MOL Bubi application

This is a wonderful concept. The app and the bikes usually work fine. However, it is very difficult to get support if something goes wrong. I have been billed heavily where the bike had a faulty lock and the ride timer continued. The bike did not unlock even after repeated attempts from the app for ride start. I was also not able to end the ride with the locked bike. It has been more than a week, I am yet to get support. Due to this, my monthly subscription is also wasted :(

I'm wondering if this app was written by high school students? non-intuitive user interface, there's no password reminder option (yes, if you forgot you're screwed) we also tried the onsite terminal but that froze before the payment. regarding the bikes.. if you always wanted to try driving a tank without an engine no need to look any further

Great for the city! I use this service many times per week and it has helped me to travel in the city with ease and enjoyment. The bikes are nice, there are many stops and it is a great price for what you get. Worth it.

The app works fine. I've always loved the system. But today i realized that the map on the website is outdated. I wanted to buy a daily pass, and went to a stop, where it was supposed to sell it. Turned out i went to wrong place and the nearest one was far from me.

Registration process gets stuck after the initial payment. Tried it twice, same result, so I gave up. I lost only a few cents, but the app is obviously not robust.

Registration and rental procedures are very fast and easy, the whole system is streamlined and great to use. My only gripe is that occasionally the bike doesn't unlock when renting, in those cases it takes a few minutes of trial and error to make it work.

Much improved however it would be much better if the 1st hour was free as there is hardly a straight bike path through the city and if you obey all traffic laws you have to dock at least once half way which is a pain!

Didn't think it'd be so good, love it! 🚲💕 I never ran into any bugs, renting and returning a bike with the app is always super quick and convenient. I also love how I can check on the map where the nearest station is and whether there are bikes available. Really nothing to complain about 😊

The bikes are good except 1 issue; bikes don't unlock even it took me about 30 minutes to unlock 1 bicycle. Maybe it was an issue on that day but that was very frustrating. Otherwise I later enjoyed my ride.

There is no option for lost pw. There is no feedback what goes wrong at login. Ux is embarrassingly bad. I can not see whether a ticket is selected or not. Same experience using desktop. But at least that works on IE but not on chrome. Very upset very disappointed.

Clickable layouts, especially buttons should be a bit bigger. In some cases it's hard to click them. E.g. on dialogs, where there is a lot of space to expand those layouts a bit. Otherwise it's a great one!

Too few bikes, bad distribution, bad maintenance. With the old bikes at least i had a chance to find one downtown almost at any hour, now quite often the racks are empty or the bikes parking there are unrentable. This is most annoying when they still appear on the map as available. I'm glad the bikes are lighter but can't enjoy it that much as there aren't enough of them. I also dislike the new bag holder system, the rubber bands are awkwardly placed and accommodate only small bags securely.

Once you pass the first week's hype, you realize its inefficiency. Most stations are either empty, full with bikes that can't be rented or even empty while showing available bikes on the app. If you're lucky enough to get a bike, it's a good experience.

New app, new bikes, brilliant! The application is easy to use and indicates what it needs. It would be great to be able to plot a route, but it does link to a 3rd party app for that quite easily. Low cost and great quality bikes.

Bicycles are great and you can easily report issues with the bike in the app. The app is however not showing bicycles that are outside of the stations and it's really missing a route planner according to bike stations and a bicycle lane route planner.

Does not work. When trying to activate the account, it just shows an error message "required request parameters invalid" or some such after I put in my personal details. Ok works now. The problem was the diaereses, which is strange for a Hungarian app by a German company.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever seen. Doesn't work properly, does not offer basic options such as forgotten pin or renew payment, design is horrible and it's slow. It's better to walk than to try to use this.

Getting a subscription is lightning fast, renting a bike is very intuitive. There are a few visual bugs here and there, but the overall experience is great.

Good app but I would like to choose Hungarian language on an English-language phone as was possible on the old Bubi app, so only 4 stars until this is available. Reduced this to 3 stars after response from developer. Oh and I had about 10000 forints of credit on the old system which I wasn't so happy to have taken away from me. The new bikes are good though.

I downloaded the app, paid the deposit, tried to book any of 10 bikes on a stand with the QR code scanner, it told me "bike is not available" for each. I spent 20 min trying based on instructions. I couldn't do it with phone & pin either. Another tourist came and also got "not available". A Hungarian man however came at some point and got a bike with the app QR but didn't understand why it doesn't work for us. Terrible UX.

Two days in a row it does not give me the bike from the locker. It was faster to walk home than to call the customer support. The customer support is basically useless as my rental was still on despite the fact that my bike was not unlocked, and they couldn't close my activity through the phone. The guy said that I can wait from 10 mins up to half a day at the station for someone to arrive to help me. This service is a public disgrace, it should be shut down. Any start up would do it better :/

The program are working easily but it was not necessarily intuitive for the first time. For me, some more description in the app would be nice. But after the first attempt is totally ok.

Amazing job! Both the new bubi bikes and the application is very slick and many previous problems have been solved. The only downside for the moment is that it happens quite often that there are not enough bikes around Deak ter.

After several attempts to use my cards to pay for any of the subscription plans it simply didn't happen. I have been using Bubi for years and with the previous system it was smooth.

Easy to register, intuitive in usage if you have never tried it before. And last but not least, easy to ride bikes.

Lot of stations around Budapest. With subscription this is very adorable service. App is well designed and easy to use. Bicycles could be better designed.

I really enjoy this app and Bubi. Easy to drive, a lot of stations in Budapest. You can lock your bike near the station if there's no place and - it fun if you get 2 in the same time!!! For 500 huf
