· Doctors in the public sector can issue and approve the Sick Leaves.
· QR code on the document can be scanned to verify its authenticity.
Medical Reports:
· Patients can view the status of the Medical Report, pay the fees and view the report.
· Doctors can create, review and approve Medical Reports.

· Search for nearby hospitals and clinics.
· Clinical appointments at Primary Care dental clinics and referral appointments for specialized clinics such as Diabetes, Maternity as well as Hospitals.
· Appointments for the Public Health Departments such as Food handler Examinations, Premarital Screening and Expatriate Health Management.
· Appointments for the Treatment Abroad Department.
· Online Health Insurance registration for residents.

What's the point of being FORCED to book an appointment through this stupid app if you still have to stand in line to take a number, and THEN wait for your turn? That's moronic to say the least.
Some file are not found if downloaded. It is not shown where it is downloaded specifically. So you cannot read the results of your analysis. And this app is not working if you are out side Kuwait.
It just get frozen from time to time. Considering it serves huge population right now . Should be able to manage the huge number of users without interruption
App is not working for me ,before I have created username and password with m.o.h app,but now it updated automatically q8seha, so I try to login with old account, but not working,🙈😥
Q8Seha App is not working outside of kuwait. It just open the app with moh and newkuwait logo. Its not going anywhere. Please resolve this issue ASAP
I tried alot to authenticate my q8seha on use Kuwait ID app. and I always get the prompt 'user not eligible'. I cannot see my sick leaves and my lab results either.
App is not opening. No function at all. Only logo is coming and the app stops.
Can't view my test results the application opens up a blank page when you wanna see them.

As usual in most governmental apps no proper testing and quality assurance done . I uninstalled the older version, then downloaded the new one , whenever I try to open the app i get a popup saying " a newer version available . Proceed or cancel".. so i choose proceed ,it redirects me to the store to choose" uninstall or open " if selecte "open" i go into loop of " newer version available ". Also i noticed that no one is getting back to the reviews and answering to the comments
Can not enter the health region options in android application while doing front liners entries. Please clear it.
It wouldn't open although the username and password are valid on the website.
App does not work. I am unable to access medical services in Kuwait thanks to this app. I can't go to a doctor because this app decided to stop working one day. Uninstaller multiple times but still not good. I put serial Number and I'd number but name doesn't show up.
Not able to access it i am out side Kuwait not able to open it please do the needful so I can able to access.
A good way to contact your doctor appointments and check the results of blood tests.
do not open for needed item on samsung....others opened and get it!!!!!
APP Not working. Just fownloaded the app and when open, option coming for update version, when clicking proceed it again come to google app play and no update option showing, plz fix this bug. Thanks
Useless primitive app. No functional improvement in the new update other than font & appearance change. No option to pay health insurance. Come on, wake up.
This application doesn't work and when I visited hospital explained the error of application still the receptionist denied to give me a visit to the doctor! Please fix this application asap! Much thanks!!!

Can't book an appointment. I enter my civil ID number and the serial number but the name neither shows up nor you can type it, rendering the whole process useless as you can't continue in order to make an appointment. And booking an appointment requires the use of another app (Kuwait Mobile ID) which also doesn't work. Absolutely bad decision.
