The app isn't very well optimised, it's still needs some work with regards to design and the help options. it's always a struggle when trying to login. The website design isn't very well layed out either while we're on the subject, it's not user friendly for older clients. It's imperative the developer's take them time to redesign the app, as it's current state is terrible.
Nice enough app and easy login and set up. But poorly thought out. You cannot even do something as simple as add a policy number if it cannot pick it up. So you're just stuck on the landing page.
Safe days not working anymore. There's cleary an issue with the latest update regarding safe days. On the same route that I drive every morning for the last year an average of 80% is now down to 30%-40% every day. Same route, same speed etc. It's as if the Momentum App is hell-bent on giving the worst possible rating for acceleration and speed. Latest Android update on Note 10 as well as latest version of the Momentum App. Please fix this ASAP.
Commenting for safe dayz. The familiarity score is inconsistent. How can I get a % going up and then getting 0% coming back. The acceleration and deceleration is also biased to suburban areas. So you rewarded for traveling highways instead of your own area. The familiarity score should give you a % for being in your area since you know you live there. It also did not record some trips that it was supposed despite everything being in order. Giving 0% for familiarity is ridiculous.
Major complaint. You have an emergency access should you need it. But only if you log in. This is a waste of time in an emergency. The panic/help icon should be available to load onto home page to press if needed without the waste of login needed.
After more than a year this app has never accepted my password login the first time. Needing 3 login attempts every time you want to check something is just ridiculous.
Update. Cant rate 0 stars. I mailed you the screenshot as requested, no reply. Using 1GB a month now... ***Extremely high mobile data usage. 500mb a month for an app I rarely even open?
I cannot remember login details and wishes to reset username but app keeps asking how I would like my OTP....but gives no options to select..so no progress.....
App keeps on asking to apply permissions. Even when this is done the message will not go away.
Keyboard does not open occassionally in the apps in-app browser when you are trying link third party features.
Safe days not working since beginning of Jan. All settings correct. Reinstalled twice! No reply to my requests for feedback. Terrible service! I will change the rating if you fix your app, seeing as you are not giving us the points we need to meet your Multiply Levels...
Safe drive app is not good. Doesn't pick up some non drive days. Afternoon drives given low score and suggests I don't drive at night. Scores generally low even when I drive well.
I'm experiencing the same issue of a stuck App @login. I know for sure that my login details are correct as I can login online. You really went backwards this time. Very angry. It is also clear from the reviews that we are experiencing the login issues on the so called upgrade. You keep on giving standard answer of an email. Rather fix the issue once and for all. Very frustrating!!!!
This app uses between 800mb and 2gb per month of mobile data. Momentum just ignore my messages. Also called with no response. Since December, this app used 4.45gb of my mobile data, totaled to about R400. Every time I need to use my data, its finished. Please fix your app.
This thing rejects my login credentials even though I'm certain about them. I even regret cancelling my insurance provider for this one. I had no issues with their app.
App still using 3 gig of data per month!!! I have refferred this 2 months ago and still no solution can be found... Eish, Africa Time!!!
This app serves as a reminder that you have insurance cover. General info only, you may just as well call an agent. Needs a total overhaul to catch up with time.
Keeps removing biometric login. Then locks your account in less than 3 wrong passwords. You then follow the process to reset your password, then the app keeps saying incorrect password.
It never works. I can log in maybe 3 days per year. The rest of the time it is Error FTP500. .SAFEdayz is appallingly bad - it basically doesn't work.
Still cant register for safety alert for a while now. Very disappointing. I have reported but i am still on second line team for a bit now.
App was working fine until 2 weeks ago. Trips now are all of a sudden too short or inaccurate GPS signals or Something went wrong or Minimum speed not reached. Done a "Run device check" with all boxes ticked returned, what now. My wife's device is doing the same, so!!! it's not my device or settings, it is a system glitch. Please assist and sort this out, I am not earning my points, neither achieving my goals. Thank you.
