No update since 2017! I would give the app 5 stars if they would actually update it. There have been many single oils and blends created that you can not find in the app due to lack of updating. Other than being severely outdated it is a good resource and one I use often. For the newer oils and blends I have to refer to the Modern Essentials book that they update yearly; this however requires I purchase a large book and carry it around with me everywhere which is why I bought the app.
Don't buy this app until they update it! It used to be a five star app, but has not been updated in quite a while. I still gave it three stars because it is good and useful for what there is of it, but we all bought it with the promise it would be updated every year. So much money is made from us buying new books every year, but we also paid for this app. If it's more money they want, then charge us another dollar every year if we want the update. But at least update it! Come on AromaTools, you're better than this!
This is more of an interactive E-book than an Ap. Its very outdated, and while the functionality of the ap is really well thought out, it's no longer useful because we have two years worth of new oils that it hasn't incorporated.
USED to work! I paid for this app and was never notified that it would be non-functional at any time. I shouldn't have to purchase a new app with the same information from the same company. I've already paid once. Very disappointing. Poor customer service.
App used to be amazing but most of the buttons don't work anymore, and the last app update years ago! If they were going to abandon the app then we should have been notified in some way.
This app is NEVER updated. I see they are on version 10 in hardback which does include all the new oils. This digital app is like version 8. Would change my stars if ever updated
Use to work great but in the last month only the home page works. Any of the tabs or search option forces the app to force shut upon selecting. Disappointing considering I paid for a usable app.
I bought this app with my book. Suddenly its no longer working. It hasnt been updated in 2 years. This makes it incompatible with newer phones.
This app is very helpful and works smoothly. However it needs an update badly! There are 20 or more oils that are not included.
I see you have a Modern Essentials Plus App and it says it has all the new oils. We already paid for this app why not keep it up to date. not make people pay for another app!
I'm interested to know why this app has now gone up to £15.49 in the UK on Google play, yet is still £6.49 in Spain and Holland - and the UK version is still £6.99 on iOS?
I loved the app when I first bought it but dissapointed that no longer getting updates as new products are added. Feel they are looking for ways to increase their income instead of ways to keep customers informed.
The app keeps shutting down and won't let me access the info. I bought the pro version and can't even use it, such a waste of money

This app is not opening at all. Needs developer to update. When it is working it is really informative.
Before I purchase this I was specifically told that it would be updated. Not happy with the fact there will be no update. This would be a great a great app otherwise.

Has not updated in over a year doesn't even have copaiba! I have only used this app like 2x since I bought it. dont waste your money.

Nice and easy to have on hand, but way over due for an update. There are a lot of new products not on the app.

I use to love this app! I thought it would be great, a one time purchase that is updated at least as frequently as they release the new book, but I was wrong. I paid $9.99 for this app and now it won't even open. It keeps force stopping and is completely useless at this point. Do no purchase this application, they don't update it, like ever. -_-
