Even after 4 years of this being an issue, I get the white screen after entering the URL. Moving to a different vendor.
Garbage. Can't create a new ticket in this pile of steaming code. Freezes and locks up.... Not worth your time. Good luck. I'm finding another tool to purchase. I need a mobile app.
we pay for this at sdcc in Plymouth. it's horid and will not work on my phone . on windows 10 it falls over if left open for a short time . I don't like it .

The app constantly freezes on Samsung Galaxy 7. It freezes so often that I cannot even send feedback through the app and had to come to the play store. To reproduce, I can enter about half the fields and it doesn't matter what field I'm on when it freezes. All other apps are closed on my phone, I've tried to use the mojo app after a restart and I've tried to enter/edit tickets through data or WiFi and both freeze.
Was a great tool until it wasn't. Some recent change in either Android OS or in Mojo app causes a white screen to appear after you input the mojo website address and submit. Ticket UI never loads now. Cleared cache and storage in app. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Notta. Using Google Pixel 2. This app is now useless.
The app itself is relatively decent... But even though I checked "remember me" it still forces me to log in every time. That's quite an annoyance.

Ok guys, I get it. You needed something out quick. But this is basically just like looking at mojo from chrome browser. Ok, I'll give you guys this. The ui does look cleaner. But it doesn't add functionality. What always bums Me out about mojo is that there's no way of setting reminders. Yes, sometimes when you are overloaded you need reminders. Now that you are on a mobile platform, I'm sure that you could make good use of that for reminders. Please. This would be great
Useful but keep the updates and enhancements coming.
This app freezes all of the time. Make a small change, Freeze. Change views, Freeze. Update status, Freeze. Please fix this. LG G5
Everytime you open this app, you are required to enter your URL and login over.
This is just a a web browser without the UI. It just asks the URL of your help desk and loads the page.
I've been putting off using new Mojo until today when I received a notification indicating the old Mojo will retire in a few days. After a day of use, I'm totally pissed and thoroughly disappointed. For the sake of aesthetics, they made everything more complicated than necessary. We have ten sites in our school district; before, I could quickly view tickets for any site, Activity today, Aging summary, Open tickets with a single click by creating a bookmark for each task. Now every task involves a long series of selecting filters; to make matters worse, there's the built-in limitation--I can only create up to 6 customized views. What the hell!!! Also, why must the app prompt me to enter my helpdesk URL during launch every single time? Annoying!
