Who ever wrote this scenario needs to improve it.
Please please please release the other 2 games in the 85 series its a great game but it lacks a senario editor. And a multi player mode
Same accurate, but engaging game play, although less scope for manouve tactics, due to the historical nature of the scenarios (I prefer european based theatres). Also fantastic response to queries from John Tiller games.
His stuff is good. Once you understand the UI for one of his games the rest follow the same conventions. This makes it worth learning it.
Played through all the campaigns twice. Simply fantastic. Highly recommend it.
This series is wonderful but seems you've dropped it in favor of the Civil War titles. Alas. All titles by these guys are superlative. Deep tactical problems, great scripting and spot on historical realism. Buy them all. This is the one I seem to most frequently replay. In many ways the easiest campaign in the series.
Let's keep it simple its a brilliant game recommend it to any old school strategy buff

Truth be told, I'm just getting back into the world of detailed wargaming after a decades-long hiatus. This was definitely the right game to run back into headfirst and without a plan. Great game, I'll be getting more.
