I was trying to take police clearance certificate but showing need to upload picture but there is no option and I went FAICSC office & typist both place I didn’t able to upload my picture. So this app have good option but for worse service it’s useless for me. Please give option to upload picture is everyone can get this all service.

This app isn't working, I tried to open a case and when I get to face recognition, it keeps saying error error . Please work on this. Thank you.

I can't able to view my license fine. when I search for the fine, it shows "An error has occurred while processing request". And when I login every time it shows "Something went wrong during the login, please try again later" but I already login. In the website I can see the license fine, but when I press to pay, there is no pay option.

It's not working! So disappointing, it's not working at all since I've installed it. It keeps saying I have an internet connection problem, but there is no problem with that. I connected to wi-fi and 4G, all the same. Uninstalled and installed it back about 5 times, same error! What is the solution to that? I really need this app!

App does not work. Tried to uninstall and install a few times but application does not go thru the first page. It mentions error occured. I used this app last January and everyting worked smoothly but now App does not even go thru the first page and just loads for a while and say Error. MOI should fix it for better service.

The idea of the app is great. But the app has a bug. Once I click on My Personal Documents and click on my Visa it freeze and won't load or do anything. Even the x button won't work. Fix it please

App is not allowing to even take login...keep browsing after entering correct user name and password...older version was working fine....please roll back to older version until all bugs are cleared from newer one...thank you for allowing me to opt for some other way to check traffic fines...

I have issue when I try to enter OTP it is entered in a wrong way. When I press the second digit of OTP is entered twice by repeating the first number and automatically third digit is entered. I tried many time but same issue repeatedly happen even back space is not working in OTP.

Great idea and helpful, but the app is very slow and buggy when opened stuck on loading screen for ever. If logged in and I try to push a button inside I just give up because it is too slow.

The app is great and super user friendly! It is amazing to be able to complete minor tasks at your fingertips, from anywhere with a 24/7 flexibility!

Since I installed this app it has never worked with me properly, always shows that it's blocked blocked clocked blocked

Once you open the app and sign in, the app continuously runs as if it's in the process of singing, but doesn't move any further. Unable to open the app at the moment.

Doing online transactions through MOI application is absolutely easy. processing tasks like license, and registration renewal had never been so easy. I really enjoyed the ease of processing those tasks.

It was working very good before the recent update. Now after the new update, i am not able to input the pin received by SMS. There seems to be double entry issue while typing the PIN.

The MOI app is very convenient and is something every country should have. However, I cannot login with this newer version. Says I need to connect to the internet despite being connected.

Wrong mobile error is what I get when trying renew car, And after selecting fines no pay option Pretty much useless App

Earlier it was working v good. But from last 2/3 weeks it always says, error check you internet connection, however my wifi is connected at best speed and internet is working fine with all other apps. Please do something for this.

I can't verify my emirate I'd because the mobile number is set to default 1000000000. I can't change it.

When i check the vehicle information, it show me that I don't have traffic number. I can't reach to my car information. I went there and they said it's from the application it self. Everything with us in system is good. Fix that please.

All services is excellent, very easily we can check and pay our fines and renewal details.

Hi, why the app is not allowing to change the password. Actually multiple digits entering when I type one emirates ID no. it is entering more numbers itself even when I delete or doing back button . And uninstall and reinstalled too but still the same issue. Please check it

I got scammed and submitted it in the app since January i didn't get any response. When i submitted the claim to dubai police smart services i received a call after 5 minutes but since i live in different Emirates they told me they can't do anything and told me to submit the claim in this app. So nothing happened not even a response, it's just not useful app.

Could be an Incredible app if it worked. Tried to renew my vehicle licence. But it keeps saying no traffic file. In the end I had to do it on the Abu Dhabi Police app, that app works efficiently unlike Moi UAE.
