Members can sign into the app using their My Molina User ID and Password to access our secure features, including:

• User friendly navigation
• View Health Coverage
• View your benefits and eligibility
• View/Download and share ID card
• Make Premium payments (Marketplace Only)
• Manage your payment profile
• Save Favorite Doctors
• Change PCP
• Access to other services

When you use the Molina Mobile app, identifiers for your mobile device are collected within Google Firebase to create a unique identifier for each application when downloaded.

The app only allows you to access basic personal information. If you try to look at benefits, it sends you to a website that is not setup to handle mobile devices. The pages are so small as to be unreadable.

Molina itself is terrible! It's the absolute bottom of the barrel insurance. That said, their app is exactly what you would expect... Sometimes it asks for biometric sometimes it doesn't. You search for offices and apply filters like "accepting new patients", only to find that they're not. Bottom line is that if you have to use this app you'll be reaching for ANYTHING else ASAP.

I can't even login on app or web browser it says my password is wrong and when I try to reset it says my security questions answers are wrong and they are right and I know it 100% and then it locks me out I've called and and they couldn't do anything to help they told me they would escalate it and and it's been months and still nothing no call and I still can't login or do anything.

Got all the way through registration but after hitting submit and waiting nothing happened. Tried multiple times, but there are no error messages, it just doesn't finish the registration. Edit: The issue was apparently that my password didn't meet the requirements, which the app did not tell me. I was able to log in after signing up on the website. So I'll increase from 1 to 2 stars. Edit: Yup, this app sucks. Back to 1 star until this app can do what it says it can.

I was already registered thru website. I had to call support just to log in. I was trying to find network hospital. I followed instructions at least 10 times. Filling in different options to search by. I never got ANY results after hitting 'search'. Most of the time screen didn't even change. The 'search' box lit up,but no results on page. I waited, because app is so slow, but no results. It kicked me back to prior pages so I had to fill out info again. Then back to log in. Un installed

Literally the only reason I downloaded this app was for the "get a ride" feature. I've been having to call them every three weeks for the past three years. I was looking forward to just coming on the app to schedule. But it has never worked, the three times I have installed this over the past year. The page is just white and never loads.

Had me log in to an app facade, but took me to a website. It is supposed to be a mobile app-i.e. for the phone. It had all the info on the website in tiny print so you could see the entire page. TINY PRINT!!! Couldnt expand the page, couldnt change orientation. Links did not work and never found the place to order the OTC stuff I am supposedly supposed to be able to order from the app. Not good at all.

This app is nothing but grief but I am forced to use it. The 'contact us' button has NO INFORMATION. It's been like that for months. I want to pay my bill but nothing will load on if I have a balance due. I'm enrolled in autopay but can't trust it, i thought it was working for 2 months because it SAID IT WAS and there was money IN MY ACCOUNT ALWAYS; then I get a letter in the mail saying my coverage is about to be CANCELLED for non payment. Then figuring out how to pay manually was a nightmare.

Im not sure about the app yet but if I can't get in I am going to go crazy , one of the people at molina set up my account and for some reason I can not get in with what they set up so I am going to try the app we will see this is such bull 🐂 !!!

Will not let me in no matter what I do. Tried changing password and username etc several times. Nothing worked to correct it. TERRIBLE APP. NOT WORTH THE TIME AND EFFORT TO USE. NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL EITHER.!!!!!!😤😡 Worst app ever. Would give less than one star if possible.

Fix it!! I really like the new look. It is easy to navigate. My problem is the app isn't updating my numbers and email info. Also I can not make a payment. It keeps saying it's invalid. I have tried credit card as well as checking information. HELP!!

Update: everything is the same!! It will not log in. Spinning wheel for 10 mins then an error message every single time. This app is as useful as the damn website. None of the tabs work their either & God forbid you try to call during your lunch hour which is the only time you have available because you know, work, money to pay for the damn insurance! I'm on hold for 45mins. I've emailed I don't know how many times, asking for a phone call about my issue. NOTHING!

Doesn't work, just says "app stopped working" uninstalled and reinstalled, still does the same thing. Sure wish it would work, other insurance companies have great apps. I had high Hope's for Molina, it is disappointing. Just use the website, dont bother with the app. This is on a galaxy 7.

Horrible! We tired to change provider. Would go though steps to change provider, only not to even be given the option to do so! When we called customer service, we were on hold for over an hour, only hear their own Customer Service Rep. complain that she was tired of hearing about the problems with this App. Was then supposedly being transferred to some who could help and this Rep. PLACED US BACK INTO THE HOLD QUE AGAIN!!!

useless unaccessible app. mymolina website is unaccessible and the app wont allow me to connect either via smartphone. customer service claims website access via a smart phone is too difficult and prone to problems and rep stated accessing sites on a PC is actually recommended! whats the point of the app and google if the websites are not accessible via a smart phone?!!! deleted app! user name and pw were verified multiple times but molina claims they are incorrect.

Very first time downloading app, I put my Molina ID in to get started, and it didn't work. It said user not found. Thinking I put the incorrect ID in, I tried another identification number scheme, same popup window. Im not rating this app, because it deserves no stars. Believe me, I have the best phone, the best phone plan, the best anything, and it doesn't work. Your healthcare runs better then your app. Will never download, use, or want to see any ads about this app ever again.

Unable to log on with my vorrect credentials. Called support, they reset my password TWICE, after the second try, putting in the password I just set and get told incorrect password, try support again, they tell me my online account is locked for fraud suspicion. How does that make sense?

No option to contact Molina, except snail mail or call but put on hold for the next available representative for 1hr 35 minutes more than once to get help with a coverage question and finally give up and hang up, no dental or hearing providers within 90 miles

Attempted to verify and authorize account after setting it up. Despite providing security questions, it shows up as simply "null" when asked to complete one to verify. Tech support number provided is no longer valid and customer service at a loss. Absolute joke.

Giving this a low rating because the app fails to provide what I consider to be one of the key functionalities of a healthcare app: a provider directory. When I went to search for doctors by specialty, I entered my state, I entered my zip, I entered my plan, and when I clicked on the specialty field it told me to select my state (which I had already done!) I can't select a specialty. I finally found a doctor in that field by other means, and the provider directory said he was in network but when I called his office they said they hadn't taken Molina for 4 years. What a clusterf***.
