Keyboard function suddenly disappeared??Help Still doesn't work after the update

Uninstalled and reinstalled app, however Face Editor is not working properly...where is the Blue baseball hat...?!? Why has it gone away? That hat is a Staple to my look...I have about a 100 caps and without it it don't seem right, there is a sideways one...but I NEVER would wear my hat like that, and the one that is slightly tilted is a New York one?!? I'm from TX....help a fella out will ya please

I have been paying for over 2 yrs now..I regret so much in updating...now ALL my avatars are gone!!!!! Unacceptable!!!! I wish I knew then I would not update the app!!!!! How to reload my avatars???!! Also my old problem happened again where it is not recongizing im a current subscruber and ask me to pay again!!! Argh...so frustrating....if i couldnt resolve this, i will cancel and look for other apps!

I opened the app and found all my custom avatars were gone again. This already happened once earlier in May 2021 but the developers were able to restore my avatars. Not sure if anything can be done to restore them again or prevent it from happening again?

I just paid for 3 months member atthe end of March.Why today I have so many advertices and stupid games. Please correct. Trust is gain not bought.

I really love this app... i purchased lifetime. but I can't use mojipop keyboard anymore and one more thing, I log in on my account and left my account login then when I come back to visit mojipop app I have noticed my avatar are all gone and It said I need to log in again. Please help me to resolve my problem please. Thank you

Was good in beginning, but now you can't change hair styles ,it was bad enough that they didn't have hair styles of African decent ,but now you can't even change to something remotely close. No dred locs, no ceaser, no fades no high top sad,just sad... and all my avatars are gone as well ...

I am impressed at the amount od quality drawings offered un the free version. The faces fit so well, the head is bigger than the body but for emojis I guess is okay, however if the face was more proportional to the bodies especially in the artistic images they would be a true work of art. Best part is that the free version does not have annoying adds.

After downloading, and permissions on my updated Galaxy 10+, I begin process to customize an emoji-- centering on my face, take pic, the app immediately flips me upside down, but continues to age category. I choose, then it immediately went back to the initial camera screen, where, 2nd time, I took my pic, the app AGAIN immediately flips the pic upside down, then has me choose age again, and guess what! Yup, I do and it brings me right back to the photo screen. Done. Gone.

Cute!! Love how u can make more than 1 Avatar, and that they collide the avatars you make into stickers & GIF's together! So far, only thing I dislike is the fact that you actually have to change keyboards on your phone to actually use the stickers. I wish it could be added to my standard keyboard.. I really dislike the keyboard that comes with the app. Others may not mind it though. Not a bad app, however. Its cool, cute, & fun! (:

Frustrating!! There were no directions that would help me figure out what to do. It also was VERY slow! It took forever to load and didnt respond at all a few times and had to be closed. BUT!!! It had Great artwork! I loved my Avatar! If the system stuff got fixed, i may would download this app again.

I like the app. If only it wasn't a monthly subscription based app. It's out of the question on fixed income. What I like is the features are really easy to use and they are layed just as you need them. I'm sure as time goes more features will be included for those on monthly plan.

Changed my 4 stars review for 1 star! My avatars keeps disappearing again and again so I have to make new ones every once in a while and this is extremely annoying!! I guess the developers of the app don't bother to save avatars on the cloud and display when login or change devices, of the members who pay a good amount of money, that too yearly, not a small one time fee like most of the apps. A disappointed and not returning customer till problem will be solved.

Best emoji app ever. Only problem is it recently crashes and stops. If that gets fixed I think there would be no issue. I also would like to suggest that the developers add more features for avatars, like more eyes, hair, accessories and other stuff

When I first downloaded this app, it was working quite fine. But now that I updated it, it isn't working fine the same thing as I installed it. If I will uninstall it, I am sure my previous avatars will be all gone. The problem I encountered here is that when I want to remove the watermark by watching an advertisement, it won't work. I felt so sorry I updated it. 😟😨😰

Every since the update was done on the program it has totally been horrible it was much better before the update was done it's harder to operate now and you and things do not download right like you can't even get all the hairstyles to come up or you can't change your color of your hair you can't do anything I hate this program now I'm actually getting ready to delete it they need to put it back to the way it was

They have charged me twice for a subscription which they have yet to update. They have not refunded me for the double payment or upgraded and I cant seem to find a wayvto contact anyone regarding it. So I am out over 10$ for a app that has been more a headache then its worth. Dont download it

this app has an awesome keyboard allowing you 2 use your characters in Anything U text...this app has exceeded my expectations, definstely. it's easy 2 navigate wthin the app and most of all it has a satisfying amount of Free options 2choose from. I'd defintely recomend this app 2 everyone. Great job guys!!! Keep up the good work!!!

This is one of my top 10 favorite apps...Top 5, actually. There are so many avatar makers and some are cool, but nothing compares to the enjoyment I get with Mojipop! It brings me closer to people when I upload a friend's selfie off of Facebook and send a cute Mojipop text with their image and mine in a usually funny and ALWAYS adorable cartoon! I can't wait to make Christmas versions and send them out via text or post on profiles, especially now during this pandemic as it's super safe! 😷🎄⛄

V. versatile app. 😍 .... ! really loved it .. it has great features .. i finally found the best way to keep myself all over the social place thru the gifs, still pics etc... its funny and has loads of various features,! u will love it! u can save it too...for eg- look at my dp its a product of this amazing app ... I want to give a cute suggestion of adding music to gifs..

This app is fantastic and the likeness of avatars is spot on! However I have made purchases in the past which is gr8 but I purchased the friends one today for £2.99 and got confirmation etc but it still says purchase! I am confused as I have paid for it and got confirmation! I am disappointed. 😟

I paid for the annual membership and the app worked perfect! But now with the updated version I no longer have access to the keyboard so now I can not use the app! it was good while it lasted. I will be uninstalling!

No freaking difference between momentcam and this. Stop putting something thats definitely the same. Ridiculous!!! Money graber! You all tried to make another apps to make money when its exactly the same as your other apps. Unbelievable. Those people who likes your apps their avatars looks ridiculous.

I have tried taking a picture multiple times to create an avatar. The app hangs up in the creating part. I even paid to not have the ads pop up. The company has fixed this problem. I love how realistic the avatars are. Thank you

I do really having fun with it, fun apps I ever had to play & share. I'm able to share the images for free mostly without paying or subscribe. But I give you thanks for the free apps, you guys are very creative so much enjoyed sharing it with my family, very easy to use. I will recommend it a lot.

I've been using the paid version of this app for years. Every time there is an update im annoyed but not as annoyed as this time. I pay for this app year after year and now all of my avatars are gone! I'm considering not renewing.

The app is great.. it would be better if there are ways to copy/import stickers to insta story directly without another app .. copy paste works with the iPhone app but does not work for the android version.. hope you come up with a way to import stickers to Instagram

Great App. Very creative and appropriate face recognition. However the filters are only available for 3 avatars, it would be perfect with selection of 4 or more avatars. Great work though.
