Love the design of the app and color scheme, very easy to use and you know what you will get as a car service. Although you may not know whether you might have a stop in between, it is all in the planning. And I don't mind staying in the comfortable seat a bit longer honestly
Cheap reliable service, friendly drivers, and an amazing app.
App works fine, only problem is that when you try to book for 3 people there is never a free car. Also the route is not ideally optimized when additional passengers come aboard. i world also suggest a price adjustment when a new passanger is added who's destination is not totally on route and there is major time added your journey.
Generally quite good. Sometimes shows "no cars available", but after trying 3-4 times finds a ride - should be optimized in that regard. Also lacks the option of booking a ride in advance, and have a reasonable discount for groups (currently for 5 passengers is more expensive than taxi). Has good potential!
Good: Great app with nice user interface. It saves a lot of my commute time. Good riding experience so far. Bad: Sometimes it's not available from where I live. Somehow the ride can be a bit nauseating if the driver drives too fast.
Used MOIA a lot last year and never had a bad experience. Prices are fair and the drivers are always nice!
Awesome experience from the beginning to the end. The app ist well optimized and designed. The drive is on time and the ride is comfortable. Common Taxis: Watch out, you are about to get destroyed!
I really like the Moia commuting It's always on point, offers a high comfort and is cheaper than taxi It took me approx 10 minutes longer than a normal ride by car but is also a 10 times better, sustainable alternative when being too lazy to take the public transportation or bike Due to covid-19 I couldn't take a Moia ride during the day but it's free of charge at night! Please survive the crisis
Great service, friendly driver, comfortable seats incl USB ports, as long as people are not rushed for time and are willing to pick up/drop off along the way then definitely worth it. will use again
The app works as expected, is easy to use and intuitive. Cars turn up exactly where and when the app says they do. Riding in a Moia is a pleasure. I like this service a lot!
Edit: from 4 stars to 3. They updated how offers work, and while I get offers, selecting any results in an error message. Cannot order MOIAs anymore. No service, no rating. Edit2: finally worked after a few more attempts
The registration process was very short and simple and payment via PayPal makes using this service extremely convenient. Also, the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I can definitely recommend MOIA!
Decided to try Moia for the first time, installed the app and within five minutes I could order a Moia that was there within another five minutes. The driver missed one turn but noticed it right away and turned back so I was home within another ten minutes. Since it was pretty late that's probably the reason why it was so fast because I was alone but all together I'm impressed with this concept.
The app worked great, the ride was quiet and comfortable, the interior is super cool, the driver was confused about the route that the algorithm was taking him which was a bit funny, and he was very polite too.
mostly problems related to pickup or drop off adress on the app the whole number does not come up when on a longer street name leaving you wonder exactly where your pick-up point might be. otherwise great.
Its difficult to find the pick up point if you don't know the area. I have to open Google maps and type the address in. It would be great if the moia app showed you where to walk like Google maps.
Great service! First time using the app and I was very satisfied with the service. The car arrived on time and I was on time at the airport. It is anyway recommended to plan your ride a bit early as normal. I will definitely continue using Moia.
The vehicles are very well equipped, clean and modern. The service is not so expensive as I expected, so it is a great value. In my experience, the drivers are kind and friendly. In general the App and the service are excellent.
First time used MOIA and that was a nice experience! App is okay but vehicle is amazing, reminds me something from the future (space shuttle). Pick up and drop off match to app eta, nothing to say bad about this service!
"Something went wrong! We can not process your request at the moment" Completely useless app that doesn't work 90% of the time. Being able to book a ride is apparently based on pure luck.
Everything works right out of the box and we have had a super friendly driver. I like their motto: Savety first. They have a good style of driving.
moia is good as long as you travel alone. but its a bit more expensive when you want to travel with a group. because it charges according to the person than the distance.
Easy to use app and the service is incredible for the cost. Enjoyed riding with moia. I felt so relax sitting inside and the interior are soothing to the eyes. Moia Id recommend it to anyone looking for a carpool.
App is easy to use. So much cheaper than a Taxi, really great electric vehicles, friendly and safe drivers. Great all around.
Excellent first ride. Reasonable wait at Hamburg Airport (15 min.). The van interior was first class and the driver very polite. And drop off was surprisingly close to home (<100m). Cost about 1/3 of my average taxi fare for the same route. Will definitely be using MOIA again.
By far the worst of the worst, NO customer service at all, they never reply to urgent mails regarding the account, Tel Nr confirmation & reservation, what a total disaster! Moia don't even care or bother to solve the customers issue, Never ever try this shitttty company or their lousy App again! Moia don't deserve a single Star ⭐
App works intuitively and is uncomplicated. Great Service at a fair price. Loved how easy it was, even for a tourist who does not speak German.

Very disappointed with the service from the driver. Booked 3 instead of 4 passengers, but not possible to add additional passengers. We asked if we could pay cash for my friend's son, but was advised it was not possible. At 1:30am with an empty car going nowhere, I would have expected the driver to find a suitable solution. He told us we had to leave the car, cancel the trip and place a new booking, but it would not be with him. We took a taxi - no customer service what so ever.
