Very bad ask for sensitive information, then no response to approve registration, no response at whatapp also i fell like unsafe app with info he ask

good service when i first use the application but after that i try to transfer again the button for purpose of transaction is not showing and thats why i cannot make transfer again. please kindly fix the issue. i recomend this application after all. staff is very apprpachable also. please fix the issue.
It's a waste of time with inefficient service. I applied for an account twice and uploaded the required documents but I've never got any response. Unreliable company.
Bad autoresponder system and late response from the helpdesk.. No follow up at all and they blocked my number when i tried to follow up my transactions. Not recommended at all. Better to go direct to the show room
This application gave me a real headache, since 3 hours I am trying to add 1 beneficiary only, now after I managed to add him, the account is locked, this task should be much easier to use, plus let someone solve this issue, it's urgent
I subscribed with difficulties atbthe end it didn't show the rates, and at worst it didn't accept inputting beneficiaries, when I called I was asked to send details by phone.Whats the use of the application? Wastage of time
Does not work... beneficiary mobile no is required in 10 digits... but when you input correct number in 10digjts.. it does not accept... stupid bug and does not allow to move ahead .
I haven't completed a transaction today but still it unable to process my first transaction saying you can only process one transaction a day. Poorly configured app.
But in the beginning it was working very well but now you can do only one transaction in a day. It is not even on time. Late money arrives after 3 to 4 hours. There is no urgent service. It is of no special use..
Trying to sign up and getting msg Java.null.langexceptionpointer for both options sms and email. Can't register. Please fix this issue.
Too many bugs need to fix even I can't register in the app it ask to choose country residence I don't know why ? And you can't chose or write in the field required
Useless app. 2 weeks passed since i took all the pains going thru a tedious registration process and still waiting for customer verification!
It's very easy & amazing app for exapties who send money to home country for thier families, I used from covid 19 shut down everything but now I used this b'coz no need to go any exchange or bank.
Useless app!!! They just send the mobile otp. Not the email otp.!! Develop your app properly first!
Not easy to use. So many unnecessary security concerns. Could have bit flexible.
Can't login showing error. Tried a lot of uninstaling and installing the app. Even we can't login online web address.

Cannot login even after registering. Asking to visit branch when no branches are open. Uninstalling.
The application is not working.. When i try to login It shows the message saying Internal service error Plz try again later .

Worst app. Very complicated registration procedure. Took more than 2 months for approval after registration. After today I tried to do a transaction. Without transferring a single OMR, the App says exceeded the transaction limit for the day for the account.
