Moments

For a while it was a great way of saving pics of trips, events, random moments with friends. Now I can't even open an album without it blacking out saying "Moments has stopped working". 4,000+ pics saved but might as well be gone because I can't get to them anymore. Real big let down, especially when I couldn't get pics for my father's memorial service. Clearly this is a problem with the app, seeing as how I'm not the one dealing with these kinds of issues. Soon will be deleted, waste of space if it's not going to work as promised.

The app was fantastic a while ago but will now no longer upload images unless you uninstall/reinstall app. Several emails sent to developers and no response and you can see from many other reviews that this is happening to a lot of other people, all of whom have not been responded to. FB are you still even maintaining this app at all? If not then at least tell us so that we stop asking for a fix and look elsewhere for something that works!

The app is great and useful. Helps all of us share pictures together. But there's this hig problem that's been there for months now and it is super annoying. After selecting the pics, they dont get uploaded. And when one tries again, the pictures go missing. It's been days now since any of us have been able to share pictures.

This app used to be great. Now when I try to upload photos, it leaves them with the little "Uploading" symbol in the corner and will not upload them. I've gone back later to check on the photos to see if they have uploaded and all of my pictures will just be gone with no option of re uploading them. If I uninstall the app then re install it, it will upload one album of pictures then it does it again. The "Submit Feedback" option apparently doesn't work or the makers simply don't give a darn. I have submitted feedback multiple times and gotten NOTHING in return. If this gets fixed, I will update my review. Maybe if they get enough bad reviews they'll actually fix their app.

Love the photo sharing capabilities, however lately every time I want to add a new shared album I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. I've sent feedback to the developers and error reports and haven't heard anything back. I'm unsure if this app is still actively being supported. Such a bummer!

For the last year almost, I can no longer upload any pictures. I've even switched phones, uninstalled and reinstalled and made sure it was up-to-date. I am not the only one with this issue because my family is also having issues. Several members of my family that share moments as well are having issues. No longer works I guess at least I can still see the old pictures.

UPDATE : I've used it more and its not updated often. Still not for me, lack of customer service is one and hard to get sync set correctly with other photo apps. The reviews of this app are pretty bad. Most of it seems like it's because of 1 ,. Lack of updates in what seems to seems to be tedious problems for a tech. 2 .. no customer service available. You don't even reply to your reviews. 3 .. seems like you need to hire someone to cover your company's assets. 🦋

I loved this app and in the past it worked great, but today I tried to create a new album and share it, and individual components of it, with no success. The album kept disappearing, and after I finally gave up and tried sharing individual pictures and videos, they never came through for my friend.

Beautiful app but I am having problems while uploading. When adding photos in an album, the photos got stuck to uploading mode. It is annoying because I select thousands of photos to upload them as batch and i will be only got stuck. Fix your app!!! This issue were experienced by most users as I read the reviews. Stop adding features on Facebook and improve this beautiful app

Great concept; but routinely has trouble uploading videos. Then will freeze and not upload anything at all any more in an album. You have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work again. Only reason I like it is because it's the easiest way to share photos privately via Android.

The concept of the app is great. I love being able to share pictures of my baby with all of my family. Plus they can upload their's too so I never miss a good photo. What I don't like is I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every single time I want to upload pictures. If I don't the upload won't start. The pictures will just sit in the folder you are uploading them to with icon on them that shows they aren't added up.

I really wish you would continue on and not go away! When the cloud and Google backup both failed me, and they had a glitch that made hundreds of thousands people lose very important photos and whole files that are irreplaceable. Because of Moments I could still recover my precious pictures! Thank you so so much!!!! But please reconsider leaving...We need this app!🙌🏻💜

No longer works. Creating an album and adding photos works but the photos never upload and after the app looses focus the album is never seen again and the photos in it are not seen by the app any more. Uninstalling and cleaning cache allows one new album before everything breaks again. Time to find an alternative to Facebook.

