Moment Garden Baby Photo Book

Great concept but clunky. I really like the app but it's incredibly clunky to use. You cannot swap photos out from posts. There wasn't any prompts for posts that I could see eg first tooth, smile, steps. If it exists it's buried. The photo books are expensive in comparison to other photo book companies too. It's incredibly difficult to delete your account if you want to just download to test the app to see what it's like. You cannot do it from the app and it must be done through the website.

This app is awesome! I've used it for over 4 years and both grandkids have many videos and pictures on there from their birth to now. Anniversary books every year are amazing and you can even pick and choose the pictures and the wording if you want to. I'm very happy that I have this treasured storage space and I use the app to show family and friends videos and pictures. Never have encountered ANY problems!! A+

Really good app. I used Lifecake for years but it closed down. Compared loads till I found this one. It's free, easy to use and stores everything by date in one timeline per child, with no storage limit. The only thing missing is that only one picture or video can be added at a time. Not a huge problem unless (like me) you're moving from a different app. Otherwise can't fault it.

I wish it were easier to add photos when editing. Sometimes I forget to add a 2md or 3rd photo. I can go back and edit the words but not add or remove photos. I have to delete that post and redo it. Edit: As my child gets older I wish there was a way to "move through time" easier. If I want to look at or show a photo/video from when she was younger I have to do a lot of scrolling in the app.

Excellent idea.. kudos to the developers! Wish I would have found this years ago. Simple web interface. Love that there are both well working apps for the iPhone and Android. Some future wishlist features: 1. Text searching capabilities 2. Grouping or nested garden type capability (i.e. have a section for all Christmas moments) 3. Change a moment type (like from story to picture). I can't just add a pic to an existing story. I have to add a pic, copy the text from the story, then delete the story. 4. Edit comments.

I have been using this app for 3 years or more, very little has been done on the UX and stability. Uploading and editing memories can at best be described as clunky and often failing. But it's good to share memories to a small dedicated group and record happenings!

Really great for keeping a digital photo album that you can share with family without having to put things out there on much more public social media platforms. The only problem I have had is that videos sometimes take multiple attempts to post.

I absolutely love this app. I am giving it 4 stars only because I wish there was a way I could turn Off the ability for others to download/save the photos or videos. I am strict about not allowing my child's photos onto social media, and that option would solidify this app as the best and most secure app for sharing your child's moments. I would recommend this app to other parents. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think about creating that feature.

So far, I really enjoy this app. A little sad about the 20-second video limit for the Free version. But it does not change my opinion of the app. Very simple to use, and very family-friendly (I can change authority for family members, I'm not required to have a Facebook account, my family can access without an app). Previous app, Lifecake is being removed, and this is a GREAT replacement. Thank you for a good app!

I enjoy this app! Would have given it 5 stars if it had the following 2 functions. 1. Ability to edit photos in the app before uploading. 2. Ability to swap photos once a post is uploaded. (At the moment I have to delete the post and any likes or comments if I want to upload the same photo with some added effects) My family enjoys it and we are excited to print a photobook when my baby turns 1.

The basis of this app is to save pictures and videos in chronological order. The problem is, for whatever reason I am unable to upload videos on the app. I am always getting a message saying I am unable to connect to their network. The good news is support is prompt in returning emails. The bad news is, tech support can't seem to figure out the problem. I don't want to stop paying the annual fee because I don't want to lose the old photos and videos I was able to successfully upload.

This app is perfect for people who don't necessarily want a lot of their kids' pictures on social media. It's easy to share with family and has the added bonus of making photo books. I only have one child, but I believe you can also set up multiple "gardens" for multiple kids. I would definitely recommend Moment Garden!

2.5 years of happiness - I post almost daily, fam and friends love the ease of use and flexibility in frequency of notifications. Compared to other apps, I'm thankful there aren't any adds or pop-ups. It's simple, smooth, and I couldn't be happier with it!

It's great for the privacy but I am having an issue where my pictures are not uploading. I add the photo like nornal, it makes a post, alerts everyone, then says moment does not exist when they try to view it. So frustrating.

Love this app, especially because all of our family/relatives live hours away, and have been using it for several years now. Loses a star because it doesn't have a way to sort by month/year/etc. on the mobile app, so I end up having to scroll through for several minutes to get to things from months/years ago, which is a pain. Other than that, love this app, and I recommend to every new parent I know.

All in all a good photo memory app, a little fiddly to start with as I was use to a different one but worked it out. Annoying that you can only put up 20 second video clip without paying as didn't realise this at first

It's a great app. Sometimes the videos don't work too well always comes up with slow internet error warnings. Even when I'm right next to the wifi hub.

Love the unlimited storage and privacy. The one thing I don't like is that you have to upload 1 photo at a time, so if you are retroactively uploading photos it takes a LONG time.

App was good until we upgraded to premium, now the video player is broken. Videos will render, but will often not play the full video. Even videos that are only 30 ish seconds.

Easy way to share content with a select group instead of an entire social media platform. Could use a little more interactivity, like nesting responses/replies, ability to react to comments might be nice. Overall really useful for someone not willing to plaster their kid all over Facebook!

So far so good, still a new member and unaware of all the cool stuff yet. I love it so much that I'm very close to paying for it. I mean, for 5 bucks a month for something wonderful as Moment Garden ...it sounds reasonable to me. I just need to look more into it. I'm pretty sure I'll be recommending it very soon! Good job!

What a terrific idea! Just love seeing the posted pictures of my granddaughter, making comments and reading others. I always get excited when I get a message saying a new picture has been posted. Never disappointed.

I left Facebook so this is the perfect place for my family to see photos of my kids. I love that you can select which gardens you invite people to. I wish I could add photos from my Google account so that I wouldn't have to switch devices or dig for photos.

Didn't save a ot of things I put in. Also having difficulty organizing. Not easy to use & I have paid for the upgrade version.

A brilliant way of storing memories, it's free and doesn't have ads like a lot of software, it is something my family uses every week

We've been using this app for 4 or 5 years now. I love being able to share photos and stories with select family members, preventing exposure to social media platforms.

Still learning how to use but impressed by simplicity, guides on how to use, and options for improving. Free modality pretty good.

No complaints. It's a treat to be able to see pictures different people and still keep it private !

I find it difficult to navigate, have t8 close and then reopen the app after I've made a comment on a particular photo. Bit clumsy

nice app to save and share memories. it takes a bit of time to upload the pics to the garden and I wish there were more suggestions. it is a great way to keep in touch
