After years, they finally made a semi-functional user interface, only to be faced with other issues 1. Random ingredients aren't available from time to time. 2. Rewards function is a coin-toss on whether or not you will be able to redeem them 3. The latest scumbag move is adding a drink on by default when it's not included. I love Moe's the restaurant but this app is straight up trash. Oh, and the only selections for Moe Monday were bowls which I didn't notice until after I picked up my food.
App is good but menu has errors I attempted to make a combo order but it would never put a drink to the menu and crashed 3 times before I had to reset app and just deal with the fact that I had to place the drink separately. Other than that I had no real problem getting to order or putting in information.
It just so happened I get a notification that you have buy one get one free entrée yesterday and today and now your app hasn't worked all day...how convenient.
Glitchy, can't use rewards, Moe's Monday NEVER works. I feel like the Moe's Monday deal is just outright fraud. It NEVER works. It tells you what to add, you add everything, the deal shows up, but when you try to check out, you get a message that you haven't added an eligible item to your order. Also, I have $10 in rewards I cannot use. F this app.
Three times in a row now I've tried to order using the app and have been unable to, only getting error messages about online ordering being down or unavailable once I get to the payment page. Not sure why they're still trying with this app since they clearly don't want people to actually use it to order food.
I went to redeem the welcome offer of a free cup of queso and the cashier told me they couldn't scan the coupon, so I ended having to pay for that. Also the app claims that you will get about 1 point for every dollar spent, and while it's clear that is an estimate, I paid 17 dollars and only got 5 points, so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to think.
I've been trying to place an order on the app. It said "Error: Operation timed out" repeatedly when trying to pay. The order never finished (I called the store, they never received it) but the app kept charging my card. It racked up some 28 charges and then my card got automatically canceled. Any app that charges and then errors out AFTER taking the money is rubbish. Then I use the help button in the app to ask for help, it sends me to an email box that is not monitored, cannot get help...
App is no longer functional. Always spits out error codes, won't let me scan rewards. These bugs have critically hampered any use of the app. It's crazy that the old version 5 years back was flawless and this one is a complete joke.
Poorly programmed 2.0, since they updated it, it locks up all the time. Doesn't respond to actions/updates. Deleting the app. Too many other restaurant apps out there to waste time on a not ready for prime time company.
I've never had any of the problems that any of the other reviews state. It didn't have grilled mushrooms for a while, but that's been resolved. It loads promptly and does apply the Moe Monday discount. Make it a meal works. I have a Note20 Ultra, so it works fine on Android too... the only knock I have is that it blocks screenshots so I can't use an image to send to friends to make sure I got their order(s) right.
The Available Rewards section on the order cart screen always says "check back real soon" and never lets me apply rewards that do show up in the reward section but say apply in cart...and endless loop of frustration. Would love for this to be fixed. Ordering ahead is the only reason to use the app, and we only eat Moe's because of their generous rewards program, so essentially the app is useless for us.
Not sure what's happening but not have not been happy the last few times I've used the app. Tonight there's no option to purchase drinks on my local menu. Before that I've asked for items on the side that were not communicated to my local Moe's. Hopefully these can be fixed!
I cannot log in regardless of what I do. I have reinstalled the app, changed the password a few times etc. It's keeps saying enter correct email and password or opps something went wrong try again later. Beyond disappointed that I can't redeem my birthday burrito 😞
The company sells the customers information and if one wanted to opt out of having their information sold, the options are made to be very hard to find. (That is, perhaps🤷🏿♂️, unless one is a California resident) After getting their app, I started receiving random calls from spam callers. This, amongst other experiences, is why I highly recommend avoiding getting this app are given the company in a personal information.

1 star until you eliminate the fee from ordering through your app. If anything you should give app users a discount since we're not using in-restaurant services as walk-in customers do. The app is a cost of doing business and shouldn't be passed onto your customers. Because the app is actually driving additional business. Are you going to start charging dine-in customers for electricity use while sitting in the restaurant?
Cannot use to order the Moe Monday offer. It overcharges every time. Customer service has assured me that my card will be charged the correct amount at checkout, but it always charges regular price. I'm sure I'm not the only one frustrated by this.
Terrible app. Multiple times I have tried to apply a coupon only for it to not apply to my purchase, yet say the coupon has been used. Buggy and not great, but better than the awkwardness of ordering in store.
App suddenly doesn't work. Can't use my rewards.
This app doesn't list all of the available ingredients, making it difficult to place an order at any Moe's. There is to option for the following (that I've noticed, they may be more): tofu, lime and, lettuce. It may not seem like much but as a vegetarian who doesn't have many options, it would be convenient if the app was up to date/accurate.
The app was very frustrating. No matter how many times I logged into the internet and trued to restart the app, the ordering tab would not work. Even when I updated the app it refused to work. However, I did like the rewards system. I rarely went to Moe's so i never used my rewards, but I do like how the system is set up and all of the free things you getvon your birthday. The only problem with the app was the ordering tab, and everything else was pretty good.
The app doesn't allow you to order a "streaker." Doesn't allow you to specify more or less of a topping, doesn't provide an upcharge to add items. Doesn't even give you a place for notes on your order. It's a far departure from ordering in person, but they email you constant promotions that are only available if you order in the app. Just not thought out at all. App has been available for years but functions as if it's placeholder while a real app is developed.
This is literally the worst experience I have had with any app. Each item doesnt include all available optional toppings that you can pick, (including but not limited to the chicken club, which comes with tomatoes, not having tomatoes as an available topping). If you try to order a burrito the process is never at a completable stage so it just erases the order as you try to move forward. Maybe it is just broken, but it is a truly infuriating process.
I'm starting to get the feeling this app has been abandoned. The app has been broken for months!! I don't understand why they have not fixed it yet since there are a ton of reviews just like mine. A bunch of the toppings are not even listed in the app and if I try to reorder a previous order it automatically takes out the toppings that are not listed in the app. Very frustrating!! Please someone fix this!!
Everyone is always up beat, as soon as you walk in the door they're all saying " WELCOME TO MOES!!!" That is such an amazing way to greet people and makes me feel more confident about ordering from there.. the food is amazing, with so many options to choose for toppings,it's definitely a great place and experience with the interactive pictures on the wall but I could go on and on about my personal experiences but I'm not..cuz what is good for one may be different from the other..
Have had several problems ordering on the app from telling me the store is closed when it's not because I went there in person, to frequent "errors" submitting the order and now trying to order for Moes Monday and it won't let me add anything to the cart because it says you have to select a drink when there's no way to do that, there's no option for it. Love Moes but the app is very frustrating.
