Sometimes it takes too long too load while doing specific tasks (etc. authorization of payment, launch, enetering history), but overally decent app. I dont like the fact that rows are so far apart in history of transactions. Makes it not very readable and you have to swipe a lot up (or down)

Best Banking app I've used. Greate interface. The only thing MISSING is the ability to set up standing orders for tax payments. However, I believe this might be an edge case, and for most people the monthly payments would differ every month, so it wouldn't be of much use. But for folks like myself, it is the same amount every month, in which case it's be a useful feature to have.

Am in the US right now. Nasza stokrotka app works. MojOrange app, works. Móje ING app, BRICK. ??? Do customers of ING Bank not travel? It would be convenient if only I could use it. 5 stars in Poland, 0 stars in US.

The app is wondeful. I have used multiple and ING is the most reliable and user friendly application. What I like the most about it is that you can do nearby everything that you can do also on the website which makes it flexible. What I could have in the app as extras: - easier way of communicating issues in the app, providing feedback - I am missing option to go to the home screen directly after exchanging money instead of having 4 click to Navigate there

With the latest update it is at least possible to log in now. The search function in the account history simply doesn't work though. Why would you keep issuing updates without testing them first? Update: Will you please stop giving this useless answer to everyone! Now I can't log in again. I have no other apps running, and, yes, I am connected to the Internet. The app doesn't work properly. Accept it! Sort it out!

Update: F.U. Update: At least do the courtesy to reply in English. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Every transaction on hold. Even if you receive 1000 pln they will go to hold for like 1 or 2 days and you will call them every time to release the funds. I am amazed this is how this bank is doing business. And if you ask them, "the system puts it on hold for security reasons". Like 1000 pln for security purpose? Imagine someone need money in emergency just forget about it. DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK!

The feature 'Send documents' in Write to us section doesn't work at all. I click Add a file, choose the file and nothing happens. At all. When I contacted the support, they advised to clear cache. Of course, it didn't work. One more disappointment is the Update your details section. I have updated several times with no effect, the notification keeps to appear.

I love this app. I only use it to make transfers, check my balance and check the transaction history on my account, and it has plenty features for that. You can download and export your transaction history, you can repeat a transaction from history and it will allow you to change the amount, you can see the name and the iban of the person to/from whom you previously received money. I clearly recommend it, good job ING!

Really cool app while it works. But stops letting you log in for no clear reason. Unfortunately, the Web app is much more reliable at the moment. The login wheel just keeps spinning, I enter the pin and it then never logs in. I can wait and wait and wait, it doesn't time out or show an error it just keeps loading and never actually logs in. Regardless of which network I'm connected to as well. I already tried uninstall and reinstall, I cleared the app cache, restarted my device and it starts happening again. About 3/4 of the time when I'm trying to use the app. Is there anything else I can do to help troubleshoot?

Overall, app is great but there are so many information that needs to be translated from Polish to English for international customers. For example: information about different services which are included in the app. Also, app is bit "buggy" sometimes, but pretty sure that will be resolved with updates.

1) The amount of advertisement notification and requests "do you like our app" etc is beyond annoying level - this is not a mobile game to have a tons of ads, I'm coming to bank app to execute my needs. 2) Some items are hard to navigate and some buttons simply don't work. E.g. I wasn't able to activate blik payments without manager's help in bank department. Even she went the same route as I did originally, but eventually she knew some alternative routes

I have selected to repeat previous transaction for sending money abroad. The old transaction was in PLN. For some reason the new one copied all the details from the old one but switched currency to EUR. I did not notice because it was sort of trusting my old time trusted banking app, but when you clone something isn't it supposed to be equal to the original? And of course after you enter the confirmation code you cannot rollback and the money is already gone

I like it more than I liked in the very beginning. Dealing with the functionalities of the app I become more familiar and satisfied with, appreciating great structure and high users friendly design. Simply, I like it. I think there is an interesting organisation of the information flow (with coherence response) and good functionality.

Even if it set to English as the app language, the notifications and many functionalities appear in Polish which makes the app useless for an English speaker. Other than that, the app works well and includes all the functionalities needed.

Intuitive interface, can do almost everything related to my account, no bigger problems with performance. Sometimes can't login. After launching application shows white screen and no matter how long I wait nothing happens. Only device restart (or application restart with deep clean helps)

In my opinion quite easy to use and looks good. Im a basic user, checking transactions, bank transfers and mobile top ups. Minus 500+ doesnt work without entering pesel number (paper application allows date of birth so why not here?). Also it is impossible to load app at all many times!!!!! Cant use it...

Really useful and easy to use, but constantly crashes. I have to reinstall it about every 10 days (if I use it once a day). Extremely frustrating. Surely this can be fixed?
