The design could be better, the user interface is not very intuitive and the overall feel of the app is not very natural. Id suggest reworkimg the entire front end and make some tweaks in the backend to improve speed and stability.
I have a problem with the app regarding info on used internet. Since 16.12.2020 when the new accounting period began the app stoped showing the amount of GB spent up until that moment, it is still at 0. I have 50 GB free national internet, that is renewed every accounting period, but this time , with the new accounting period the whole amount od 50GB free national internet was spent. I tryed uninstalling the app, nothing seems to be working. I called help desk, they cant help.
When i did the contract for 2 years they newer informed me that to use the TV i m going to need to use a TV antenna, When i requested to keep the phone contract and stop the tv, they told me that i can not do it because i already signed the contract, Now i have to keep the TV Antena on the balcony and if there its heavy wind then i would be unable to watch TV.....BE CAREFULL IF YOU EVER DECIDE TO GET A CONTRACT WITH A1.....They are scammers.... Had worked good. In my galaxy s21 ultra keeps crashing. Force closes
Cannot make any payments from the last 3 months, is says server problem please wait 15 min, but when you go after 15 min to pay you get the same thing over and over agin.
It's good application i think to put a opsione to change language like english albania like the telekom application for this reason a give you 4 star rate

Cant login. Password reseted multiple times and always keeps responding "Invalid credentials"
What is you have dual sim phone? You must constantly login and log out between two accounts. Solve this problem.

Foreigners in Macedonia, do not purchase A1, it's by far the worst experience I had in 50+ countries. Coverage is bad. Ping is horrible (I have better ping while roaming with my french card in Greece). ENGLISH Call center cut the line cause they can't speak english but they still charge 5mkd. they took 48 hours to activate my number. This app keep saying "server error". And employees in shop are liars. Perfect. Next time, Telekom.
