This used to be a game I grinded for days because it was actually playable. It was definitely pay-to-win, but the game still had lots of room for the player to progress and even match up their stats to players who did pay money. Now, you can't even do that anymore because they removed any ability to use in-game currency to buy even the most basic units in the game. This game basically NEEDS money to actually play, like it or not.

Game heavily incentivises purchasing as a significant number of quests are only completable through purchasing. Game has been broken for too long as it is impossible to move buildings and therefore impossible to build new buidlings. Edit: this was made prior to the 20/5/20 update which "fixed bugs". The bug preventing buildings being moved remains unfixed.

I used to love this game. Epic concept. Clearly it is no longer supported. Any new player cannot even do basic setup or tasks. Too bad, was looking forward to giving it another long run. Still not fixed a month later. We cannot place or move buildings!!!!!

I played this game when I was younger and it was great and now it feels like the game got worse and I don't even wanna play it anymore. It's really hard to advice and level up in the game. Base building is terrible as well as getting troops. down waste you time on this game

This game was amazing. I have been playing for 7.5 years. However since Deca took over the performance issues make it simply unplayable - which is heartbreaking. Once fixed this is a five star game, but in all good conscious over the last few months I cannot recommend anyone to start playingbit

I've previously rated this game one star after 5 years trying to work with it. Now, finally, enough is enough. I've invested far too much time and money, now they refuse to refund me $29.99 for an in-app purchase on a deleted acct. Bottom line, the game is no longer fun because it's become too costly to maintain. I have nearly 20 accounts, but I'm distributing what I've accumulated and Uninstaller this game. I cannot be any more forceful in my recommendations to avoid this game at all cost.

New "update"/company caused me to lose all accounts. Years of work and money I put in the game gone. Tried getting old accounts back but they are not appearing when reinstalling app. The absolute worst experience of a game I ever had in my life. Will never be getting a game by this company. I worked very hard for the hundreds of dollars spent on this game on my 2 accounts. I bet they wont reply or get in contact with me to make things right. Absolute worst feeling ever from this. Do NOT GET THIS

Avoid this game like the plague, after reading the article, i thought this sounds like a good game, so after installing it, it took forever to install, i mean forever, if your phone ever goes to sleep, it reverts itself, back to square one, re-installing itself, the actual game designers haven't really thought, about the concept of the or yet to be fully loaded up SO AVOID THIS GAME LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!

Broken.. developers adding content but not fixing ongoing issues. Game does not load past 1%. Only reason it shows 10m+ downloads is because when it stops working you have to uninstall and reinstall and the game forces you to keep creating new accounts.

Buggy, loads of glitches, lags, neverending; devs don't care. Been playing for years, which I know is stupid, but there's lots of time spent building the base up to where it is now, just casual play. You CAN play this game without spending hard earned cash, I never used a dime of my own money, & I can't help but laugh/smh at anyone that does spend actual money on this POS game. STILL cannot buy new or move existing bldgs, been 1+ years...need to do that on iOS device. Smfh.

Maybe I'm blinded by nostalgia but this is arguably the best base building game after clash of clans and boom beach. The reason I don't give it 5 stars though is because of the overly large amount of bugs in the game.

Server is terrible, every weekend wd is on, can never log in and eventually when you can the game is unplayable due to taking forever to get hits off.

Has many server problems, wont open app for days at a time, when Playing timed events it stumbles and slows down. It may be addictive but not worth the effort.

Have played over 5 years, have had 15 accounts at once, have had over 30 accounts. Game dose have issues once in a while, very fun to see how big you can get. Joining a good faction makes it fun, and is the way to grow fast, game can be addictive.

I love this game. I enjoy interacting with faction members online. Also doing faction and individual events. It gives me great entertainment and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mobile game whereby you can play anywhere on your device. Cheers

This has got to be the worst gaming company on the market. This game is the worst I've come across so far. Hardly any of the events even work right and they are way to proud of their gold. Gold prices are out the roof. If a game fuction messes up good luck on getting any kind of support. If you know what's best for you stay away from any games with the company Gree involved. Also this game rarely works on lots of devices so it's a roll of the dice. Beware and stay away from anything GREE!

I have played this game when I was younger and it worked fine but now I can't even Play the gane cause I cant Place a Building down Every time I hit the check to place the building down It moves and I cant place it making it impossible to get pass the tutorial making the game impossible to play.

Cheesy bad graphics, couldn't even handle getting past the tutorial it was so bad. App store images are misleading as to the quality.

I've loved this game for 10 years, but there's been months now i can't add a new building or move a building on my base. Now the last 5 days i cant get in my game at all. Help!!!

Been playing this game since 2011, I give 5 stars because of my overall experience and people I've had the pleasure of playing with, but really the devs only care about the big spenders, do I wouldn't expect them to respond or react in any kind of way if you're having an issue unless you spend thousands of dollars a month

Played for 8 years since Deca took over its problem after problem, cant upgrade or build anything , takes forever to log on not to mention they want access to everything even to make phone calls. I'm done
