mojo – Video Stories Editor for Instagram

I loved the app but the music of my projects all of a sudden stopped downloading on my devices. I have been back and forth with customer service for over a month but still no solution to the problem. Updated the app to a new version didnt work. Restarting my phone didnt work. I am hoping they fix it by the end of this week, if not, as good as the app is, it's not worth the the headaches and non-action of their customer support.

Does not work properly, sometimes the animations in the app templates doesn't works or the imagesdosen't show up, in most cases when you edit the time for some fixtures the entire video mess up.

Tried it once, the edit & preview function are great, trim, crop, but when you try to save it, the result is different. Tried to edit & save again & again but still the same. What's the point editing videos, a waste of time.

I already subscribed for year but recently when I wanted to use it it ask me to subscribe again, but when I click subscribe it shows " ERROR, You already subscribed to the apps" , but still when I'm using the premium template it only shows upgrade" button on top right instead of "save" ! Pls help solve the issue

This app is one of the weakest for stories I've tried so far, and I've almost tried them all. Absolutely not worth the money in my opionen. Mainly for the reason that you can't add pictures in bulk and the app will automatically stich it together (many other can). Also when you export a story you need to add a picture for EVERY frame, otherwise it exports blank frames and you can forget the whole story. Not fixing this is just lazy by the developer, or simply not caring enough for quality.

First the app exported the video at the wrong speed and length, then it crashed every time I attempted to edit. Had no other option but to delete the project. Besides that the whole editing interface is clunky AF. Not worth spending money on right now which is too bad as there are nice templates. Galaxy S20. Yes I reset the phone.

Not thrilled that I paid for the pro version and it doesn't do everything that Apple does. Can't change get background image only color. Limited editing options for Android. #Boo

I paid for subscription $39 last month but I'm unable to log in again. When I tried to login I get a message that I have to pay for subscription but I have the yearly subscription. It worked perfectly last month.

Love this app... But recently it doesn't work very well. I try to upload a photo in one of the templates and it shows it upside down over the full template..however just tried to fill one photo in a grid slot. Happens in different templates and I am using the pro version... Would be happy if it gets fixed.

Distorts video and sound! It's a shame I really liked using this tool and it had just the right amount of options but as soon as I finished and saved my vid - audio and video weren't synched! I even subscribed thinking it might be a free version thing but no. Very disappointed and will be cancelling the subscription and looking for others

I couldn't add music to photos. We have options to add music but couldn't here music after saving it to gallery. Earlier the music was working fine but after reinstalling mojo I couldn't here it.

Keeps crashing over and over, plus it's pretty janky to use. Such a shame as it has great templates that I'd love it use. Not worth pulling my hair out over though

Now it freezes all the time I try to load pictures to templates and on top of that they increased the price of the subscription. Nor worth it anymore.

My main gripe is that the customer service is abysmal. I recently got a new phone and opened up my Mojo account on there. However, only half of everything I made on the app was transferred. I tried to get support to help me but all they did was send me the same automated messages that didn't answer my question. This is the only way I can get the devs to help me because they two people you hired as support aren't helping.

The templates are not working and after adding pictures it's not giving any respond and no slide show. Check it pls.

I cannot save my work and the app crashes... I'm sorry to have payed for pro version. It's useless if you don't fix its problems.

Used to be my go-to editor, but the app has now refused to save my edits, so it's practically useless. So unfortunate. Hopefully they fix this soon.

I changed to a different phone and it won't allow me to login to my account with my email, which is what I used when I signed up. I just paid for a monthly subscription. When this issue gets resolved I'll bump the rating up. Not impressed right now

Terrible customer service, templates are limited and quality isn't worth paying a yearly fee. Not impressed

Loving using it. This app does it all, man. I'm just afraid this will kill my creativity. 😅

Could't activate pro via Google store. Couldn't upload .ttf font files for cudtom fonts. Does this app even work?

For the free side, it makes decent enough stories as you have a small variety of options in each section that fit different esthetics. I want to pay for the sub to get the extras but I don't think it's worth it. The app itself can be so slowly and clunky. It takes ages to load my gallery (tried on a phone with very little photos on it too). My saved stories are all blank besides my most recent so I can't go back and edit/update my previous ones so I have to remake them. Just not worth it.

Options missing for Android users? I was suggested to this app by a friend who created amazing videos on her iPhone. Though I have most features on my Samsung Note, I find she has the ability to do a lot more. Also, the recent update does not allow me to select all text options showing, even after multiple tries. Please reconsider your pricing or open up more options, thank you!

I bought the pro version only to be disappointed as the added features are minimal. Themes are not updated often. We are in April and the app has still got Christmas themes! Several major festivals have gone by and there has been no update for that. It has not kept up with features like reels either. Expected far mor options for the paid version. Its best used as a free application.

I love it, this is the only app I am using for all my social media accounts for almost a year now. 😊. Koddos to the developer!

Something wrong in the program for now. App operate at very low speed, chargement are very long qnd the phone is over heating while navigating in the app.

Edited back up to 4 stars after last update. One of the best story apps on the market right now. Easy to use interface and some really amazing templates for stories, even in the free version. Android version finally caught up to the apple version. Developers seemed to have listened and fixed expressed issues, so that's even more awesome. I still would prefer to pay a one time fee for the pro version, as I have for other apps (why I docked 1 star), but for what it offers Mojo is top tier!

I can only put one picture at the multiple picture template, crashes, not able to play back, not able to save, super slow, I had to redo my work for the third time now 😭😭😭😭 I wish there is an auto save draft. Also I wish there is an option to add all photos before it starts moving. Kinda drives me crazy when I had to try and failed and try and failed. (This is the multiple template in fashion) I paid a Pro version... of course I'm upset because it isn't cheap 😭😭😭

Previously I gave this app 5 stars, but after their updated version came, it deserves only 2. All my video drafts were blank when I opened the app and there were nearly 10-15 drafts. Moreover, the new version has timing issues. All the text and effects move way faster so it gives an impression that the video was rushed (only 5 seconds). New is not always better.
