Bad app,this is second time this happened to me, so I had 23kn on my account and my monthly (bon) expired and they charged me 23kn for mobile data without letting me know. Highly unethical. I do not recommend using A1/vip to anyone.
it's what you'd expecpt from a high budget ISP provider app. All boxes checked. Well optimized for what it was designd to do. Shop is responsive and ISP optionals are processed pretty much; in real time. Digital technical assistent seems forced, it's basic FAQ shoved into the app. Less informatically litterate ppl will find no help using this feature. Not necessary. Better solution would be "ticket creation" system.
Worst app on the Google app store. Slow, using way too much internet for basic operations, and if you try update it, app choose to forget everything like you uninstall it. Update: still the same, after update you only get message that something is wrong. Great job again :)
I could not open the application using Wi-Fi, so it is impossible to reach my a1 from abroad. So I give up using it totally disappointed.
I can no longer log in with fingerprint, nor is there an option to reset password if you have services other than mobile with A1. Completely locked out. Would rate -1 if possible.
Doesn't work on my Android 11. It says: There is a problem with authentication. An then it says: There is an error. That's it. Can't login at all... Edit: I managed to login with my username and password :)
Works fine, bit hard to navigate sometimes.
I contacted the A1 support 2/2/21 and was told that I needed to attend the point of sale at Center one Split to reconnect a fixed landline with a view to have ADSL as I contracted the WiFi service in shop in 2019. Cannot be done on the phone nor online. I had to take a boat trip from Brac especially. The female agent told me that she will get someone to call me, and refused to give her name. It is 15/2/21 and still no resolve nor contact. Very unhelpful. So let down as they were OK before.
It was working just fine until the latest update... it says 2 days ago... and now I can not login with a fingerprint. With other login options it says I'm already registered and I don't remember using any other kind of registration except biometric (no username, no password,...)
The worst option for turists! You pay 80kn for 7 days for unlimited internet, and you can't extend more days after that. Even when A1 Network is sending commercial SMSs to extend one day for 15kn, you can't do that. You can just throw your SIM card to trash and buy a new one for 80kn. Personally, the worst mobile network experience ever!
After registering i tried to access it the next day and it asked me to enter the credentials again. When i do it just gives an error message, tried everything but still doesn't work.
In general works like those apps in Africa. To many unnecessary information and those important are not there. When you r complaining they always said we r working hard...hehehe. Apart many other things they started to increase much price. Example weekend option was 15kn and they've seen people are using and immediately brought price to 20kn - I am speechless.
A bit slow startup, even on powerhouse (Xiaomi Pocophone F1, Snapdragon 845 with 6 Gigs of RAM). Cool part is fingerprint authentication, and a vast number of options regarding your account. Overall, pretty good application.
Low quality app, very buggy. Unable to pay my utilities from it, for last 2 weeks. Obviously rushed and not quality checked.
This application there is no option to translate into english for other nationality users. we cannot understand at all and it is very difficult to access since we dont speak croatian.
doesn't work for my anymore,I used to use it in school and now it won't log me in I tried to change the password,restart my phone or reinstall the app and nothing Please fix it
Since update can not login. Username and password work on website. Uninstalled and installed again. Problem not solved.
Very well built application. Could add payment via PayPal and deliver some more info on upcoming offerings and phones also.
Many times not working at all, plus landing page is not working, others do etc... Overall is ok but could function way much better
Good interface but only basic informations and functionalities available.
I think that the app has to many difficulties accepting the fact that i payed my bill and it takes to long for it to change the status
Partially works, can't see my office box subscription and used data. It would be ok if this is 2013...☺
Horrible service, useless, access to internet practically doesn't work. will cancel the subscription.
Disappointed, my accounts are missing, fingerprint log-in is problematic, liked the old version better

Since a few weeks ago I can't login at all. Yes, I reinstalled. And I can log on the website just fine.
Doesn't work all the time, crashes too often..
Roaming data usage refresh rate is low. SMS limit warning arrives before app shows it.
Just installed this to say A1 is the worst internet provider, worst service, worst customer support, worst technical support, worst equipment. Their routers stop working after few months then you have to wait for days for them to even show up, install same router model that will break in month or two.