Worked great for the first 6 months, my family loved keeping up with our baby pictures and was easy to use. Then the app suddenly won't upload any pictures even after reopening, restarting, clearing cache and restarting phone. will be uninstalling after transferring pictures. Disappointing.

Great app but works TERRIBLY on Android - full of bugs and continually crashes. Can only upload a handful of photos at a time and need to uninstall and reinstall the app as photos are constantly are stuck with the hourglass icon showing they are being uploaded (despite being on fast WiFi). Hugely frustrating!

Moments is good in concept but terrible in implementation. I used moments before and it kept crashing and I am not sure if my photos privacy is maintained. I now use isharemem app for all my photos sharing. Fast, easy to use and you totally control your privay. Check it out. it is available in Google play and App Store

what's happening with this app? it was working fine but it's been giving issues for the past 6 months or so, it doesn't let me upload pics to moments without going to settings, clear Data and set up the app again. Today i can't even open the app, it keeps closing every time i try to open the app. i have a lg g7 thinq running Android Oreo

App has not allowed me to upload photos in months. I used to be able to get around the problem temporarily by reinstalling, but that workaround no longer works. I've reported the issue for months to no avail. Moving on to a competitor.

Since the last few months, moments has been acting weird. I am using a Pixel 2 currently and every time I upload pictures, I get an error that the upload hasn't finished yet. I have tried re-installing the app but it doesn't help.

I have used this app to privately share photos of our kids with our family, but now I can't upload photos or videos unless I delete the app and install it again. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Ive reported the issue but haven't heard anything back, and from the reviews it looks like this is a common issue. I can't believe they haven't fixed this issue yet. I wouldn't recommend this app.

I really enjoy it! it's there & available for me to use. I'm not very diligent to take care of all my photos to create albums, etc. Moments came to me, was intriguing & I found it extremely easy to use & fun, too! I was very pleased with what resulted & am sad to see it go! 😣

Its a great idea when it works. I continuously have issues uploading content. Or pictures arent availible upload. Only works one time then have to delete and reinstall app. I have this issue on my note 8; however, my wife has no issues om her iphone 8 plus for context.

The app is not letting me share albums to Facebook or Instagram. This "could" be the perfect app to organize my photos. But it's pointless if I can't share albums to Facebook and Instagram (especially since FB owns all 3 apps there is no excuse)

I haven't been able to log in. Then come to find out this app is longer active. It has been deactivated and deleted. Why on earth did they decide to delete this app? I can just imagine how everyone felt knowing they had tons of videos and photos saved! I know I'm not very happy about it. This is the second time Facebook has changed its way. First we had a private section on FB where we could save private photos then they come up with this app and cancelled the private section we had on FB

I love the idea of this app & have used it before.Its gone downhill.For a while I couldnt create an album or upload pictures.Now that I am able 2 I added pictures 2 a family trip & 4 the past 2 weeks the stupid little upload thing shows its still uploading a picture.Which 1 Im not sure since it doesnt give u the option 2 stop it.Ive checked settings tried with wifi on wifi off only data upload nothing works.I literally have 2 uninstall it to get it to go away. Then its stil there when I add back

Hey Everyone I exported 10,147 photos from Moments to Facebook when you get the notification your export is complete you can click the link in Moments to View Album then click the horizontal dots ... to change your privacy settings in your album. You will have to each album individually. If you choose to export to your Device you will get notifications. If you get Zip Files, open them on your phone then go to file manager and Move them to your SD Card.

Simply not currently working under latest Andriod OS. Not able to add pictures to an album after leaving that album the first time or closing the app. Must uninstall and reinstall to get it to clear the cache and upload to an existing album. Needs a fix, asap.

Always loved this app and still use. But there is a terrible issue for Android users that has not yet been fixed. I believe the problem started sometime in August...its December. Bad reviews are in order. Fix please!
