My Mobile application is A1 A1 intended for all users who want to track information about your subscription. With the app, you can view your current consumption, replacing the mobile or fixed package purchase a variety of mobile and fixed options, find the nearest sales outlet through advanced geo-search engine, for all those who go abroad, you can check the prices for the provision of services abroad. The entry in the application is possible only with username and password. In case you do not have a user profile, you can easily register the application.

This App would work much better for me if it was available in English. Perhaps the developers would like to consider doing this please.

The app does mess up user accounts, phone numbers and user access rights levels. Does not allow deleting, removing or meanfully updating user accounts or recreating them from scratch. There are some other incosistencies in the app, that make use harder and unreliable.

- basic validation does not work: sign up fails with generic "unexpected error" (prislo je do nepricakova napake). On the website I get the error "username too short" => please fix this! - login impossible: I get "no permission" error (nimate pravic za prijavo v izbrano aplikacijo). again, in the browser it works (using a password manager) -> I would just use the browser and not care about the app if it has such problems, BUT in the browser I can only change my address, nothing else?!???

Shame tha app doesn't have option to be in english. On prepaid, it doesn't show the remaining enote as well as when the package expires.

App don't work on all phones. Example on moto g6 plus. I did send them wanted to bring the phone to teir service they ignore. New owners...... It used to be prfect

I have downloaded the app in hopes to be able to change plans or add services and all you can do is see your current bill with no breakdown or any other options. In 2016 this should be a proper functional app not an attempt by a first grader to impress his father.

Missing: current active not payed bills, additional charges.. But about what? Who knows? not even operators at the simobil call-center know what they are charging you for. +Abroad summary of used-availible mobile data. Thank you.
