Hate it. Just awful. Doesn't get addresses right still. It uses too many messages and it is so expensive to have to pay for more. Have lost many clients from the database and were just told "This app doesn't do that" when we brought it to their attention. Well, that's false! Slow, laggy, buggy, and quite often doesn't open. Worst app to date. EDIT: Still no improvement. Constantly having to force stop and reload the app. Ending the subscription this month and cannot wait. Bye Felicia!
I was overwhelmed trying to make and take calls when I started out with my mobile business. I found this app and I was amazed with all the different things this app was capable of doing. I pay for the premium and it's worth every penny. If they didnt get the money then I know I would be over paying a few people to fill the jobs that this one app does. They have my reminders all out and sent , at the same time mind you, every morning. MY customers love they can view their account find dates etc.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK I needed a software for my grooming business and I heard good things about Moego. I paid for a subscription and found within days that this system wouldn't work for my needs. I contacted customer support and they said they would cancel my subscription on July 4th. They did not explain how I can do this myself. YET I have been charged again for another month!!! UNBELIEVABLE! As a small business owner I find it appalling for a business to rob people like this!
I'm a groomer not tech savvy at all. Moego is very intuitive and easy to use, I wish I got this 10yrs earlier. It makes my grooming business so much easier. It's way more better than what I've been using with 123pet
My only problem with the app is, when i text a client, it doesn't automatically capitalize the first word. It may be my phone and not the app. Not sure. Other wise i love it.
Beware if your an android user! For about a month not the app puts me a week behind. Not that big of a problem but you would think they would fix it for all the android users. I'm also missing a whole week. The app goes from the 13th to the 21st. We pay a lot of money to not have e our problems fixed.
I I really like this app it would be better if I could communicate with my clients through this app and not have the P $80 a month when I'm already paying 40 that should be included with the $40 payment to
Awful!! i have a new android and every time i go to put in an appointment i go back and its gone!! But when i use my coworkers iphone it works just fine and the appointment stays?!
Android user here. Tried signing up and it sends me to 1.0, tried signing up there and it sends me to 2.0. Ridiculous waiste of time.
I wish i could give 10 stars! I was using store vantage so to come from that OMG!!!! Moego features are awesome and the customer service is excellent.Thanks

A first I ddidnt switch to this app when it was in early development. I went back to check it out and I'm glad I did. It the best thing that's ever happened to me it runs great and has every feature I need and some I didnt know I needed. They are also very responsive to answering all my questions and their how to is very accessible. Their mobile app is even better then the desktop.
I love the intuitive nature of this app, I can't wait to get started with it. Proximity appointment setting has been in my brain 4ever, thanks MoeGo!
Easy to use and good customer support. I'm just waiting for a few more things to added. They are normally pretty quick and with changes and adding new features. Definitely has gave me more time in a day.
Extremely easy to use. No more forgetting to confirm appointments or a clients phone number. Everything is with you at all times so you'll never miss an appointment again.
Simple to use and awesome customer service
My clients are constantly having trouble getting into the online booking. I don't like that the calendar doesn't sync, March has been a mess can't see the date I am looking at on the calendar to match with the today. The week of the 15th was visible at all only when I click on the day. But it showed the week before above it. So I just want to bring this year of use to an end and can't even find that.
