So far only a few minor issues, but none of them are functional. App works great, and looks like one of the most serious mBanking apps in Serbia. Will edit this if my experience changes over time, but so far I have only a few UI quirks (which I've reported and dev team got back to me telling they'll be fixed). Other than that, app looks modern, intuitive and does its job well, have no real complaints.

Can not log in via PIN - it states that user with such information has NOT been found! This happens when I enter correct PIN and when PIN is incorrect it informs me that there are 4 or 3 attempts remaining. 1/5 stars until this is fixed because it's useless for already at least 2 weeks! This is supposed to be a service app. I don't expect to be redirected to a commercial video on startup when I want do a transaction. Please keep in mind that this service is being paid 290 rsd every month. So no ads please.

I like the idea of having an app for this... but since you are an international bank I am struggling all the time with untranslated items, messages and options... it's very hard to use it plenty because of missing translation into English, even worse the e-banking (Java) app, I think you can make it better, translation is NOT SO DIFFICULT, please at least show some progress in completing English translation.

Great app overall, it has been pretty reliable since the first day. One suggestion for additional feature is that you should introduce the toggling option (show/hide) for the account balance, because it's personal and not everybody wants this info to be seen - for example in some public places, etc.

The app needed to be updated and once I did the update it was no longer working. That was 4 days ago and till then no one returned calls or responded on emails. Call centar is blocked all the time. Even uninstalling and installing the app again was not solution since the new 'unknown' error was reported once I tried creating new account.

App will spam multiple notifications for same message. Right away it will put up 2-3 notifications when bank sends message. Even after I acknowledge message, for the rest of day phone will still ring with same notification over and over again every hour or so. Samsung A530.

QR scanning doesnt work most of the time, tends to blur out. The times in which i managed to scan it was from a screen when i made the image larger; otherwise it tends to fail 80% of time!

The developer confirmed that the new update is NOT compatible with my version of OS, thus not allowing me to access any of the app functions from my Samsung Note II. Yet the app is the only means to receive bank notifications. I refuse to buy a new smarphone just because a single app is not properly programmed. I have also been told that I should not expect any further help. With such poor customer support I am left no other choice but to withdraw my funds and close my account with the bank.

I have read customer reviews and developer response from 2020, now it's 2021 and the problems still exist mr. developer, FIX IT, get rid of this entire system and try again because it is very stressful for foreigners, I've been trying to pay. My mortgage online for weeks and the token one time verification doesn't work and when i update the app it shuts me out completely plus "24hr" contact centre cannot be reached for support. What's the purpose of an app if i need to visit the bank so often.

From time to time you have to reactivate token, but you can do it only by uninstalling and installing app again, when you have to pass whole procedure using your eBanking. Stressful.
