Molecule 3D
It helps you to understand space structure of complex molecules such as amino acids, hormons, drugs and etc. by showing them in different stereo modes:
- Anaglyth. For showing molecules it is neccessary to have anaglyth glasses, in which instead of lenses inserted special filters for the left eye
- red for the right
- turquoise.
- Side by Side. Stereo pair represents two images arranged horizontally next to each other.
- Mirror separated. Same as Side by Side, but the images are rotated in the opposite direction.
- Interleaved. This type of stereo pair activated when the application is running on the phone HTC Evo 3D with using of parallax barrier.
The application has a simple and intuitive interface with the following features:
- standard manipulation of molecules, such as rotation, scaling;
- showing molecules in different view modes;
- app has a built-in database consisting of three hundred molecules of different groups;
- it is possible to download a file in PDB(Protein Data Bank) and SDF format from device storage;
- main menu is called by clicking on the title of the main window(where molecule is displayed) or by context menu;
- grouping, search are available by context menu in the "Molecule List" window;
- it is possible to create wallpaper on the basis of the current image;
- creating of screenshots also supported by the main menu;
- tuning of colors.

No stereo. Link to help is actually to ads for food (on Android) or a political survey (PC)!
Some vitamins show structures for nucleotides of the same name and a search would also be useful

Furthermore, it support pdb file! but if you can make atoms in structure are sphere not stick and add viewing option to disable/enable the labels,hydrogen bond,others same Avogadro. Your app would be the best ever.
Beautiful way to explore different organic compounds. Amazing to think of the different properties of these molecules since they're made of the same things only in different arrangements and shapes.
amazing. one thing though, the list of molecules is very glitchy when scrolling (galaxy tab a) but that is the only problem.
This app has a PROPER list where similar compounds are grouped together so shut up and just be grateful, for it's a great app both in simplicity and detail.
This app is very useful for students as me . This app has helped me a lot . I must request creators to add the primary ,secondary , tertiary and quaternary structures of protein to enhance it further . I must still thank them for such a great job

Tried 5 other viewers, cannot even open a pdb file, this works

So many moculars cannot be seen! Methane, Naphthalene for example. Plizz fix it!
Only contains a basic list of chemical compounds. Crashes when opening files.
