Signed up and played a game twice. Both times was able to get a prize in one of the games. I got no notification in any way if I had won said prizes. I'm not sure what that was all about. There isn't any information to educate you on how to play th he various types of games and the conditions for winning. Navigating the app is also a bit confusing. Seems like this could be a really great experience if I hadn't walked away feeling confused and without answers. Deleted account.

The prize selection isn't big, but at least they're legit. They'll sometimes do free shipping campaigns, otherwise it's $5 a prize if you're in the US. The claws seem strong so it's quite easy to win prizes if you know what you're doing and are willing to put in some money. If you register your phone for the 500 points, make sure to change your region in the settings first because it's defaulted for Japan. Customer service is fast, they'll even do resets. Already won 6 figures and they're great.

When I opened the app, the entire screen was black there was juust some japanese text on screen. I clicked the text, expecting it to open a menu or something, but nothing happened. My problem isnt that its in japanese, but that it is shown as english in the photos, and the fact that the damn thing didnt work.

As soon as I logged on I was bombarded with announcements, which I was fine with. I played a free trial, and not only could you not see the claw you were using, bit it was very glitchy and laggy. Not only that, but my phone number authentication wouldnt work at all. Do NOT waste your time downloading this terrible app.

Trash. I tried to do my phone authentication for an hour and didn't work. I pressed resend about 10 times and it never sent it. Don't waste your time. Won't change my rating unless you fix the problem.

I love this app I won on my 2 try and have an actual plush shipping to my house. It's also great because if you have no points you can go to free training booths to play for free! Although most things are in Japanese and the currency is in yen, its nothing to complain about, I wish this game was more popular so I could watch more people play. It's annoying you have to pay $5(¥5000) for shipping for shipping once you actually won. Fast delivery being its shipping from japan to the usa.

I downloaded the app, i register myself. That last step was to verify my phone number. Unfortunately it said it doesn't exist. So i mean i try three different numbers and nothing. I keep seeing this advertisement over and over. Somehow your wondering if it really works. Sadly it doesn't. Don't waste your time download this app.

The app so far is as advertised, it's a crane game so there's going to be a couple of hit and misses. A lot of people are complaining that their phone numbers aren't working but it says at the top to create your profile first, once you change your location to US all you have to do is put a 1 in front of your number and it will work. So far I the only complaint I have is the ditto claw game, it is way to big to be picked up so it shouldn't be in there to begin with!

For anyone downloading these and wanting to get a feel for the actual game before spending money on it, don't bother. There's no free trial period offered. Yeah, they have claw games meant for training, but that's it. You don't win anything. Oh, and that "You'll get 500 MP if you join" pop-up is a lie. I signed up and didn't get anything. So, once again, don't even bother with it. Save your time and money for another claw game.

This seems like a good game. It has alot of bugs they need to fix. I did everything thay asked but when it got to the beginngers bonus is would not take my phone number saying it was inncorrct.

I love this app! like any crane game you need skill or luck to win,but at least with this app it is not impossible to win. The claw actually grabs the prize and Carrys it to the drop zone. I honestly reccomend this app to anyone who loves crane games.

The games seem harder to win, but they make the games harder instead of making them seem easy and programming the claw to "glitch" right when youre avout to win. Love that.

Three is just a medium amount of stars because I was unable to play. Although the FAQ makes it seem like you'll be able to play in the United States it would not let me register and said that the register account feature was not available in the United States.

Ok so, after the pain of authenticating my account I accidentally purchased a set, thinking it would tell me in usd how much I'm spending it didnt. Just charged it. My stupidity but fine. I put a dam toy in the bin only to find out that it's not how that game is played but when going to see how to play it tells you to pick up the dam toy. So all the money wasted on an incorrect way and doesnt tell you how the "ball game is played." RIP off game and 30usd out. Pissed off.

Not Available in US, but for some reason it shows up and will let you download. I'd love to play this, especially since it says prizes ship worldwide.

Not for US players. Which is too bad. There is a HUGE market for their company over here. Lots of money to be made. You open the app to a score of Japanese writing. There is one word in English- "FAQ". You click on that and it brings you right back to the same page. If Toreba and DokoDemo can make apps that translate to English, this company should be able to do it too. Shame on them for being lazy. They are losing a lot of money!

Like every one else, phone verification does not work. I bet the creator will reapond with annother pre-written response. The app should accept more formats for phone numbers.

the people are so nice! they allowed me to get a refund cuz the prize i wanted got taken! and ive seen them "assist" people who just cant get the prize after trying so much!

Right now i give this app 3 stars checked my login bonus it showed 20 next to it does it get added to my profile i give this app 3 stars for now if it gives u specific directions how to find how to do the login other than goin to log in bonus history only to see the nunber 20 bu it and it dont give it to u if its supooded to id rate it higher

To hard to understand. you click on US for langauge but 90% is still in chinese or whatever the h_ll it is. Don't recommend downloading this app because i never did figure out what to do. TERRIBLE APP

It's not sending me my verification text so I guess I won't even be trying it without the initial free credits. Uninstalling.

I did everything that it asked for the begginers bonus but when i got to the phone number part it refused to take my number saying that the format was "incorrect" uninstalled.

Why allow the download of a game whose services are unavailable to those in the country they're downloading it in? I would have loved to download and play this especially considering ive heard it ships "worldwide" though I guess thats unfortunately not true.. what a waste :/

I gave my phone number. No verification codes were ever sent, I tried about ten times and still nothing.

It told me to enter my phone number which it got filled in automatically and it told me it wasn't correct which is impossible.

Just won and shipped my second prize, the first prize I won was a stuffed Eevee and it shipped in a little over a week!

I would love to give this a half star since YOU CAN'T READ ANYTHING! Everything is in Japanese and i had NO idea how to change the language!
