The mobile application works without unnecessary body fat. It is thoughtful, well designed and written. The loading screen could be faster, you have to noticeably wait. Apart from that everything is OK
The app works OK to tell you the basics like how much data, voice, sms are available and when they expire. However over the course of two months I was never able to complete a top up with any of several credit cards. It would near the completion stage, and my credit card company would ask me to verify which I did. As the app was doing the final processing, it failed every time with the cryptic message "something is wrong". Had to go back to the store twice to top up.
This app maybe it's for the Polish members, it is in polish language, and it doesn't show how much money it's remind or the data which you have.
App is working very well, without major bumps. It is very practical and helpful to manage multiple subscriptions as well as top on the mobiles.
That's just Awesome, the app. is great. Easy to handle and to manage, I further most like the new Feature about including other own Accounts and Services to the Mobile Phone connection Provider. Good luck with the next Intelligent informatic Engineering Evolution of the Communication Technology standing for Poland as well as for Europe and the European Union.
For at least a month the app won't even show the dashboard, only an error.
A year ago it still worked, giving about 75% of iBOA information. Then it went down to about 20% and now it wouldn't even open, just giving an error message that something went wrong try later. I haven't had ANY Android updates installed the meanwhile. The situation has greatly improved after recent updates, App is starting to be as good as some large providers have beyond Poland. Recommended!!!
1. When you run out of Internet, they cut it off completely, although, it would have been a much better business strategy to keep the application connected so that a user could top-up his/her account from the app. Instead, you have to run to the nearest shop and it's a good thing if you are not abroad or in the middle of nowhere... 2. Unavailability of the app after 11 PM due to maintenance. 3. GBs with longer validity period are taken out first, so that you lose the ones with shorter validity.
Unbelievable!! it's 2019 and the English version of this app is mostly in Polish! All explanations and additional infos are only written in Polish, even though I asked for English version during installation. I do have eng Android and all apps are so. The SMS sent by T-Mobile has no traces of English at all! (I guess this SMS was about installation acceptance or so, however i couldn't understand this..)
Simply terrible. Worst version of the app yet. I've tried to send my review 5 times and got 5 errors. Every change was for the worst compared to the previous version. Settings are reset automatically every two weeks or so. Someone should be fired for making this.
Pretty nice UI. Modern and intuitive. But... there is too much notifications. Most of them are just the operator's offers (which is understandable) but they are not attractive enough.
The application has outdated help articles. It still states that Great Britain is still in a 1A roaming zone which means that you'll get free calls while in roaming which I read carefully and relied on. But in fact it's no longer true. GB is in 1B roaming zone at the moment and you have to pay a lot to use T-Mobile here
For the multimilion corporation they have an app a 12 year old made. It's slow doesn't show correct information. Cannot update bundles always shows error codes. It doesn't do anything an app for convenience should do.
How long can technical updates last?! Can't log in and check anything since yesterday 🙄
Does not work as of 05.03.2022 and I'm unable to top up
Impossible to pay bills with google pay or credit card. Something went wrong error every time. Support can't help. The app itself is modern and nice looking.
Whatever you do, don't start a subscription with T-Mobile if you don't use ur number for a while they block it permanently unless u keep topping it up everyday, now i have 40 złoty in my account but it will be blocked and I won't be able to use it ever again.
I renewed my data package, the app is still showing I have no data. How am I supposed to figure out how much data am using? This is the worst app. I called customer care like 5 times, all they say is refresh app. Still no results!!!
The app either doesn't start, or you can do nothing on it. Been trying to activate a roaming package all day with no success. Not the first time it happens unfortunately.
The app is really great. The English interface is amazing. It would be perfect if the package details will be in English. But other than that, Great Job !
Profesional T-Mobile brand app to manage own account (prepaid SIM as well) & payments. Secured by SMS code verification. LTE stats & roaming settings work in real time. App works fine on EMUI 9.
App is lagging. After activating new service, or creating account, it's impossible to see that change. Bug probably, or slow backend
T mobile here in poland is so disgusting,poor service I have been using this app but this time it is too much ,I buy GB for my internet for one month but It ends in no time,so disappointed
Horrible customer experience, Especially if you dont speak polish, don't opt for T-Mobile at any cost, you will regret a lot. If you try to call they will keep you in an infinite hold, I literally waited on the call on hold for 25 minutes after which I had to hang up. I have T mobile WiFi at home, I missed payment for 1 month, I didn't realise it because the emails were in polish, I made the payment yesterday but still the WiFi internet is deactivated, you guys are a joke
i can never log in no matter what i do. paying your bills it's harder than guessing the enigma code. you all make it so difficult, it's like you don't want my money. I just want to pay on my phone, on your website without having to log into this useless app. how hard can this be?
-5 stars. I just recharge my number, and they take my money without explanation. My money just disappeared and I had no time to buy some service package. Result: no money, no explanations, no service. Application is also so poorly made.
I keep clicking on the easter gift which is 15GB data. But it didn't work on me. When i click from app, it'll open a new window, then when i click again, it will redirect me to application again. Been trying it for 3 days, until it expired.
Awful; I've never had a mobile provider app for which I should have enough data in order to top-up. If I am without data and not enough credits (which outside a program are vanished in a matter of a few MBs), I am literally unable to use the app to top up. This is so frustrating and ridiculous. The same applies to the cases when the app is under construction, which usually takes the whole day. Useless app, makes only things more difficult especially in situations that one may be in need of web.
